Our brilliant Design and Marketing department is looking for a Graphic Designer. You’ll be joining a high performing team that covers design, branding, marketing and comms under one roof. We are looking for you that combines graphic design skills with web design experience and who executes quickly with quality. Design Creation:


• Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for a wide range of communication and marketing materials, including digital, print and event assets.
• Create brand consistent visual content to our web pages (Powerfoyle.com and Exeger.com)
• Transform creative concepts into engaging visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

Brand Adherence:


• Uphold brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication and marketing channels.

Project Management:


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Exeger’s finance team is now looking for their next financial assistant. The department is responsible for making financial forecasts, fulfil legal requirements with regards to accounting and financial follow-up. It assists the organization with financial control and analysis with current system landscape to help the business and enable Exeger to function and compete effectively in the market.

As a Financial assistant you support the Accounting Manager and the CFO in day-to-day financial operations and transactions of the financial life cycle. Since we´re in a growth state the position also requires you to contribute to development of processes to continue to build on the existing vision.

Your responsibilities


• Control the accuracy of invoices, matching them to purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure invoices are approved by responsible person.
• Maintain authorization lists in the ERP system.
• Weekly payment files through ERP system and upload to the bank with correct approval flow.
• Day-to-day accounting in relation to payment files and incorrectly posted invoices.
• Payments and Account Payable related activities
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Assist in Annual Report work for relevant areas.

We are looking for a functional leader that can bring us to the next step in environmental responsibility. A stellar Environment Specialist with established EMS experience, and that has experience of LCA and GHG inventory. 

Another key area for the role, is to run and develop our management system for environment in cross-functional teams, as well as monitor and implement new legislation across the whole business. Given our fast-paced growth, our global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, this role will require determination and grit combined with an outstanding “attention to details- and observation” ability. You have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. You are goal oriented, curious, and eager to learn and you are of course fluent in English.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have professional EMS experience in manufacturing industry, preferably from chemical or pharmaceutical industry. You will be able to make an impact for real, on our journey to success. Our organization requires and values self-discipline and a natural talent to make things happen.

• Deep knowledge in LCA and understanding of carbon footprint (GHG)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Senior Environmental specialist you will make sure that our environmental work meets the highest standards and complies with the legislation and internal standards. This role offers both hands-on work in our daily operations as well as tactical work within the cross-functional forums at Exeger. You do not wait for others to act, rather, you lead the way. With a high say – do ratio, you own decisions made and articulate the direction, goals, and priorities from a holistic perspective. We are looking for you, a natural functional leader, with a hands-on attitude that inspire others to improve how they think and act. You will be responsible for our LCA and GHG reporting, to identify and together with core team and ambassadors drive improvements to reach our environmental goals. 


• Train and advise staff and management concerning site evaluations, permitting, field inspections, and investigations.
• Develop and execute carbon footprint calculations and EMS plans.
• Conduct coaching and training of the organization regarding our environmental work and goals and continuous improvements.
• Facilitate EMS audits and inspections (owned by the business) and act as center of excellence to support delivery of action plans.
• Perform EMS internal revisions.
• Provide periodic management reports, e.g. LCA and carbon footprint reports.
• Report environmental awareness, issues and statistics.
• Member of Exeger Quality Team and representative in EMS related forums.

We are looking for our next stellar Research, to enable the future of Energy independence. Given our fast-paced growth, our global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, this role will require ability to interpret complex data, strong analytical skills as well as determination and grit. We’d love to have curious, hands-on and persistent researchers join us at our manufacturing site in downtown Stockholm. To strive in this customer-centric environment, we believe you should have the following:


• Master’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields
• A few years of experience outside of academia preferably working with Dye Sensitized Solar cell technology.
• We are multi-disciplinary and therefore we value a background for example in one of the following fields: Inorganic chemistry, Organic synthesis, Metallurgy, Surface physics or Electrochemistry.
• Experience from developing and building new experimental methods, stations and set-ups.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Financial department is responsible for making financial plans and investigations and creating control and control systems to monitor the business. The work includes collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, hence compiling the economic results and assessing profitability by analyzing costs and revenues. The Finance department is also responsible to make sure that the salaries are reported and paid correctly.
You will more specifically work with:


• Monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Prepare journal entries during the month and month end close
• VAT and tax filings
• Prepare and perform account reconciliations

You will also investigate new production data and management technologies (such as redundancy in cloud, lateral IT security, and optimizing handling of intermediate goods and preventive maintenance), and concepts to improve our current production capacity, uptime, quality, yield, and costs.

