About the role
The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation is entering an important phase of organisational and operational development. As part of this development, we are seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to further develop our finance and administration function to meet current and future organisational needs.
As Head of Finance & Administration, you will be part of the organisation’s management team and report directly to the Secretary General. You will have overall managerial responsibility for the finance and administration team and work in close collaboration with the programme department, including programme offices across four regions.
The role carries overall responsibility for further strengthening and developing processes related to:

Financial governance and accountability;


Annual budgeting, financial planning and follow-up processes;


The intersection between financial and programmatic operations;


Strengthening accounting and financial reporting capacity at the head office and programme offices;


Development of financial systems, routines and internal controls;


Enabling effective and collaborative ways of working;


Ensuring compliance with Swedish legislation, donor requirements and internal policies;

About you
You are a confident and collaborative leader with strong strategic and analytical capacity. You are comfortable leading in change and navigating complex organisational contexts with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
You combine strong financial expertise with the ability to build trust, create structure and develop teams and processes. You are solution-oriented, communicative and able to balance operational detail with strategic perspective.
Formal qualifications:

Several years of senior experience within finance, accounting and financial management


Documented management experience with staff and work environment responsibility


Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting legislation, annual reporting and audit processes


Experience of developing financial systems, routines and internal controls


Experience of financial reporting to donors and authorities


Relevant academic degree in finance, accounting or equivalent


Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English


Meritorious:

Experience from international NGOs or rights-based organisations


Experience of leading a team during organisational change


Experience working with geographically distributed teams


Experience of complex donor structures


Experience of financial risk management and compliance

About theinternship
You will be involved in the day-to-day work of the HR team and will have a designated supervisor. As part of our team, you will support the organisation's people processes at our head office in Sweden and across approximately 10 program offices in our operating regions. You will collaborate closely with the HR & Security team, which consists of three members.
Additionally, you will be part of a group of other interns, each doing their internship in different areas of the organisation.

We will sign an internship agreement and you will have insurance for the duration of your internship.

About the job
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead Kvinna till Kvinna’s accounting operations and financial systems. In this role, you will oversee general accounting functions, system administration, compliance with Swedish accounting and tax laws, internal controls, audits, and cash management. You will work closely with the Controller team responsible for financial grant administration and report directly to the Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Compliance
Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Swedish accounting & tax laws and internal policies.
Supervising the cloud-based accounting and reporting system XLedger.
Manage the foundation’s ledger accounts ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping, reporting and audits.
Corresponding with the external payroll provider regarding time sheets and follow-up.
Maintain internal financial controls in collaboration with the Team Lead Controller.
Oversee cash flow forecasting and ensure financial stability.
Update and maintain accounting policies and templates to reflect best practices.

Team Leadership
Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring financial workflows and deadlines are met.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and accountability.

Collaboration with the Controller Team
Align accounting processes with grant funding requirements, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and internal policies.
Work with Controllers to implement financial process improvements that enhance efficiency and transparency in grant and project accounting
Support financial planning and reporting for project teams to enhance grant oversight.

Audit & Reporting
Coordinate and manage external financial audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Manage the year-end book close and oversee the financial section of the annual report.
Develop and maintain financial reports for the Board of Directors, donors, and stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Change Management
Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Support the adoption of new systems or processes, including staff training and troubleshooting.
Stay informed about changes in Swedish accounting laws and financial best practices.

