About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Developer for our Consumer-Facing team, who thinks it's fun to create and maintain useful applications and services using modern Javascript tooling, which all contribute to a great customer experience. Together with our designers, product managers, backend developers, and frontend-peers, you'll design the parts of our product that are faced by our customers and everything they interact with - we’d love to tell you more about it, for now, let's just say it is a game-changer and that your code will impact the experience of millions of users all across the continent. About you

- +3 years experience in a Frontend role working with React and Typescript
- Previous experience in developing data-oriented frontend applications.
- It's an advantage if you have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related discipline
- A soft spot for (great) UX and making things easy for the user

- Experience writing accessible and semantic markup

As we continue to expand our product offering, the complexity of Instabox grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for a Project Manager - Incident Management to cross the boundaries between Tech, Product, and Operations.

About the role

As a Project Manager - Incident Management at Instabox, you’ll be a key player in streamlining how technical issues are reported between Operations teams and into Product & Tech. This will help relevant issues get solved faster to improve our customer service, whilst at the same time enabling our Operations and Product and Tech teams to become more productive.

You’ll work with the Global Head of Production at Instabox, and a number of other vital stakeholders, to define how incident management from operations teams is managed. To establish a global way of working and to adapt/replace our ticketing system for technical incidents.

More in detail, your responsibilities will include:

- Map out how the current platform is being used today, what's working, and what needs to improve
- Map out new incident reporting flows that are efficient and achieve the company’s goals
- Capture functionality requirements of different stakeholders
- Recommend various ticketing platforms that can meet the requirements, arrange demos for stakeholders
- Conduct procurement exercise to benchmark platforms
- Deploy selected platform with the desired configuration
- Migrate users for the current platform and provide support in the initial weeks until running smoothly
- Handover to correct product owner
- Train stakeholders involved on how to follow the processes, and implement controls to ensure adhered to


This initial project is expected to take 6 months. Afterward, your deep knowledge of Instabox operations will be deployed to other high-impact assignments within Tech or Operations.

About you

To succeed in this role, you have a demonstrated history of working with software and in project management across engineering and business domains. You’re comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from different departments and managing different expectations and prioritizing to ensure the project can be successfully delivered.

It’s highly beneficial if you have an engineering background (e.g leading an engineering team), to understand the basics of system architecture and integrations. But equally as important would be having experience running a program like this independently and successfully.

- 6-10 years experience across business and engineering domains
- 3-5 years of project management experience with structured project management techniques

What you will be doing

As a Route planner & Analyst at Instabox you will be a part of our growing Central Operations team, and join a team of currently two other colleagues. Your work will have a tangible and direct impact on the way we operate. You will be responsible for planning and analyzing routes to balance the route's quality and efficiency. This means identifying efficiency gains and taking actions for continuously improving processes and tools. In addition, you will have a special focus toward our Home Delivery routes, but still collaborate with your team on all other routes when necessary.

Specifically, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Tracking & analyzing routes performance on a daily/weekly basis, building reports, and continuously recommending as well as taking actions to improve routes performance

- Plan ahead, and secure that the sites are aware of the expected volumes and routes are understood so that they can deliver according to expectations

- Collaborate with stakeholders from our sites, collecting their feedback, effectively implementing & communicating changes on the route process and administration

- Evaluate & improve current route planning tool, identifying and communicating key business requirements to product and tech team for system development

- Support in capacity management forecasting and planning, for both lockers and home delivery routes, setting caps according to each sites prerequisites

- Create and administer route changes in our systems on a regular basis, ensuring all information is correct and of high quality



About you

About the role

As a backend developer at Instabox, you’ll work in an agile team with a clear domain. Our tech teams have full ownership of their data, architecture, and processes, and you’ll get to have a real impact on how we build and develop our services - and our tech stack. All of our teams are highly collaborative and we’re looking for people who enjoy learning, sharing, and working with other developers to solve new and interesting problems. You'd be joining a small team that values communication and work-life balance.

Here are a few of the teams you could join…

The geospatial team, a small, new team specializing in providing fast and precise geospatial data - is an important area as we bring our smart lockers to new cities and countries. The team’s microservices provide data for a range of internal uses - from driver route optimization to locker placement - and we are responsible for developing algorithms to determine which lockers we offer customers at our merchants’ web checkouts. We believe in exploring and experimenting, and we work closely with data to get to see the real impact of what we do.

