We are seeking a part-time Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis. The working hours are mainly during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideally, the applicant should be based in Stockholm, but there is great flexibility for remote work and scheduling.
The challenge
As a Part-time JuniorCustomer Support Specialist, you will be at the front line of our customer interactions, providing exceptional support and assistance to our users. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our product to make informed, personalized choices about their nutrition, ultimately leading to healthier, happier lives.
What you’ll do
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and social media channels.
Resolve customer support tickets in English and Swedish in ZenDesk related to technical issues and payments.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services.
Assist customers in navigating our application and web. Troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
Empathetically address customer concerns and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with our tech and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with our user community.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, preferably in a tech or health-related industry.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
Empathy and strong commitment to provide outstanding customer service.

As a Chief Commercial Officer or CCO, you will shape Diet Doctor’s company strategy. You will report to the Founders and bring your experience in enterprise Sales to the management team and to the whole company. For Diet Doctor to take the next step on its journey we need an enthusiastic CRM specialist to take the lead in designing our comms strategy as we scale. This position will initially focus on building evergreen retention campaigns by partnering closely with product managers, marketers, content creators, and designers, and will expand into building acquisition campaigns in the near future.

- Build highly personalized retention communications utilizing our new CRM platform, Braze.
- Drive a cohesive, impactful, cross-channel user experience across our logged-in versions of our website and app.

Our Recipe Product Team owns and manages the entire recipe product. We have over 1,000 recipes, and we are creating, testing, and publishing dozens more each week. Recipes drive a large percentage of new traffic to our site.

At present, the Recipe Product Team has four full-time specialists, contractors and multiple recipe collaborators working hard to ensure that our product is top quality. Our standard of excellence is high; recipes must be inspiring, simple to make, SEO optimized, and promoted across all available social media channels for maximum exposure.

Today, our specialists spend at least 30% of their time on admin and planning tasks that take them away from growth and strategy opportunities. This team member would have the unique opportunity to work with each specialist and assist in various exciting organizational and marketing-related projects, including marketing and social media, web and graphic design, SEO, editorial tasks, event planning, and more.

- Support our Recipe team leader by managing recipe creation tasks. Uploading recipes, proofing recipes, and optimizing recipes for SEO.

The challenge for the International Content Coordinator
Along with our main site in English, we also offer Swedish and Spanish versions of Diet Doctor. In order for these sites to grow efficiently, we need someone who acts as a link between what is being produced on the English site and the content created for the other languages.

- Work closely with the Swedish and Spanish teams to create culturally-relevant content related to a low-carb lifestyle.
- Ensure that the Swedish and Spanish websites meet the needs of users and that the content published is current and correct.

- Work closely with the team to figure out what products we should create and then drive the work to create products that will delight customers - on the website, iOS and Android apps.

- Keep our Spanish recipe pages continuously updated and inspiring.
- Create inspiring and useful meal plans.
- Write recipes and guides, and do so in an SEO-friendly way.
- Translate recipes from English.
- Create inspiring recipe collections, for example based on season, holidays, type of ingredient or recipe category.
- Coordinate with external recipe creators, quality control their recipes and edit them for publishing.
- Plan, publish and create engaging food-related content for our Spanish social media channels, mainly Instagram and Facebook.
- Test cook and quality check recipes.

What you'll do
- Own and evolve the Diet Doctor brand and identity in all channels.
- Build a strong internal creative design team.
- Be hands-on with high-level visual designs as well as strategic by contributing to product roadmaps and the brand platform.


Who you are
To be successful in this role, we think that you have around 10 years of experience in design roles, mainly focused on digital services. You have played a big role in developing innovative and creative services. With a passion for simple yet inspiring design we believe you strive for a world class look and feel.

You have experience in managing designers and have a great understanding for organization, project- and team management skills. You are an enthusiastic collaborator and open to other people’s ideas, at the same time you will need to show initiative and have accountability for the stories you are telling.

You should apply if you:
- Have a product mindset, care about end users and products they use.
- Have more than five years of experience working in a backend role.
- Are interested in distributed systems.
- Have some experience with strongly-typed languages.
- Are comfortable with cross-functional tasks i.e. infrastructure, automation, and operations.
- Are used to defining technical proposals, architectural decisions and driving initiatives across Engineering and the wider company.
- Have strong experience interacting with APIs, writing end-to-end tests, and consider performance and security when building web applications.