Controller is a position within the Finance Department at our Head Office in Stockholm. The department consists of 8 people and reports to the Head of Finance. About the role
As Safety & Security Advisor, you will be responsible for running and following up Kvinna till Kvinna's work with safety and security, including policies, methods, guidelines and tools.
In this role you are the support to the organisation's management in implementing our security plans and systems for travel management, site security, crisis response and incident management. You provide support on risk management according to the ISO 31000 principles and ensure that our procedures are implemented and properly communicated to all staff and advise on the needed adjustments.
You are a source of support and knowledge for our managers in their work to prevent and deal with threatening situations or crises that can occur in conflict areas. The role also includes working closely with our local security focal points at our country offices as well as with ICT on information security.
You are also responsible for carrying out security inductions of new staff members and to identify security related capacity building opportunities.
You will belong to the HR and Security Department and report to the head of department.
About you
We are looking for someone calm and reassuring, who can unite a team and take decisions even in stressful situations. We expect you to know how to lead, support and follow up on organisational processes in an international organisation in an analytical, well-structured, and pedagogic way. Your actively work to build partnerships and positive relationships with different stakeholders and contribute to building trust.
Needless to say - you are engaged and interested in women’s rights and share our values.
You need to have:
Relevant work experience, of which minimum two years in conflict-affected areas.
Completed professional training in the field of security, such as security management, HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) or equivalent.
Experience in working in an advisory capacity, implementing processes in an organisation.
Experience of working with and/or in civil society.
Relevant higher-education degree, preferably in the field of peace and conflict studies, international relations or development studies, or equivalent knowledge acquired elsewhere.
Excellent English-language skills, both speaking and writing.

Experience of the following is desirable:
Change management, conducting trainings, quality control and/or results management.
Working in an international organisation with a diverse range of colleagues
Digital Security
Professional language proficiency in Swedish, French or Arabic

About the job
HR at Kvinna till Kvinna is an exciting area where we are in a constant flow of learning and development – as we are working in 20 countries in the world and support around 150 co-workers and managers internationally and in Sweden.
The position is placed at the HR and Security Department in Stockholm, in our brand-new office in Hammarby Sjöstad. We are five colleagues working at the department today – and we all help to keep the daily work running smoothly. Apart from HR we also work with security and payroll. Line management lies with the Head of HR and Security Department.
As an HR Officer at Kvinna till Kvinna, much of your working time is taken up by acting as support to the organisations managers and the tasks include:
Support in Swedish labour law and staff policy matters.
Support and maintain HR processes both within Sweden and at our offices abroad.
Work with recruitments, on-boarding and exit processes.
Support the organisations co-determination work with the labour union, and advice and support in matters related to our collective agreement.
Responsible for our HR system (Hogia)
Acting as support in rehabilitation when needed
Various HR administration tasks.
Support in development and maintaining our HR policies and processes.


About you
As a person you are responsible, adaptable, and have an ability to prioritize. You have good cooperation skills and enjoy an active environment where things happen. You absorb new information quickly, are interested in learning new things and develop with your work. You are also a solution-focused problem solver who likes to find opportunities in sometimes complex problems.
You need to at least have:
At least two years’ experience in qualified HR work.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
Experience of working with recruitments.
Good knowledge and experience of labour law issues, collective agreements, and union cooperation.
Work proficiency in Swedish and English.
Very good computer skills, especially in Excel and Word.

I uppdraget som ekonomihandläggare är din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift olika typer av ekonomi- och redovisningsarbeten. Du kommer att upprätthålla delar av avdelningens löpande uppgifter inom kund- och leverantörreskontra. Arbetet sker både självständigt och i samarbete med andra. About the job
As our Grants Manager you are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted and developed in accordance with the working methods, strategies, policies, and methods of Kvinna till Kvinna. About the job
You will lead the development of new strategies for press and advocacy based on our global strategy, prioritising arenas and defining the role of Kvinna till Kvinna in Sweden and internationally.
Part of your mission is also to secure financing of the communications department, taking the main responsibility for our programme development and agreements with institutional donors.
The communications department employs 18 people, divided into three units. You will manage the advocacy team, currently with four advocacy advisors, one of whom is running our new advocacy hub in Brussels, our press officer and a project leader coordinating our donor agreements and proposals.
You will work in close cooperation with our thematic advisors and our programme staff in all our programme countries. In close collaboration with our editorial & marketing unit you will further develop how our advocacy and international visibility can be strengthened by our international communication channels.
Press and advocacy are run in close dialogue with our secretary-general. You will also be part of the management team at the Communications department.