The capacity team, responsible for calculating parcel arrival times as well as optimizing locker fill rate. Arrival times are calculated based on models that try to predict people's parcel pick-up behavior as well as predicting future parcel orders from different merchants. The estimated arrival times are shown at merchants’ web checkout and directly impact conversion rates while fill rates impact how efficiently we utilize our lockers.

About you

At Instabox we value individuals who are keen to learn, and your eagerness to develop your own skillset will probably be your strongest asset when joining us. Beyond that we imagine that you have the following:

- +3 years experience in a backend role working in a modern tech environment
- Experience working with Golang
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Good facilitation skills

About the role

As Sustainability Lead - Technology/Infrastructure at Instabox, you will work towards the team’s main goal: to make our transports and operations sustainable. Moreover, we want to prove that it’s doable so we can affect wider change and inspire the rest of the industry to do the same. You as the Sustainability Lead - Technology/Infrastructure will play a central role in this.

The purpose of your role is to put Instabox at the forefront of adopting and utilizing sustainable vehicle technology and resource/energy management technology. You will ensure that we optimize the usage of energy for our transports in the most emissions, resource and cost efficient manner possible.

Initially, your focus will be on sustainable vehicle technologies and optimization of our usage of it. This includes deployment and adoption of EVs, but also other technologies such as biogas and hydrogen. Going forward, your role will also cover other aspects of resource and energy management centered especially on our terminals.

Your main role and responsibilities:

- Build and help implement our strategy for having a modern, efficient, sustainable fleet together with the fleet managers

- Build up and optimize our infrastructure to support these new vehicle technologies, such as EV charging stations across our hubs, so that it’s as efficient as possible (emissions & cost) with maximum power utilization

- Work with our internal tech team to develop tools for vehicle management in relation to routes and planning/scheduling, eg to optimize battery lifetime and charging capacity

- Work with production and operations so we utilize our vehicles in the most efficient manner on a day-to-day basis, for example by changing driving behavior

- Become our go-to expert on vehicle technologies - electric, hydrogen, gas, and other new technologies

What you will be doing

As a Route Administrator at Instabox you will be a part of our growing central operations team, and join a team of currently two other colleagues. Your work will have a tangible and direct impact on the way we operate. You will be responsible for administering many different functions in our systems, in order for our routes and to be correct and functioning.

Specifically, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Own all steps related to route administration, ensuring that everything is done correctly and that all parts of our systems function properly

- Continuously manage different kinds of changes and updates on existing routes, to ensure our systems are reflecting all changes in our operations

- Report any technical issues you encounter, and collaborate with our Tech department in identifying improvements in our systems

- Take ownership of the administration process related to route creation and changes, setting up new stops and locations (Merchants, Lockers, and other) to be aligned with our planned route network

- Collaborate with our Integrations team, in making sure both new and existing partners are properly tested and functioning in order to go live with them

- Run validations and quality checks on our routes and locations, to ensure our routes are correct in both technical and functional aspect

- Support other teams and functions in ensuring that our system administration is done correctly and efficiently, while identifying areas of improvement



About you

We believe that you can create structured and clean processes, ensuring a high level of quality with minimal room for errors. You should have a high sense of detail, as well as an overall good understanding about how different systems communicate with others, in order to reach a desired result. As our ways-of-working may change constantly, you are able to adjust to it and still ensure that all tasks are completed in time.

About the role

Om jobbet

Som Team Leader kommer du att rapportera till vår Driver Manager. Du kommer att ha personalansvar för våra Senior Drivers samt kurirer. Detta innebär att du kommer att ha medarbetarsamtal samt uppföljning av allt från KPI:er, frånvaro, effektivisering, leverans och rutter etc. Kort och gott allt som kan säkerställa att våra Senior Drivers och kurirer kan utföra ett bra jobb.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innefatta:

- Personalansvar för våra Senior Drivers och kurier samt kompetensutveckling och medarbetarsamtal - Översyn och utveckling av rutter
- Stöd till kurirer under pågående körningar
- Stöd till övriga funktioner som verksamheten kräver
- Schemaläggning och bemanningsplanering av kurirer i Stockholm


Jobbet är på heltid och rollen kommer att ha ett roterande schema och vi ser att du är tillgänglig både kvällar och helger då vi har verksamhet alla dagar mellan kl. 07-23.

