About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and curious Front-End Engineer to join our product development team. You’ll work on crafting intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that empower users to manage complex trade finance transactions with ease.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll collaborate with Back-End, Product, and Design teams to continuously deliver value to our users. You’ll be part of an autonomous, cross-functional team focused on building impactful solutions and continuously improving how we work.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain responsive, performant web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and CSS/SASS.
Collaborate with Product and Design to implement user-centric features that are both functional and visually engaging.
Ensure quality across browsers and devices, with attention to accessibility, usability, and performance.
Integrate front-end components with APIs and participate in version-controlled workflows via Git.
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation to support maintainable, scalable code.
Work in a modern Agile environment, participating in sprints, team ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
Engage with metrics and feedback to inform product and technical decisions.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SASS.
Experience with API integrations and working in cross-functional product teams.
Familiarity with Agile workflows, Git-based collaboration, and front-end testing practices.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for building clean, efficient UIs.

Drive the implementation of the product backlog by working closely with the cross-functional team lead(s) for prioritisation, slicing, and release planning
Collaborate with users, internal stakeholders, designers and the cross-functional team(s) on the solution design and implementation of new capabilities
Validate that the implemented functionality solves the identified customer needs
Gather feedback, use metric and analyse trends to drive product improvements
Prepare product related material and conduct training sessions and presentations on new features and products.
Support and troubleshoot questions and issues raised by both internal and external users

What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or other relevant field
5+ years' experience working with treasury or other financial systems, in Product Management, Product Development, or similar roles
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and can communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
Strong organizational skills
Affinity for working with business workflows and systems

The role & the team:
As Custommer support and Implementation, you will work in the Services team to make sure that Mitigram's clients are on-boarded to our platform and supported throughout the day-to-day usage.
You will work with experienced trade finance teams to understand client needs and convert that to needed configuration and customization on the Mitigram SaaS platform. You will also be a part of the daily support of clients' questions and issues creating long term customer satisfaction. Internally, you will collaborate with both our commercial team parts of our technical team to deliver the best experience for the customer. This hybrid position requires on-site work at our Stockholm office a minimum of three times a week.
What you will do:
Application Support:
Lead and manage system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements.
Configure and customize systems to meet client needs.
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on system functionalities.
Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and client-specific customizations.

Application Support:
Provide frontline support to clients, addressing and resolving application issues promptly.
Troubleshoot clients’ problems, identifying root causes and present resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary.
Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs for end-users.

Continuous Improvement
Stay current with industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

What you should have to be successful in the role:
An interest in financial software and trade finance.
Minimum 2 years of prior experience from working with finance, support, or software.
Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions.
A strong desire to understand and learn details of the trade finance area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team on our ambitious and exciting journey to digitize and shape the future of financing global trade.
As an QA Automation Engineer, you are responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring automation testing practices. You utilize your in-depth knowledge of testing technologies to develop the test framework to help building and maintaining automation set up.

About the Role
You will be part of cross-functional agile team of driven problem-solvers from all over the world and you will be working in close collaboration with the product and development teams to ensure the quality of our releases using functional testing, exploratory testing and automated testing.

The role, based in Stockholm, reports to the Chief Product Officer and requires close collaboration with stakeholders, the technology organization and the product management team on planning and implementation of our technical roadmap. The role, based in Stockholm, involves close collaboration with the product management team and backend engineers.
