What you’ll do:
Strengthen and continuously improve Kognity’s security posture, reducing risk and increasing resilience across systems and data


Automate and streamline security processes like access controls, credential rotations, and compliance checks


Ensure our platform and organisation remain secure and compliant with GDPR, SOC2, and related standards


Develop and drive the security strategy and roadmap, balancing risk, compliance, and business opportunity


Collaborate across teams to ensure secure development, sales enablement, and incident management


Lead and mentor security champions, fostering security awareness and best practices across the organisation

What we’re looking for:
Production-level coding skills to make code changes, advise developers and build tools.


Deeply analytical thinking to identify, prioritise, and mitigate vulnerabilities.


A collaborative enabler who communicates complex risks in business terms and inspires others to prioritise security.

What you’ll do:
Own the shipping rhythm of your squad, ensuring frequent, meaningful customer-facing releases while balancing speed and engineering quality.

The Role
The Acquisition Marketing Manager sits at the centre of Kognity’s acquisition and growth efforts, shaping how we generate demand and build pipeline across markets.
You’ll work across the full acquisition funnel, partnering with specialists and agencies and using data to continuously refine how growth is delivered. At the same time, this is a hands-on role in a scale-up environment: when we test new channels, try new approaches, or need to move fast, you’ll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
With strong foundations in place and expansion underway, you’ll have clear ownership, room to experiment, and a sharp focus on what drives revenue and ROI.
What you’ll do
Own and deliver multi-channel acquisition initiatives that drive qualified pipeline growth and measurable business impact.
Strengthen organic demand by evolving SEO/AIO strategies and linking visibility directly to lead outcomes.
Guide investment and direction across paid channels, ensuring spend is optimised for ROI and pipeline contribution.
Own and optimise email nurture and lifecycle flows, ensuring they effectively convert leads and support sales success.
Test, validate, and scale new channels, partnerships, and approaches that unlock demand generation opportunities.
Use CRM, automation, and performance data to track funnel health, inform decisions, and improve acquisition efficiency.

What we’re looking for
Experience that drives impact:
Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact in B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of outcomes such as pipeline growth, ROI, and conversion efficiency.
Broad hands-on experience across acquisition and demand generation channels (paid, organic, email, ABM, CRO) - with the ability to execute as well as strategise.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to plan, run, and optimise multi-channel acquisition campaigns targeting ICPs.
A strong appetite for experimentation, with a track record of testing new channels, tactics, and approaches to drive measurable growth.

We’re looking for a designer to take the lead in creating and building pages on our website in WordPress, crafting high-quality visuals and landing pages that elevate the user experience and bring our brand to life.


This role is a great fit if you’ve spent a couple of years designing landing pages or company websites in WordPress, and if you’ve also got a portfolio to show your work, we’d love to chat.


What you’ll do:


???? Design and build web pages in WordPress that combine strong UX with impressive conversion performance.

About the Role


We are looking for our next Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record of building rapport with prospects, pinpointing customer needs, and articulating the value of a product or service.


As an SDR at Kognity, you are responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities from all over the world. You do this by responding to inbound leads from marketing and generating new leads through outbound activities with a combination of digital processes and cold outreach. Our processes are supported by best-in-class commercial technology. Once a lead has been qualified and a demo meeting is booked you will hand over the opportunity to our Account Executive team.


To enjoy this role you need to thrive in an international, fast-paced sales team and are excited to work towards ambitious goals. You are an optimistic, resilient communicator, who is happy to follow up with leads and prospects, running many qualifying calls within different time zones every day. You are a motivated self-starter who is ambitious to develop a sales career in one of the world’s leading EdTech companies.
How you’ll make your mark…
Proactively initiate contact with potential customer schools through email campaigns, cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, and responding to inbound leads
Educate leads on the value of Kognity and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with an Account Executive
Schedule meetings and introduce leads to their new point of contact
Support the Sales team with pre-conference outreach (calls and email)
Work closely with Marketing and follow up with prospects on marketing campaigns
Persistent drive to call and email schools each day
Maintain detailed documentation of leads and contribute to improving data accuracy in Salesforce CRM

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing

Who you are & why we need you


We are on the look-out for our next Account Executive with a proven track record in driving new sales and customer engagement in a B2B environment involving many stakeholders.