Som Team Leader kommer du att rapportera till vår Home Delivery Manager. Du kommer att ha personalansvar för våra Senior Drivers och kurirer. Detta innebär att du kommer att ha medarbetarsamtal samt uppföljning av allt från KPI:er, frånvaro, effektivisering, leverans och rutter etc. Kort och gott allt som kan säkerställa att våra Senior Drivers samt kurirer kan utföra ett bra jobb. Du kommer alltså att ha ansvaret för våra kurirer mot Home Delivery. Denna roll är främst under kvällstid, så det är viktigt att du kan vara flexibel under kvällarna.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innefatta:

- Personalansvar för Senior Drivers och kurirer samt kompetensutveckling och medarbetarsamtal - Översyn och utveckling av rutter

What you will be doing

As Talent Acquisition Partner for our Production organisation you will be tasked with the strategic and operational aspects of hiring for this domain. Together with senior stakeholders and hiring managers you will develop and implement strategies that allow us to continue to scale our organisation while ensuring top quality hires. The production domain hires both white collar and blue collar roles. The TA team is responsible for all this hiring but a lot of the recruitment for our hubs is done by our Site Managers and production leaders. Here, we will be looking to you to help build processes and trainings that allows for effective placement and processing of candidates. When it comes to more complex roles we work with end to end responsibility for our processes, meaning that you will do everything from competence profile all the way through to contract negotiation and closing. Sourcing, referrals and advertising will be natural parts of the trade for these roles but we would also be looking to you for advice on how we brand ourselves and communicate externally as well as finding new ways of reaching our target candidate segments. In this role your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Ownership for the hiring for the Production domain.

The geospatial team
A small, new team specializing in providing fast and precise geospatial data - an important area as we bring our smart lockers to new cities and countries. The team’s microservices provide data for a range of internal uses - from driver route optimization to locker placement - and we are responsible for developing algorithms to determine which lockers we offer customers at our merchants’ web checkouts. We believe in exploring and experimenting, and we work closely with data to get to see the real impact of what we do.

What you will be doing

As Expansion Manager - Instabox Store, you will be responsible for executing store expansion plans in line with business priorities. Our Instabox Stores come in two different concepts; stand alone and retail. You will coordinate end-to-end processes to ensure smooth and quick expansion to new locations and that includes lease, concept, construction and facility management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the ambitious growth plan for our business can be rolled out successfully. The work will be carried out hand-in-hand with a coordinator, who reports to you, for all construction projects but you will be very involved in all parts of the process in this role. What you will be doing:
As a UX specialist, you will be joining the Product team to help improve all our operational software tools, used daily by hundreds (soon to be thousands) of couriers, route planners, operations managers, customer service agents etc. You will be responsible for developing and improving the user experience of our internal systems such as native mobile apps, web applications and widgets used in third-party systems. What you will be doing
In this role you will lead the team in charge of what is arguably our most significant product, namely our lockers. The team is responsible for all the software associated with the lockers and the cloud based backend systems they use. This ranges from scaling services in the cloud to mere demand from our ever-growing fleet of lockers, to designing robust systems ensuring those lockers work and updates flawlessly in the face of unreliable cellular connectivity and unexpected user behaviours. A fearless attitude towards taking on low level development for hardware as well as cloud scaling is ideal. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of the team, as well as coaching and mentoring the team members and onboarding new ones as we continue to grow. In other words, focus on tech, but regular team lead stuff but in a hyper growth environment and a product that is currently used by one in every ten Swedes.

You will get the opportunity to have a big impact on everything from choices of technology to system architecture. You will be working close to both our product and design departments, as well as other teams in our engineering domain, emphasizing the need for communicative skills as well as stakeholder management. However this is not strictly a strategic role, we expect you to get your hands dirty and code.

Who you are
We think that we have made it clear by now that we are looking for someone who gets excited about tech challenges, high and low, including leading others in designing and creating quality products and applications. We're now looking for a Production Security Manager, within our Central Operations function, and hopefully, that is where you come in!

What you will be doing

We are looking for a driven security professional, passionate about problem solving within the security field and with an operational oriented approach. You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm, but working with our security across the Nordics.

