Vi på KPMG Sverige söker nu två seniora business controllers som kommer att vara nyckelspelare för hur vi planerar, mäter och styr företaget genom budgetering, prognos, rapportering och beslutsstöd.

KPMG:s interna finansavdelning befinner sig på en spännande resa. En sammanslagning har gjort teamet större och vi har nyligen flyttat över delar av redovisningen från extern leverantör till ett dotterbolag, för att nämna några pågående projekt. Nu behöver vi täcka upp under kommande föräldraledigheter samt secondment och söker två seniora business controllers för interimsuppdrag om 6–9 månader med start så snart som möjligt. Rollerna stöttar våra affärsområden Advisory, Tax & Legal samt Clients & Markets. Vi tror att du som söker är en skicklig affärspartner som gärna har ett nära samarbete med ledningsgruppen samt olika team och stakeholders i verksamheten. I denna avgörande roll är du med och formar hur vi planerar, mäter och styr verksamheten – och påverkar allt från budgetering och prognoser till finansiell rapportering samt agerar strategiskt beslutsstöd.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

- Följa upp resultat mot plan, identifiera risker och rekommendera konkreta lösningar
- Leda budget- och prognosprocesser inom ditt ansvarsområde
- Driva automatisering och kvalitetsförbättringar inom prognos, rapportering och andra finansiella processer
- Kostnadskontroll
- Upprätthålla hög kvalitet för finansiell data, kostnadsallokering och interna kontroller
- Stödja strategiska beslut genom scenarioanalyser och business case
- Bygga finansiella modeller
- Genomföra marknads- och kundanalyser och delta i eventuella M&A-aktiviteter
Vi söker dig som

- Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi och minst 7 års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter
- Har starka analytiska färdigheter och avancerade kunskaper i Excel
- Har utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter med bevisad förmåga att omsätta data till handling
- Är en strategisk tänkare som ser helheten och bidrar till långsiktig planering
- Är skicklig i finansiell modellering, budgetering och prognoser samt har förmågan att vinna ledningens förtroende
- Är flytande i svenska och engelska
Meriterande

- Erfarenhet av att leda eller stödja finansiella transformationsinitiativ, särskilt inom AI och automatisering
- Praktisk erfarenhet av att använda för dataanalys och finansiell rapportering
- Bakgrund från konsultbolag eller partnerstyrda verksamheter
- Erfarenhet av att utveckla avancerade rapporter i Power BI

The Role
Capital Markets, part of KPMG Deal Advisory, takes on a wide range of assignments within four service lines: US Capital Markets, IPO readiness (initial public offerings), Transaction Accounting and Regulatory support.

KPMG US Capital Markets is a fast-growing team and we are now looking for Senior Associates eager to develop into qualified accountants working with accounting services (US GAAP and / or IFRS), controls design and implementation and with exposure to companies undertaking capital raising strategies. US Capital Markets projects support Swedish clients aiming for an US listing with their preparations, including audit up-lifts. KPMG US Capital Markets is a fast-growing team. Your key responsibilities:


- Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements in locations across Sweden, Europe and the US and supporting the execution of a high-quality audit.

- Maintain and apply a foundational knowledge of industry-specific accounting literature.

- Understand and apply KPMG's Audit Methodology while preparing clear, well-structured and effective audit documentation.

- Participate in client and engagement team interactions in a professional manner, including properly conveying information gathered from the client to the engagement team.

- Supervise Audit Associates and Interns on engagements and providing coaching' timely feedback' and reviewing their audit documentation.

- Identify and communicate potential issues and opportunities for audit efficiencies and process improvement to Managers and Partners.

KPMGs office is located at Vasagatan and the position reports to Senior Manager US Capital Markets. Since most of the engagements are based outside of Stockholm traveling is required. For example to Finland, Poland, UK, US, various parts of Sweden.

To be successful in this position you have 2-3 years of experience working with accounting and some additional experiences of 1-2 years from the US market. It is meritorious if you have some work experience in auditing listed companies, US GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge. You have a university degree in Finance, Economics. Excellent English is a must, while Swedish is a plus.

Your role
We are currently looking for a profile that wants to take on the challenge to lead Finance Transformations projects at KPMG´s clients.

As a member of our finance transformation team, you will work with Sweden's largest corporations and organizations, both private and public, to transform their finance functions and improve their financial performance. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

At KPMG Sweden, we are today about 200 driven Management Consultants, and our finance transformation practice is our absolute core. Our practice consists today of 40 highly skilled consultants, and we are right now looking for a profiles with demonstrated experience within project management and digital transformations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage finance transformation projects, including developing project plans, managing project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on how to improve their finance functions and enhance their ability to digitalize and future-proof their operations
- Act as a business interator in digital initiatives
- Build, network and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Lead and guide junior consultants, providing mentorship and support
- Participate in marketing activities and develop marketing materials
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in finance transformation and share knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients
We imagine that you have a background as a Management Consultant and/or have experience from a Business- or Financial Controller position, furthermore, we think that you have:

- At least five years of relevant work experience
- Project management/ change management experience and the ability to lead finance transformations
- Strong business acumen and a keen interest in digitalization, AI, and new technologies
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge within consolidation platforms is a clear advantage and manufacturing industry experience is a plus since we have a lot of clients within the field. Knowledge in SAP S4/Hana or Microsoft Dynamics as well as EPM and information modeling will be a huge qualification.

