What will you do?
As a Product Designer you will be part of a small team, achieving big things. You will be leading the design of our applications and web, impacting the experience of millions of users each month.
The role includes taking ownership of design ideas through the research, wireframing and high-fidelity visuals to the final product and beyond. You should be able to champion user research and usability testing across the company as well as help to ensure a high level of quality and consistency across Rebtel’s products. Areas of ownership:

Own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity visuals, final product delivery, and ongoing iteration


Champion user research and usability testing across the organization


Ensure high quality and consistency across all of Rebtel’s products

What will you do?
As the Backend Engineering Manager you will ensure that we have the right people, working on the right things, using the right tools and processes to deliver value to our users. Our teams are coordinating over several technical platforms across iOS, Android, .Net and Web.
Our mobile apps have more than 10M downloads across App Store and Play Store, and our website is visited by almost a million unique visitors every month. Our services easily support these kinds of loads given the considerations that have gone into load balancing, distributed networks and high availability. Areas of ownership:

Provide leadership over core engineering tasks on a daily basisAlign your team’s technical strategy with the short and long-term visions of the business


Interface with the product team and coordinate the rest of the engineering org to translate product needs into deliverables

Have a keen interest in architecture: how to build complex applications that are maintainable

What will you do?
As the Product Manager for payments, you'll own the systems and strategies that determine where Rebtel can grow and how our users pay. This includes integrating new payment methods, designing optimized payment flows, and expanding into emerging markets You will also optimize payment processes by partnering with external providers, card networks, and financial institutions to minimize costs, enhance transaction speed, and improve overall efficiency.
This is not a maintenance role. You'll be building new capabilities that open up entirely new corridors and geographies for the business.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Own the product strategy and roadmap for payments and cash-in experiences


Identify and prioritize new markets based on payment method availability, corridor economics, and user demand


Drive localization of payment flows: currencies, payment methods, and compliance requirements across markets


Partner with engineering and finance to build scalable payment infrastructure


Work with commercial and data teams to size market opportunities and measure impact


Navigate payment provider relationships and understand the PSP landscape


Ensure payment flows are reliable, compliant, and optimized for conversion across markets


Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience with payments, fintech, or financial services products

Experience launching products or payment methods in multiple markets

What will you do?
As a Senior Android Engineer at Rebtel, you will be part of our Frontend team, helping modernize and evolve the Rebtel Android app. We are in the middle of migrating from Java to Kotlin and Jetpack Compose while continuously shipping product features to a global user base.

As a Staff .NET Developer at Rebtel you will serve as the technical guardian and principal individual contributor for the entire Backend (BE) architecture and ecosystem. What will you do?
As the Risk Analyst you will take full ownership of our fraud management lifecycle within the Operations team. You will be a key driver in safeguarding our business, focusing on end-to-end fraud management. In this role you will assist Rebtel to have a clear ownership of fraud management and will lead to enhanced data analytics capabilities within Operations, ultimately reducing the operational overhead from fraud-related escalations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Own, monitor, detect, and investigate suspicious transaction activity.


Analyze fraud trends and proactively develop, test, and implement rule sets to minimize losses.


Manage fraud detection tools and continuously optimize their configuration and performance.


Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Operations to reduce chargebacks and user friction.

Lead comprehensive postmortems for significant fraud incidents and propose clear preventive actions and process improvements.


Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in a dedicated role focused on fraud detection, risk analysis, or transaction monitoring.


Strong data analysis skills, with proven proficiency in and/or Python, as well as tools like Looker/Snowflake and Excel.


In-depth knowledge of card-not-present fraud, payments processing, and AML/KYC principles.


Hands-on experience with fraud detection systems and expert-level rule management.


Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to translate risk into actionable business requirements.


Previous experience in high-volume industries such as telecom, fintech, or e-commerce is preferred.


Its's a plus if you have worked with machine learning models for fraud/risk scoring.

What will you do?

As the CRM Growth Lead who will own and drive our customer lifecycle strategy, leveraging data to enhance user engagement and retention across different touch points. Maintain identity and access management through tools like Google Workspace, Okta, or Azure AD.

Process Optimization & Automation
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks using scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Maintain and improve IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and IT policies.
Work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to enhance internal IT infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations.
Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
Experience managing cloud-based IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

Our infrastructure is entirely cloud-based and we have components in the 3 major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
