Vi är en privat vårdcentral, med mottagning centralt på Kungsholmen i anknytning till St. Görans sjukhus, som bedrivs på uppdrag av Region Stockholm. Vi ägs även av Mindler och samarbetar med deras HR-avdelning i denna rekrytering. I vår verksamhet erbjuder vi både akuta och planerade patientbesök på mottagningen samt hemsjukvård.
Som sjuksköterska hos oss, kommer du ingå i ett mindre engagerat team med flera yrkesgrupper i nära samarbete för att ge våra, ca 4700 listade, patienter så bra vård och bedömningar som möjligt. Du kommer att rapportera direkt till verksamhetschefen som dagligen jobbar på plats och arbetar tillsammans med kollegor med lång och gedigen erfarenhet inom primärvården.
Om tjänsten:
Detta är ett vikariat (100%) på 9-12 månader med möjlighet till förlängning.
Vi söker en vikarie som är legitimerad distriktssköterska/sjuksköterska med erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvården. Du kommer att arbeta som mottagningssköterska och i arbetsuppgifterna ingår sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter och rutiner som att ha ansvar för patienter tillsammans med undersköterskor och läkare samt dokumentation. Även telefonrådgivning ingår i det dagliga arbetet.

Om Beckomberga Vårdcentral:
Beckomberga vårdcentral är en privat vårdcentral som ligger i Bromma sjukhus. Vårdcentralen bedrivs på uppdrag av Region Stockholm och ägs av Mindler. Deras HR-avdelning samarbetar med oss i denna rekrytering. På vår mottagning erbjuder vi både akuta och planerade patientbesök. Det finns även ett lab och hemsjukvård.
Som sjuksköterska/distriktssköterska hos oss kommer du ingå i ett mindre team med nära samarbete med flera yrkeskategorier för att ge våra patienter så bra vård och bedömningar som möjligt. Vi har för närvarande ca 6200 listade patienter. Vår verksamhetschef är dagligen på plats på mottagningen och han är alltid öppen för synpunkter och förslag.
Om Tjänsten:
Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska/distriktsköterska, gärna med erfarenhet av primärvård. Du kommer att arbeta som mottagningssköterska och i arbetsuppgifterna ingår sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter och rutiner som att ha ansvar för patienter tillsammans med undersköterskor och läkare samt dokumentation. As the Global Head of Customer Service, you will lead a team of 10-15 Customer Service Leads and Representatives spread across different markets. Key responsibilities:

Streamline processes across markets to ensure a cohesive and effective global team.


Develop our global customer service software and tools. You’ll be the team’s Zendesk expert and will lead the implementation of AI-powered tools with the aim to enhance our customer experience.


Oversee the development of documentation for our internal knowledge base in collaboration with Customer Service Leads.


Work closely with Country Managers and Customer Operations Managers to comply with service level agreements and identify areas for improvement.

Who are you?

A few years of experience from leading a global Customer Service team (preferably in a start-up environment) and several years of experience from customer-facing positions.


Have extensive knowledge of Zendesk and comfortable with configuring and streamlining ticket flows, developing internal knowledge base and managing add-on apps.


A service-minded person with great communication and problem-solving skills.


Excellent writing and verbal skills in English as well as fluency in either Swedish, Dutch, Danish or Norwegian.

The role:
As the Global Head of Partnerships, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy and execution, responsible for building strategic partnerships and directly contributing to revenue growth. The role
As a Business Controller you will be pivotal for our financial strategy, playing a key role in analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and driving performance. You'll report to the CFO and work collaboratively with management of departments and cross-functional teams to provide decision support and drive operational improvements. You will work together with the finance team to ensure our financial processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our long-term goals.
What you will do:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance across markets.


Collaborate with the analytics department and CFO to define relevant metrics to provide focus and clarity on operational performance across the organisation, and set a process for tracking of these.


Track financial performance and key operational metrics such as treatment activities, utilisation, CAC, conversion, retention and treatment outcomes.


Analyse P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and identify deviations and need for action.


Deliver decision support to the rest of the organization in the form of understandable data and financial insights. Provide insights to the management team and department heads and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to optimize operational performance and maximize profitability.


Develop and maintain financial models. Drive the budget and forecasting processes and participate in the development of multi-year business plans, with clarity on the critical assumptions as well as the investments required to achieve the plan.

Who are you?

A Master’s degree in finance, business, accounting or a related quantitative field.