Your role:

You have at least 2 years of experience working with pensions in an advisory role (e.g. as an actuary, corporate pension specialist, or pension consultant). You already display strong analytical and mathematical skills alongside a basic understanding of actuarial principles and methodologies, and you are interested in deepening your knowledge of pensions and convey that into a commercial context. As the work includes both analysis and contact with clients and other advisors, you have a business mindset, an analytical way of thinking and the ability to build good relationships. Fluency in English is a requirement, additional languages are an advantage.

Your role
As a service area lead for our IT Risk team, you will lead and drive the development and growth of our IT Risk services. You will work closely with developing our team which is growing rapidly. - Assist clients with the design of IT-related policies, procedures and standards that meet existing and newly developed regulatory requirements.
- Lead investigations related to technology based on potential breaches or fraud.
- Lead and execute various engagements including internal IT audit, Data analytics, internal controls engagements, and other compliance and/or advisory engagements.
To be successful in this role, you have;

- 8+ years of experience within the IT risk field (auditing, assurance, and other relevant areas)
- Project management experience from global organizations
- Expert skills and experience in managing IT Risk projects and other relevant IT areas
- Proven knowledge within IT governance and IT risk assessment
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Information Security, Data Analytics, Machine learning or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills; proficiency in Swedish is a huge advantage.
- Structured personality, proven strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant accredited qualification (e.g., U.S CPA, CISA) and foundational knowledge of PCAOB, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO27001, DORA, GDPR methodologies and principles are highly appreciated.

The role

Qualifications & skills


- Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture

- ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred (CAS, CAD)

- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities

- Prior experience with ServiceNow products and/or processes/areas, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, SPM, SAM, HAM, Performance Analytics, etc.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

Om oss

KPMG Financial Risk Management (FRM) är en ledande aktör inom regelverk och riskhantering på den svenska och nordiska finansiella marknaden. Vi är idag ca 60 drivna medarbetare och nu söker vårt team inom just Riskmodellering nya kollegor.

FRM’s kunder är primärt banker, försäkringsbolag och stora bolags Treasury-funktioner. Genom ökade krav på riskhantering, redovisning, kapitaltäckning och solvens är det ett stort behov av våra tjänster. Vi hjälper våra kunder i strategi-, utvecklings- och operationella frågor rörande regelverk, styrning och risk. Idag består vår avdelning av fyra team; Internrevision, Regelverk & rapportering, Riskmodellering samt Treasury.

Inom Riskmodellering arbetar vi främst med de risker som påverkar balansräkningen. Vi är experter inom området som rör reglerade riskmodeller för banker och försäkringsbolag, både riskmodeller för kapitaltäckning och solvens samt riskmodeller för redovisning, IFRS 9 och IFRS 17. Vi jobbar också med riskmodeller för värdering av olika produkter.

Inom försäkring utvecklar vi akturiella system och ligger i framkant gällande rapporteringssystem för kassaflödesberäkningar, och idag är vi marknadsledande gällande att driva stora IFRS 17 projekt på marknaden och inom bank arbetar vi primärt med att utveckla och utvärdera riskmodeller för kreditrisk. - Vill du lära av de bästa specialisterna på marknaden och arbeta i Sveriges vassaste riskmodelleringsteam? Du kommer till exempel att arbeta med:

- Utvärdera/granska modeller för finansiell redovisning och kapitalkrav (IFRS 4, IFRS 17, Solvens 2 & IORP 2).
- Hjälpa våra kunder att förstå konsekvenserna av regulatoriska förändringar.

Din roll

The Role
Capital Markets, part of KPMG Deal Advisory, takes on a wide range of assignments within four service lines: US Capital Markets, IPO readiness (initial public offerings), Transaction Accounting and Regulatory support.

The role

The role
As an Associate with KPMG Deal Advisory within the Transaction Services team, you will have the opportunity to perform and enhance your skill in buy- and sell-side transactions, providing financial due diligence (“DD”). Your role
You will be part of our RCC team working in different industries and sectors together with competent and inspiring colleagues across KPMG. As a senior consultant within our RCC practice, you will assist our clients in managing their risk management processes and help transforming compliance processes to meet ever increasing stakeholder and regulatory demands. About The Position