You are a confident and experienced leader who can lead, distribute and coordinate work globally. You are structured, strategic and solution-oriented. About the job
As our new payroll and HR administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the payroll process runs smoothly from start to end. You will also be responsible for HR administration with the support of our HR team. Your tasks will include reporting statistics connected to payroll, administration, and support with new recruits to Kvinna till Kvinna, as well as working with our insurance broker, authorities and other stakeholders. You will be working in Hogia, our personnel and payroll system.
You will be joining a team of four other colleagues at our HR and Security Department and report to the Head of the department. You will also work closely with colleagues at our Finance and Administration Department.

About the job
Kvinna till Kvinna is in an exciting phase of shortly finalise a new organisational and long-term strategy. A key responsibility for the role is to develop and communicate the organisational PMEL system, not least with the purpose for the Senior Management Team to monitor the operationalisation of the strategy. Examples of work-tasks include:
Design, develop and launch the implementation of the new organisational PMEL system.
Support colleagues and managers involved and enhance the framework for cross-regional, regional, country programmes and partnerships.
Develop and establish a functional and effective system for annual operational co-planning and internal prioritisation and follow-up.
Contribute to an organisational reporting to donors, as well as the organisational annual report.
Communicate systems development, advise and results and learnings.
Assess needs of information for different audiences as well as systematic data-collection in digital systems, SharePoint and MS Office.
Plan and facilitate internal meetings and learning sessions on prioritised topics.

You will become a part of the Method and Development unit team with 10 people. You will work closely with the Deputy Secretary General, who is responsible for the organisational systems development and belong to the Senior Management Team. You will also work closely with another in-house PMEL advisor working towards country teams and local women’s organisations. You will report to the Head of Method and Development.
About you
You are self-driven, structured, and proactive. You like systems development and are used to working with qualitative and quantitative data in digital systems and MS Office package. You enjoy teamwork and have a genuine interest in communication and reaching all users of a system of format.
You need to at least have
Minimum three years of relevant work experience of which at least one from PMEL within international development cooperation.
Academic degree in relevant fields, such as political and social science, statistics, international relations, development studies, peace- and conflict studies, gender studies, human rights or law;
Experience from developing, updating, and/ internally communicating PMEL systems, methods, procedures, or guidelines in an international organisation.
Experience from results-monitoring and data-collection.
Experience from training, facilitation, and/or coaching.
Fluency in English.

About the job
In this role you will identify funding opportunities and enable timely processes through donor mapping, generation of information and engagement with strategic donors and assessment of donor priorities and requirements. You will manage complex proposals to donors and support country teams when possible and needed. You have responsibility to develop and strengthen institutional fundraising guidelines, procedures and processes building on learnings.
You will be part of the Grants Management Unit and report to the Head of the unit. You will work closely with other units and departments at Head office as well as collaborate with colleagues in our programme offices abroad.

Responsibility for donor mapping and institutional fundraising strategy
Provide trends analysis, generate information and increase engagement with strategic donors at global and regional levels.
Identify funding opportunities among institutional donors and foundations: identify alignment with Kvinna till Kvinna strategy and support the assessment and decision-making processes.
Project manage the completion of complex proposals and when needed support the country programme teams in the development of new attractive and high-quality project proposals and concept notes
Develop guidelines and standards for different kinds of programme applications
Promote institutional learning around budgeting, donor requirements and strategic growth of the organisation
Lead learning and knowledge management on institutional fundraising procedures and processes in the organisation
Ensure and coordinate access to relevant and updated organisational information to be used in applications to donors