As an Account Executive at Kognity you are responsible for generating new sales within prospect schools internationally. You will have complete ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to confirmed paid subscriptions, and will be expected to meet ambitious monthly revenue goals. Who you are & why we need you
As an SDR at Kognity you are responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities from all over the world. You do this by responding to inbound leads from marketing and generating new leads through outbound activities with a combination of digital processes and cold outreach. Our User Engagement team is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join us in helping teachers and students improve learning with Kognity. Our mission is to ensure every teacher can confidently integrate Kognity into their classroom, so every student can own their learning and increase engagement through our learning platform. The Information Security Manager will play a key role in ensuring the function and compliance of our business critical information systems thus enabling us to meet increasing customer requirements on meeting the highest information security standards and protecting Kognity’s large data sets against external attacks. The person will be independently responsible for driving Kognity’s information security agenda, which will require the person to work holistically across the business and against the highest seniority levels.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience and likely experience from driving a similar information security agenda at another tech company. Also, the person we bring onboard will need to be a self-starter with proven experience of structuring and driving complex projects from start to finish including company-wide implementation. As no comprehensive solutions or standards are in place today, the candidate will be the information security expert at Kognity with significant room to grow as Kognity expands in size and complexity.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that Kognity has appropriate information security in its business through working with internal IT, IT security for external systems, information management structures and training. Responsibilities specifically include: - Driving the information security and systems management side of ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001) and IT security best practices for EdTech companies
- Managing IT systems impacting information security, like Google suite, ERPs and others regularly used in the Kognity business




- Ensure that our Technical infrastructure & integrations enable the business to deliver great results by: - Managing our internal integrations & ability to integrate the systems we use in a cost-efficient and secure way, and be a key player in project teams working with external integrations
- Support vetting new systems and enable teams to pick systems and tools in a careful manner, building together with and not on top of existing infrastructure when possible
- Setting employee hardware and systems lifecycle processes and managing these together with People Operations




Requirements
- IT knowledge around systems, integration strategies & information security in a cloud-based business - to be able to establish information security strategies and policies, set accurate system requirements correct requirements system properly according to those IT policies, and manage them over time

- Project management - to be able to properly manage internal and external integration & infrastructure projects from start to end, including partner
- Collaboration & communication skills - to be the spider in the web around internal IT since successful performance of the role relies on close collaboration with other internal stakeholders and company management

As a Social Media Manager at Kognity, you will be in charge of creating new leads in existing and new markets and strengthening our brand through our social media channels. Responsibilities

Besides being my side-kick in general and supporting me in strategic people initiatives, you will be expected to independently drive day-to-day People activities and suggest and implement improvements as needed. This relates to core processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, relocation, people systems and offboarding. It also includes work environment activities, HR administration and reporting. You will be the go to person for both kognites and leaders for questions around employment, policies, benefits and everything in between. During intensive hiring periods, you will be supporting our TA in recruitment activities.



Requirements

I think that you have 2-3 years experience of similar work. But really, the most important thing is that you:

- Discuss to find the best solution

- Can structure your thoughts clearly - written and verbal communication

- See solutions, not problems (and if I do, you dare to question me)

- Have good knowledge of swedish labour law and market (while I'm happy to dive into and discuss the new LAS proposal, I expect you to be able to handle day to day questions independently)

- Comfortably communicate in english, both verbally and in writing



What about me?
In addition to being a close collaborator to you, I will be your direct leader, meaning you and I will be in contact a lot. While I would not personally describe myself as a “fun person”, that is what my former side-kick would say (trust her, she is great!).