As Production Security Manager you will be responsible for the overall security work at our distribution terminals and logistic network. This includes a broad variety of security related tasks in all areas of the everyday operations at our sites. Your assignment will consist of producing and implementing processes and routines regarding efficient security management practices as well as executing incident investigations when needed. You will work closely with the Site Manager at each site as well as other specialist functions in the organisation.

As the work concerns all our production sites in the Nordic Region, you need to be able to travel frequently.

Who you are

We are looking for an operational doer with previous experience from broad security work. It would be a big plus if you have worked with similar tasks in the logistics industry but it's not a requirement. In order to succeed in this role we envision you to be:

- Previous experience from security management, preferably both operational and strategic

- Comfortable moving at a fast pace

- Good communication skills, both verbally and in text

- Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Comfortable with both strategical questions and administrative tasks

What you will be doing
Within the Business Intelligence team, you will get the opportunity to shape how Instabox builds its data warehouse which services everyone in our organization and enables us to make better decisions. The data warehouse is a key asset that we use for multiple data processing purposes; while traditional BI is one use case we deploy, we also service data science investigations and create endpoints for our technology teams to use in our products and services.

Why an Analytics Engineer
Over recent years the data engineering tasks of building source to target ingestion jobs has been replaced by automation products such as FiveTran, Stitch etc. The intersection of data analysis and engineering has seen the emergence of the Analytics Engineer where data ingestion is a solved problem, and the value focus is on data modelling in and building actionable intelligence and Visualisations.

As an Analytics Engineer we’ll expect you to:

- Design and build data models that support business processes and where governance and trust in data are critical
- Be an expert in data transformation techniques using and here at Instabox we use DBT to automate this
- Build visualisations and perform data analysis that can shared with stakeholders in Tableau
- Be curious and involve yourself in research on analytical projects to help answer a hypothesis or solve an idea a stakeholder might have
- Have an interest in working with data science techniques
- Demonstrate an appetite to try new approaches, staying up to date with market trends and advances in data processing
- Be comfortable promoting your work both internally and externally


We think you are a person who...

- Will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineering or Data Scientist role
- A university degree in an analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics)
- Has strong knowledge of and command of analytical functions
- Understands data modeling techniques and their value in delivering end user self-service
- Has good programming skills coupled with using source control
- Has an appreciation and appetite to progress into the data science space
- Is able to use a data visualization and methodical approach to communicate your analytical findings

Vi har kommit till den punkten då vi växt så pass mycket att vi behöver utöka vårt team i hjärtat av vår verksamhet - produktionen. Låt oss därför presentera rollen som Chaufför med CE-körkort på deltid! Att arbeta som Chaufför hos oss innebär mer än att du är bra på att köra bil. Du kommer att utgå från vår terminal i Bromma där du kommer köra lastbil med släp både nattetid och dagtid med varierande arbetstider. Du kommer även vid vissa tillfällen att leverera paket till våra skåp som står utställda i Stockholm . I rollen kommer du även att hämta paket hos våra e-handlare och sortera dessa i vår terminal innan leverans.

Om Instabox

Instabox fortsätter att växa så att det knakar! Vi vet att många bolag säger sånt, men i vårt fall stämmer det och blir över. Hittills har vår resa tagit oss från ett litet logistikbolag i Stockholm till att bli ett av de mest välkända namnen inom last mile leverans i Norden, och börjar även växa i andra länder i Europa. Om jobbet

Tänk dig ett flygtorn, som har en översiktlig koll på vad som händer under dagen och ser till att allting flyter på som det ska. I rollen som Production Control Coordinator, så kommer du vara del av ett team som övervakar och följer upp alla våra logistiska flöden och säkerställer att allt följer planen. Du kommer att stötta våra olika terminaler i att lösa problem som uppstår på plats eller för våra kurirer ute på vägarna i det dagliga arbetet. Du kommer dels att säkerställa att den dagliga tidsplanen hålls, samt assistera i att rapportera eventuella problem eller avvikelser. I samband med detta, vill vi utveckla våra egna arbetssätt och rutiner för att förhindra att liknande situationer uppstår igen.