We are looking for our next stellar Laser Micromachining Engineer, to enable the future of Energy independence. You have a degree in degree in engineering, physics, materials science or related fields; and 3+ years of experience working with laser micromachining technology. You also enjoy to be “hands-on” in the lab.

The Laser Micromachining Engineer will independently design and execute research & development projects, analyze data and prepare and present technical reports. Work may also include CAD design, execution of experiments and part manufacturing leveraging a variety of laser types. As a Laser Micromachining Engineer, you will play a critical role within our R&D department, collaborating with cross-functional team of scientists and engineers. You may also be tasked with developing capital equipment requirements, creating specifications for new equipment, evaluating vendors/suppliers, making procurement recommendations, and managing equipment install and qualification.

As a chemist at Exeger, you will be expected to work most of the time in our lab. Tasks will be varied, you will work with different active substances to formulate new inks, conductive solutions, and many other applications.

• Assembling solar cells to test the new formulations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are now looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer that will focus on developing efficient boost converter and DC/DC electronics solutions that is needed to efficiently harvest the energy produced by our solar cells.
You will join a small but growing team of passionate, dedicated, and specialized Electronics Engineers.

This is a crucial part of overall system performance and needed to build our great solar power products. We develop our own ASICS, boost optimization and novel MPP tracking algorithms as well as work with other PMIC partner companies to be able to adapt their solutions to our unique solar cell. All with a mission to help our customers achieve the best possible outcome and offer them the best possible reference designs. We also look at energy storage, systems architecture and power consumption.

We typically work in the µW to mW range with small monolith solar cells around 0.5V for product integration that replaces disposable batteries and/or the need for charging.

You should be passionate about electronics development and interested in deep technical specialization within DC/DC, PMIC, Energy Harvest, boost converters and ultra-low power designs.

You probably have a M.Sc. or Ph.D. in electronics or similar. Passion, drive and knowledge is more important than formal education though. You are curios and self-driven and want to tackle and solve challenging problems within hardware and firmware. You are hands on and love to measure and not only design as the two go hand in hand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Developing new efficient boost electronic hardware reference designs
• Developing, implementing, and testing new boost converter MPP tracking algorithms and methods
• Benchmarking and optimizing third party boost convert solutions
• Developing tools for efficient boost converter optimization and configuration
• Working with customers and partners on complex boost converter and low power electronics integration issues
• Develop simulation tools for boost converter and solar cell behavior and optimization

WHAT TO EXPECT
We primarily work in Altium for electronics design and for firmware its typically low-level embedded programing in C/ C++ or even assembler. We like GIT and JIRA. MATLAB/Octave is fun and so is Spice and COMSOL and other simulation tools although we do not use them enough at the moment.

You should be, or aim to become, world class in boost module development. Getting DC/DC converter efficiency and MPP tracking robustness up is equally important, optimizing the solar cell after all.

We work closely with our colleagues in solar cell R&D to look at systems behavior.

We are based in Stockholm but we also have key team members in the Netherlands so some amount of travel will be expected. As well as occasional trips to our HK/SZ office and partners around the globe.

Prototyping at Exeger
At the Exeger site in downtown Stockholm, the prototype team is responsible for building the next generation products and concepts. We are making sure the devices we all love and use daily have endless energy through ambient light charging – either on our own or in collaboration with some of the world’s leading manufacturers of consumer electronics.
As a Prototype Engineer, you will work in close collaboration with other Prototype Engineers as well as in projects with other departments such as mechanics, design and sales. Engineering at Exeger
The Engineering department is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing and developing the systems which are used to manufacture and develop our unique products. With Exeger’s disruptive light-charging material and multitude of customer applications, our manufacturing systems must always push the boundaries of what’s possible to make.
You will join the growing Software and Systems Engineering (SSE) team within the Engineering department, shaping the future software and analysis platforms for the development and production of the unique Exeger material.
What you will do
Architect, deploy, own and monitor applications using DevOps best practices. The exact definition of this role is flexible and can be adapted depending on your background. However, we do know that the tasks include:
Contributing to and leading the effort to improve the Engineering departments development processes.
Creating and supporting the SSE and Mechatronics teams with toolchain integration and adoption of a CI/CD workflow.
Developing a pipeline and orchestration for automated testing of code and models for software, DBs, PLCs and industrial equipment.
Driving the implementation of a state-of-the-art monitoring system for industrial PLCs, SCADA, and MES.

Qualifications
