Delivery Manager/ Lead Job Description
Key Competences:
The scope of this role is to spearhead all client interactions for large revenue client accounts or critical long term mid-sized client accounts.
The scope also will be to Lead engagements that are typically client transformation initiatives or fundamentally focused on client delivery and increasing wallet share.
Focus on managing client dynamics and client stakeholder management.
Focus is on enhancing revenues, margins, customer satisfaction, customer retention rates, wallet share, employee engagement and delivery effectiveness.
Goal achievement is typically accomplished through overseeing area of responsibility and performance of direct and/or indirect reports Principal Accountabilities
Handles large revenue client accounts or critical long term mid sized client accounts and work on growth of accounts and acquisition of new accounts.
Focus on ensuring onsite people connect, managing delivery assurance, financial management.
Focus on client delivery, revenue recognition, customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Responsibilities:
Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
Developing road maps for accounts and keeping track of progress
The problems faced are difficult and often complex.
Ensures dispute resolution and smooth relationships to promote long term relationship with clients.
Influence and negotiate with clients through discussion with them on products, offerings, pricing and organization capability.

Job Responsibilities:
Understand the Business process of the customer (Customer Business: Automobile Manufacturing)
Identify the Business critical KPIs
Provide general Siemens PLC/WINCC & Ignition Scada developer.
Functional requirement gathering, Technical requirement gathering, Integration requirement
Interaction with Subject Matter Experts / plant users / various stake holders for AS-IS study of current landscape and define, design TO-BE plan for MES
Interface design - ERP / MES / Control systems
Work with customer teams to develop client specific requirements and hence FRS, BRS documents

Must Have:
5-9 years of experience in the Manufacturing domain (functional and technical)
Siemens TIA Portal is a must
Hands on Python experience is a must
Siemens WINCC is a must.
Industry experience is a plus (Automobile)
Functional knowledge in the following areas: Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Traceability, and Product Quality
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented, multicultural environment
Technical/ Functional experience in Ignition SCADA is a must
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industry



Professional Skill Requirements
Basic database knowledge (MS)
Technical/ Functional experience in Sepasoft or a similar MES product is a plus.
Previous project experience involving Design, Development, Configuration, Implementation for different manufacturing industries is considered a plus
Experience in MES-ERP Integration is considered an advantage
Good analytical & troubleshooting skills

What will you do?
In this role you will be take a lead role in providing expertise around SAP Central Finance implementation, focusing on both delivery and Pre-Sales, across a range of complex industries.

What do we expect from you?
The experience of having participated in a minimum of three major Central Finance implementations.;
Configuration experience across all Central Finance sub-modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting etc ). In addition experience with the SLT, Central Finance month end close and the interface to embedded BPC is desirable.
Knowledge of integrating with other core modules (SD MM PP etc).