Om rollen


I uppdraget som ekonomihandläggare är din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift olika typer av ekonomi- och redovisningsarbeten. Du kommer att upprätthålla delar av avdelningens löpande uppgifter inom kund- och leverantörreskontra. Arbetet sker både självständigt och i samarbete med andra. Som ekonomihandläggare tillhör du ekonomiavdelningen som består av tio personer och rapporterar till ekonomichefen. In this role you plan, carry out and follow up fundraising activities and mass-market campaigns and develop new methods and ways of attracting new donors as well as increase revenue and loyalty of existing donors. In collaboration with the fundraising team, you work actively and data-driven to continuously develop the fundraising work.
The Kvinna till Kvinna communication department employs 18 people, divided into four units. About the job
As Head of the Programme and Method Department you are responsible to lead the work of Kvinna till Kvinna’s Programme and Method department with an average annual budget of 170 million SEK, about 90 co-workers and programmes in 20 countries. You will work closely with the four Regional Managers and the Heads of Method and Development Unit and Grant Management Unit.
You will be responsible for the strategic development of the Programme and Method Department and ensure the implementation of programmes in accordance with Kvinna till Kvinna’s mandate and policies. Important tasks in the coming years are to secure long-term funding for the programmes and to consolidate the routines and processes for the department and linking it to the rest of the organisation.
The Head of the Programme and Method Department is part of the Senior Management Team and works closely with the Secretary General and the other department managers in order to take responsibility for the entire organisation’s development, including developing and the operationalization of the new global strategy which will be adopted by the board in June 2022
About you

About the job
As an HR specialist at Kvinna till Kvinna you work broadly throughout the HR area and provide support in all HR processes, focussing on support to our managers in Sweden as well as in our program offices. Together with your HR and security colleagues you will work team based but also independently with certain processes. This means that you get the opportunity to lead - and participate in development work within the area of HR according to the organisation’s specific preconditions.
The position is placed at the HR and Security Department in Stockholm, where we are four colleagues working today – a small department where we all help to keep the daily work running smoothly. Kvinna till Kvinna has during the last years experienced a large expansion and is in an exciting phase of strategy development for the coming years. During 2022 we are also moving office to new premises. We are covered by the collective agreement “Tjänstemän Fremia, Unionen och Akademikerförbunden”.
Your daily tasks will cover all the HR areas and include, but not be limited to:
working closely with our managers in Sweden as well as in our program offices, supporting them in HR issues and processes,
create, implement, and evaluate all human resource unit policies, procedures, and structures,
work with the systematic occupational health and safety work,
support managers with employee performance and salary reviews,
ensure all employee records are maintained and updated in our personnel system Hogia,
support managers in resource planning and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly, both in Sweden and internationally, including working with employment branding and attracting diverse talents,
ensuring good on boarding as well as exit processes,
respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,
on a needs basis: support in our security work.

You will join a team of 130+ dedicated Kvinna till Kvinna colleagues who fight for women’s rights in more than 20 countries affected by conflict.
This position is based in our head office in Stockholm. Here, sixty of us work with programme management, communication, fundraising and advocacy and support to the rest of the organisation. Through regular digital meetings, we stay in touch with our colleagues abroad.
This is a full-time position, with a probationary period of 6 months. Starting date as soon as possible. Your role may include occasional international travel.
Our working week is 37.5 hours; these working hours are flexible and goal oriented. We are covered by the collective agreement and offer occupational pension and insurances accordingly
Each year, you are entitled to 30 days of annual leave. Whenever two bank holidays are separated by a regular working day, this day is an additional paid leave at Kvinna till Kvinna. We offer an annual wellness allowance.

Advisors communicate internally and externally on Kvinna till Kvinna’s approach and experience in specific areas. The work involves not least support to co-workers abroad.
Key tasks:
Develop and update Kvinna till Kvinna’s programme and partnership policies, guidelines, templates, and practices.
Communicate and guide co-workers in programme development and partnership dialogues.
Analyse new programme and partnership practices and cases developed in the region.
Request, receive and manage feed-back on guidelines and templates.
Assure development of new guidelines in relevant areas, currently not least on environment and climate due to on-going policy development.
Communicate with internal and external audiences, orally or in text, on how Kvinna till Kvinna views and maintains its quality in programmes and partnerships.

