About the position
Your main responsibilities will be to handle post-production requests from our clients in a timely and professional manner. This means working closely as a bridge between our clients and external Production Departments, to ensure on-point quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. In this position, you will collaborate with people specialised in software development, hardware construction, photography, and more that is behind the Looklet magic.As an Image Advisor & Trainer, your main scope of work will include:

Quality controlling production imagery


Management of image quality-related requests and feedback from our clients via our internal software


Standardize and optimize image retouch workflows


Assembling feedback and training material for our production departments as well as planning and executing training


Tracking and analysing performance data


The role is a temporary position of 9 months, with good possibilities of a permanent extension and further development in the Image Control Team.

About the position

Your main responsibilities will be timely and professional handling of our production flow and post-production requests from our clients. This will mean working closely and as a bridge between our clients and external Production Departments, to ensure on-point quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. As an Image Advisor & Production Coordinator, your main scope of work will include:

Production Coordination:

- Short and mid-term forecast capacity planning balancing multiple providers, client needs, and volume commitments as well as deadlines

- Performance follow-up focused mainly on image quality and turnaround time

- Lead internal communication on capacity, volume vs forecast follow-up, and potential client implications

- Communication and coordination around product releases, e.g. sending of release notes, etc

Image Control:

- Quality controlling production imagery

- Professional and timely managing of image quality-related requests/feedback from our clients via our internal software

About the position

Our Product Experience team is a small, cross-functional department that is training our clients, based all over the world, in our unique hardware and software that constitutes the Looklet solution. As a Product Advisor & Trainer, you will be creating educational material to ensure effective learning and correct usage along with performing client demos and tests. You will also be producing images for our in-house clients, which includes styling, shooting, and look creation.

As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will be reporting directly to the VP Brand & Client Relations and work closely with the VP Business Development/Co-founder.

As an Account Manager in our team, your scope of work will include:

- Develop strong relationships with assigned clients - Familiarize yourself with customers’ key activities and markets
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Understand client circumstances and production constraints from a retail/ecom/fashion perspective
- “Speak their language” in terms of fashion and the brands they carry
- Be the point of contact for clients in day-to-day matters
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and ensure any concerns are properly addressed
- Regular visits to client HQs/studio premises (travel guidelines allowing, i.e. Covid-19)
- Become a go-to sparring partner for clients in all things photo production-related



- Become the link between client and internal teams - Align internally on request-related communication towards clients, e.g. ad-hoc requests, feature requests, model requests, studio issues
- Manage continuous client-facing workstreams, project schedules and communication
- Communication and coordination around product releases and new features
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner, e.g. models, releases and support



- Drive Looklet revenues and profit contribution - Continuously aim to increase client image production and to up-sell features and services
- Play an integral part in generating new client sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships



- Inform internal stakeholders about client relationship developments - Communicate regularly using key account metrics and reports
- Aid internal awareness of client-side activities and temperature
- Relay internally relevant information needing focus, i.e. product roadmap initiatives, deriving from customer insight





Your Profile

As a person, you are naturally service-oriented and have a can-do attitude. You have a proactive mindset and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Must haves:

- 3+ years in a similar client-facing role, relating to fashion retail and/or technology
- Highly organized and strict attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Intermediate-level Excel
- Professional fluency in English

We are now looking for a new smart and responsible Head of Finance & Accounting to lead the Finance department and take end-to-end ownership of Looklet’s financials.

To succeed in this role, you are a positive, smart, and fast-learning person looking for the opportunity to influence a growing company as well as be part of a small team with close cooperation within a fun and diverse environment.

This role has a broad and interesting scope, and this is the perfect opportunity for you to develop and grow as a finance executive. Among other things, your responsibilities will include;

Management

- Leading our small in-house finance department with a broad scope
- Liaising with our mother company in case or questions
- Close collaboration with the CEO for reporting and funding, and the HR Director for payroll, and financial-legal topics




Accounting

- Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
- Monthly and annual closing
- Monthly VAT tax filing
- Controlling of supplier invoices
- Owning the invoicing process
- Expense management
- Yearly income declaration for Skatteverket
- Preparing and completing the Annual Report
- Managing the yearly audit process (incl. the collaboration with the auditors)




Reporting

- Monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting
- Monthly to parent company (trial balance, management accounts)
- Group consolidation reporting twice a year (IC and IFRS)
- Maintaining the CFO dashboard in PowerBI (lower priority)




Finance & Analysis

- Regular short- and mid-term liquidity forecasts
- Maintaining the company’s overall business case
- Ad-hoc analyses




Budgeting

- Introducing a simple internal budgeting by department and project

Legal, payroll, and tooling



- Ownership of our accounting and reporting tools, specifically MS Dynamics NAV, Capego, Continia, Skovik
- Working with HR and our outsourced payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate salary payments
- Filing and updating applications for tax and social security regulations
- Management of company insurances
- Intercompany agreements with affiliated companies
- Support in finance-related legal matters to the CEO




Your Profile

Must-have:

- Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or similar
- 5+ years of experience within the accounting field
- Expertise in the accounting rules for K3 and IFRS
- Experience from cross-border transactions and consolidation accounting
- Experience from accounting (and payroll) systems
- Good skills in Excel
- Well-structured thinking
- Strong self-organization and prioritization skills / ability to handle parallel topics and tasks
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English




Nice-to-have:

- Experience with PowerBI (reporting dashboard)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamic Navision
- Start-up or SME experience
