About the position
Your main responsibilities will be to handle post-production requests from our clients in a timely and professional manner. This means working closely as a bridge between our clients and external Production Departments, to ensure on-point quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. In this position, you will collaborate with people specialised in software development, hardware construction, photography, and more that is behind the Looklet magic.As an Image Advisor & Trainer, your main scope of work will include:

Quality controlling production imagery


Management of image quality-related requests and feedback from our clients via our internal software


Standardize and optimize image retouch workflows


Assembling feedback and training material for our production departments as well as planning and executing training


Tracking and analysing performance data

About the position

Your main responsibilities will be timely and professional handling of our production flow and post-production requests from our clients. This will mean working closely and as a bridge between our clients and external Production Departments, to ensure on-point quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. Production Coordination:

- Short and mid-term forecast capacity planning balancing multiple providers, client needs, and volume commitments as well as deadlines

About the position

Our Product Experience team is a small, cross-functional department that is training our clients, based all over the world, in our unique hardware and software that constitutes the Looklet solution. As a Product Advisor & Trainer, you will be creating educational material to ensure effective learning and correct usage along with performing client demos and tests. You will also be producing images for our in-house clients, which includes styling, shooting, and look creation.

The Product Experience team collaborates with our Product Owners in coming up with new efficient ways to onboard our clients and improve our pipelines. - Running and analyzing performance metrics



Your Profile:

As Head of IT & Client Support the main scope of your work will include:

- Ensure a great customer service experience and provide excellent support through our helpdesk, network administration, internal IT and temporarily our Supply Chain function
- Lead and develop Looklet's Support team (currently 5 employees)
- Define and optimize customer support procedures, policies, priorities, templates and standards
- Scope responsibilities of each employee, and ensure backup/redundancy including on-call duty to service our demanding clients all over the world
- Take ownership of critical customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution via coordinating and allocating resources as well as develop action plans and improve processes
- Define action plan and allocate resources in case of a major service disruption (P1 incidents)


Your profile:

- You are a calm and collaborative leader with a background in support desk management in the IT or SaaS industry and strong skills in communication, coordination and project management
- You have a strong sense of ownership and as a result-driven person you see things through to the end
- You have an ability to see the bigger picture and draw conclusions as well as to take decisions


- You have conceptual skills and passion to develop and implement new procedures

You have:

- Proven work experience of support desk management in the IT industry

We work with technically advanced retouch, montage, and photography, and we are responsible for developing our mannequins and digital bodies that are part of the image composition we offer in our product.

Your Profile

Must-have:

- Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or similar
- 5+ years of experience within the accounting field
- Expertise in the accounting rules for K3 and IFRS
- Experience from cross-border transactions and consolidation accounting
- Experience from accounting (and payroll) systems
- Good skills in Excel
- Well-structured thinking
- Strong self-organization and prioritization skills / ability to handle parallel topics and tasks