A minimum of 5+ years relevant business experience with a financial/analytical/consultative focus and progressively growing responsibilities.


Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and strong presentation skills in Powerpoint/Slides. Experience from analysis of big data and working with structuring, combining and presenting data in visualisation tools (such as PowerBI) is an advantage. The role
As a Business Controller you will be pivotal for our financial strategy, playing a key role in analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and driving performance. You'll report to the CFO and work collaboratively with management of departments and cross-functional teams to provide decision support and drive operational improvements. You will work together with the finance team to ensure our financial processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our long-term goals.
What you will do:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance across markets.


Collaborate with the analytics department and CFO to define relevant metrics to provide focus and clarity on operational performance across the organisation, and set a process for tracking of these.


Track financial performance and key operational metrics such as treatment activities, utilisation, CAC, conversion, retention and treatment outcomes.


Analyse P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and identify deviations and need for action.


Deliver decision support to the rest of the organization in the form of understandable data and financial insights. Provide insights to the management team and department heads and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to optimize operational performance and maximize profitability.


Develop and maintain financial models. Drive the budget and forecasting processes and participate in the development of multi-year business plans, with clarity on the critical assumptions as well as the investments required to achieve the plan.


Support the monthly closing process, to ensure robust and reliable financial statements. Conduct reporting of financial performance to management, board, investors and other stakeholders.


Develop business cases, and participate in assessment and realisation of M&A and growth opportunities.


Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.


Who are you?

A Master’s degree in finance, business, accounting or a related quantitative field.


A minimum of 5+ years relevant business experience with a financial/analytical/consultative focus and progressively growing responsibilities.


Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and strong presentation skills in Powerpoint/Slides. Experience from analysis of big data and working with structuring, combining and presenting data in visualisation tools (such as PowerBI) is an advantage. Experience from working in Netsuite is beneficial.


Analytical mindset, combined with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills. Proven track record in driving change and realising operational improvements.

Due to the growing success of these ventures and with one of our current Partnership Managers going on maternity leave, we are now looking for a Partnership Manager to cover during 2024.

The role:

As a Partnership Manager at Mindler you will be part of the commercial-team based in Stockholm. Your primary goal is to build and maintain strong B2B relationships (including being involved in our insurance offering). Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, with a primary focus on growth in company care and insurance client partnerships.

Who are you?

2-3+ years of experience working with sales and account management.

The role:

The VP of Engineering at Mindler will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the tech department while managing the team of Engineering Managers and reports to the CPTO. Today we already work in a cross-functional manner but with the opportunity to develop this even further. What would you be working with?

Leading the teams and EMs through management and mentorship connected to the company values.

Contributing to recruitment activities.

Writing technical policies as needed for compliance.

Preparing & optimizing budgets and keeping cost control for the overall tech department.

Recommending, investigating, and eliciting technological developments and investments in line with the company goals.

Who are you?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.

4 years of relevant work experience in software engineering.

2-3 years of tech leadership and experience in coaching engineering managers or similar.

Experience in hiring and building tech teams.

Good understanding of strategic problem-solving.

Ability to communicate with impact and build trust / good relationships with tech, product, and other departments.

Financial acumen.

You thrive in businesses with an agile mindset and strong purpose.

It’s a plus if you have:

DevOps knowledge.

You have 4+ years of work experience as a QA Engineer.

You have previously held a QA Lead role or similar.

You have experience with automated testing.

Its a plus if you have:

Previously worked in a startup environment.

Held a QA role in a company that has developed a medical device.

Experience from trunk-based development or an equivalent modern way, working with the aim of improving time-to-delivery by releasing multiple times a day.

Worked with test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Detox.

The role:

As a Customer Service & Billing Representative you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process and supporting our patients with billing inquiries. You will be part of the Customer Service team and work closely with Accounting.

What would you be working with:

- Manage invoicing through our electronic health record system.

- Assist clients in correcting any errors in billing and answer other questions regarding invoices.

- Regular reconciliation with the Accounting Department.

- Perform other duties as assigned e.g. assist with B2B invoicing procedures and customer service tasks.



Who are you?

About Mindler
Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor, who had a vision to enable a world with better mental health. Thanks to our hard-working tech team, who have developed our app and iCBT programs; Mindler has become known as the science driven mind leading industry changer.

We are now looking for Software Developers (with different specialities) to join our expanding tech department. Our tech org is currently split into five teams - all with different core responsibilities relating to the infrastructure, data, integration and features of our product.
