What you’ll do
Own the global UW tables (canonical facts/dimensions for applications, decisions, features, repayments, delinquency) with clear SLAs for freshness, completeness, accuracy, and data lineage.
Design for AI-agents and humans: consistent IDs, canonical events, explicit metric definitions, rich metadata (schemas, data dictionaries), and machine-readable data contracts.

You will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple teams and people from different competences such as from Product Management or Engineering to provide structure, and drive progress and quality. About the role


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our Identity & Access Management team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and efficient Python applications. One of our primary responsibilities is owning and managing ForgeRock and SailPoint based systems. These systems are critical components of our IAM infrastructure and enable us to effectively manage user identities and access privileges across various platforms and applications.


In addition to our expertise in ForgeRock and SailPoint, the IAM team also takes ownership of multiple systems implemented in Python. We leverage the power of Python to develop and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable solutions that enhance our IAM capabilities.

Excellent debugging skills to identify and resolve issues.

What you will do:
Analytics at Klarna is divided into several teams with unique responsibilities. One of these areas is our Credit Risk Analytics teams, which focus on the continuous improvement of our credit risk real-time decisions for every transaction processed by Klarna. Our Analysts aim to understand consumer behaviors to identify and address consumer credit risk with the help of various tools to protect our business from credit risk-related losses and consumers' over-indebtedness and abuse. We are looking to fill both junior and senior roles.
Responsibilities:
Work together in a team (usually 4-8 people) to deliver toward a common goal closely related to the company’s financials.
Use a data-driven approach to optimize one of the most influential parts of Klarna's business performance.
Developing strategies to ensure responsible lending, avoiding over-indebtedness and credit abuse.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, from product teams to customer service.
Work with credit risk end-to-end; monitoring business performance, discovering anomalies or identifying opportunities, making decisions based on created insights, implementing changes and following up there impact.

The Role


As an Affiliate Analyst, your main role is to ensure accurate and high-quality revenue reporting from affiliate networks. You'll work closely with finance and data teams, enriching revenue data with other relevant information to provide valuable insights.


Your responsibilities include reconciling data, identifying discrepancies, managing affiliate dashboards, addressing merchant-specific concerns, improving tracking of non-app and CRM traffic, and investigating factors behind affiliate tracking breakage.


Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency, and familiarity with QlikSense are important. Python knowledge is a plus. Join as an Affiliate Analyst to contribute to revenue growth and success.

Responsible for affiliate revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy of affiliate network revenues between the network and Klarna's data.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics, marketing, or related experience.
1-2 years of professional experience working with data analytics
Structured query language within (Python is a plus) and data visualization experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills within English.
An eye for detail and an ability to simplify complicated information/data.
Experience of working in a fast-paced startup environment or a company with a strong brand track record.
Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, payments, banking and/or fintech markets is a plus.