Din roll är till stor del en koordinerande roll, vilket innebär att vi samarbetar med flera olika avdelningar för att säkerställa att all relevant information kommer till rätt personer. Då vi ska följa upp och stötta produktionen när det pågår, så behöver du vara bekväm med att arbeta både kvällar och helger, och i nuläget är vi bemannade vardagar 08:00-00:00 och helger 09:00-22:00, men kan ändras efter behov.

Om dig vi söker

Som Installation Team Leader hos oss på Instabox leder du arbetet för att utöka vårt nätverk av skåp runt om i Norden. Rollen innefattar ett övergripande ansvar för att tillsammans med ditt team sköta utbyggnaden och förvaltningen av skåpen i regionen. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att arbetssätt, processer och riktlinjer följs och ständigt utvecklas. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to Denmark and Norway & the Netherlands but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. We now seek a Fleet Manager and hopefully, that is where you come in…..

What you will be doing

As a Fleet Manager at Instabox, you are responsible for the entire vehicle fleet. This means that you will be the contact person for everything related to our cars and ensure that our fleet is efficiently managed. You report to our Head of Logistics Nordics and work closely with our production sites. You also have close internal collaboration with key teams as Logistics, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Tech & Product, and last but not least our Customer Support.

Specifically, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Manage efficiently a fleet of +300 C/B trucks, from strategy definition to implementation, with the objectives to minimize downtime while keeping control of fleet costs, finding efficiencies, and securing a safe & sustainable fleet
- Own fleet management processes & systems requirements on the Nordics level, including truck specifications & ordering, maintenance, inspection & damages, service, fuel, rentals, equipment (e.g. trailers), buyback, etc...
- Lead and own projects related to fleet, including electrification, HVO, eco-driving, home deliveries, making sure that fleet requirements from commercial and operations are met
- Evaluate fleet performance, performing cost analysis and executing on a plan to continuously improve fleet efficiency and reporting progress to different stakeholders including finance
- Plan fleet volumes according to business plan and communicate effectively with stakeholders to secure the supply/operational plan is aligned with the commercial plan, as well as to make sure systems requirements are understood & implemented
- Team: manage one direct report for running fleet operations


About you

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management / Logistics or related field
- +5 years’ experience in large-scale fleet management, setting up operational processes & systems from scratch to implementation at scale
- +10 years’ overall industry experience, ideally with some knowledge of specifications/maintenance for truck
- Having managed a large value chain with trucks/vehicles, including inventory management, shipments, logistics or production
- Strategic thinking skills but also detail orientated, with the ability to zoom in and out
- Analytical, comfortable either using analysis generated by others or generated yourself in Excel/GoogleSheets
- Structured, organized to run several projects simultaneously
- Results driven with bias towards action
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage our team of Site Managers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Swedish, Danish, Norwegian is a plus
- Driving license and flexibility to travel

About the job

Your main focus as an installation manager at Instabox is to manage an Installation team and at the same time be responsible for the expansion of our lockers around Sweden. You will be placed at Bromma in Stockholm and be reporting to the Head of Network. Your team consists of 8 employees that you will be coaching, quality-assured, and developing to achieve the goals. Since the team will be in different places it's important that you can lead your team from a distance. It’s also important that you will be set on traveling since the job will require some traveling in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Your day to day activities will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing all the installations and expansion of the Instabox lockers together with your installation team

At the centre of our day-to-day operations, is the Production Control team, monitoring and evaluating all of our daily processes to ensure that everything is going according to plan. They support all local teams while keeping the bigger picture in mind, solving any problems that might affect our deliveries and transports. What you will be doing

As a Production Control Coordinator, you will monitor our daily logistical flows to ensure everything is on schedule. You will also act as support in solving any problem that might occur at our distribution centers or for our couriers on the road. We work proactively in identifying anything that might affect our operations negatively and take actions to mitigate any issue. In order to support our daily operations properly, we are staffed to cover office hours, evenings, and weekends.

Production Control follows up on everything that happens, to identify root causes behind late deliveries or faulty processes. We collaborate with several different teams and departments, acting as a central communications unit, where almost all information regarding production passes through every day. Investigating reasons for lateness, managing incidents and supporting our local teams in the Nordics while continuously improving our ways-of-working are a few of the many responsibilities of a Production Control Coordinator.

More specifically, you will manage tasks such as:

- Monitor our sorting processes and routes
- Log and coordinate reported incidents or problems
- Investigate failed or late deliveries to find the root causes
- Support our local teams with questions concerning our operations
- Act as 2nd line support for our Driver Support team


Who we think you are

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to keep track of several different things at once and also be able to prioritise among the different tasks you will be facing. You need to be comfortable in working in a fast paced environment, and to work with different systems and tools to get the information you need. The role requires you to be able to take a lot of responsibility in managing and solving problems that can occur at any time.

In addition, we believe you have:

- A degree in logistics management, business administration or similar field, or equivalent work experience where you have acquired similar knowledge
- Previous experience from a coordinating role, preferably within logistics
- Experienced in working with MS Office and/or G-Suite, and generally comfortable in working with both computer and phone
- Comfortable in working both evenings and weekends regularly
- Professional fluency in both English and Swedish. Fluency in another Nordic language is of merit!

Vad du kommer göra

Som Team Leader Drivers kommer du att rapportera till vår Driver Manager och ha det yttersta ansvaret för våra chaufförer. Som Team leader hos oss kommer du att ha personalansvar för mellan 30-50 chaufförer varav dessa så är några senior drivers. Detta innebär att du kommer att ha medarbetarsamtal samt uppföljning av allt från KPI:er, frånvaro, effektivisering, leverans och rutter etc. Kort och gott allt som kan säkerställa att våra chaufförer vår rätt verktyg av att göra ett bra jobb. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att innefatta:

- Medarbetarsamtal för våra förare
- Säkerställa delaktighet och utveckling av personalen genom löpande återkoppling, feedback på både grupp och individnivå

What you will be doing
We are currently seeking part-time Customer Service Agents who want to join us on our journey. The team is young, energetic and filled with people who make sure that every shift is fun, even when s**t hits the fan. To be a part of Instabox customer service means that you are the face and the voice of the company. The team reaches out to several thousands, yes thousands, of Instabox users daily, and always delivers excellent service and assistance.

You will be contacting users over Message (SMS), Email, and Telephone. The questions are of varying size and character, where we trust you to do your utmost to maintain our good judgment in your interaction with our users. We want our customers to continue to have a positive experience of Instabox and we attach great importance to the experience of the delivery to those who use our lockers.

Equally important, we also answer internal calls from our couriers that are out delivering packages all day to help them sort out problems before they become issues for our users.

We are open between 8-22 on weekdays and 9-19 on weekends, so you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.

Who you are
To succeed in the role of a customer service agent, we believe that you should be driven by working in a rapidly changing environment. You should have a well-developed sense of service and think that problem-solving is fun - you will do a lot of it. We’re looking for people who can give excellent service but we also value your personality and that you care about your team.

When we review your resume we believe that we will find evidence of the following:

- Two years of experience within customer service or a similar role where you have interacted with customers on a regular basis
- Proof that you are a confident user of different IT systems and comfortable working with computers (who isn’t these days though, right?)

But a solution with digitalized lockers across an entire nation connected by sophisticated software that allows the user to know with precision when the order is ready for pickup, lets just say that is something new.

Our Location sales team plays a vital role in this effort, contacting and signing location partners every day in order for us to be able to grow our business and locker network. What you will be doing
Reporting to our Head of Sales Nordics your task is to lead our Location Sales Associate in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and make sure that the team continues to deliver high results. The team consists of eight members spread over Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen and your job will be to motivate, coach and develop the team as it continues to increase in size. What you will doing:

We’re now looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. The team consists of 10 members spread across Corporate Development, Accounting, Payroll, and Purchasing. As part of the Corporate Development umbrella, you will play a key role in translating our financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

To ensure insights turn into impact, we expect you to collaborate effectively with a broad spectrum of stakeholders both internally (within the finance team and senior leaders throughout Instabox), and externally (e.g., investors, debt holders, advisors). Reporting to the Corporate Development Manager, we expect that you will play an active and central role in defining FP&A at Instabox as we continue to expand the Finance team.

Your day to day activities will include, but not be limited to:

- Construct budgets, financial reports, and forecasts in support of our ongoing expansion
- Develop and coordinate processes related to financial and operational planning
- Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely analysis of financial results, always asking the so-what and proactively suggesting recommendations
- Develop and communicate KPIs