The position belongs to the Method and Development unit. The unit belongs to the Programme and Method department. Work requires close collaboration with other advisors specialised in monitoring and evaluation, anti-corruption, conflict sensitivity, and women’s human rights defenders’ security.
About you
We expect you to be communicative and results oriented. You have a genuine interest in supporting teams and partners in less predictable situations. You enjoy dialogue and programme development, but can also pay attention to details to assure guiding texts and templates are updated and relevant.
You need to at least have;
Minimum five years of relevant work experience of which at least three from programming within international development cooperation.
Relevant education political and social science, international relations and economics, development studies, peace- and conflict studies, gender studies, human rights or law.
Knowledge of Swedish and international development cooperation, and civil society support.
Proven track record from developing, updating, and/or communicating programme guidelines and mainstreaming perspectives in an international setting.

About the job
Kvinna till Kvinna has for many years developed and implemented international training programmes to increase knowledge and change within areas of women, peace, and security and gender-based violence.
In this role you will be responsible for project managing training programmes in collaboration with other project managers and advisors. Your role will mainly be in a programme on gender based violence with participants in Western Balkans, Ukraine, and Moldova. The programme was initiated 2018 and the training participants are persons working both in public sector and civil society. Three years of implementation remains which is currently happening on-line.
Examples of work tasks include:
Leading planning, coordination, and implementing training on-line and face to face in collaboration with a small programme team.
Recruitment, communication, and coaching of participants.
Communication with partners and fund-raisers.
Developing reports and proposals and communicating the programme concept and results (and eventually future programmes) for different audiences and donors.

Kvinna till Kvinna's method and development unit consists of 9 staff members and belong to the Programme and Method Department. You will become a part of our unit and team that works closely with each other and others in the organisation. You will be reporting to the Head of Method & Development unit.

About the job
The women human rights defenders we work with increasingly mobilise online. While this is a fantastic way to network and amplify women’s voices, it leaves activists vulnerable to harsh digital violence. Kvinna till Kvinna knows there is a need for safe online spaces to meet, share experiences, reflect – and learn. Kvinna till Kvinna made a strategic decision in 2019 to start digitalising parts of its learning initiatives. Initially, Lectora Inspire was used as a production tool. In 2021 Kvinna till Kvinna started working with Learnifier and use its learning platform and their own production tool.
Kvinna till Kvinna’s learning concept largely builds on interactive methods and assuring safe space for participants. We expect you to be able to bring the concept into the digital learning space and inspire teams to bring quality to digital learning products.
In this role you will;
Design, develop, and deliver workshops and training to staff in e-learning content creation.
Develop guidelines for users for digital learning and work to maintain andragogical quality of Kvinna till Kvinna digital trainings and session.
Work to support in-house instructors and users.
Work with subject matter experts to scope, design, and create courses and/or learning spaces for internal and external target-groups. This requires collaboration with proffessionals and teams across the organisation.
Keep up-to-date with system updates and learning techniques as well as to monitor Kvinna till Kvinna’s needs and contribute to the organisation being in the forefront of net-based and blended learning.
Follow-up on projects and training courses and monitor and review the performance of the learning management system (from external and internal perspectives) and make recommendations for improvements.

The position reports to the Head of Method and Development unit. The unit consists of 9 roles (advisors and project managers). The unit belongs to the Programme and Method department.
About you
You are creative, results oriented and proactive as well as structured. You enjoy teamwork and have a genuine interest in communication and reaching a target group. You know digital adult education.
To be successful, you need to have experience in developing digital courses, film/editing, graphics and have a high technical competence. You need experience from both authoring tools and learning management systems.
We expect you to be updated on the current research and practices in learning experience design to create engaging courses and to have the ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way
It will be useful if you have previous experience from giving internal training, development of skills as well as from a practical support-role.

About the job
As Grants Manager you are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted and developed in accordance with the working methods, strategies, policies, and methods of Kvinna till Kvinna. You coordinate the annual planning and are responsible for ensuring that monitoring and reporting is in accordance with the contractual obligation.
Monitoring of funding opportunities, development of project proposals and budget for potential donors based on input from the programme countries are also part of the responsibility as well as the development of analytical results reports and other deliverables, quality assurance, budget follow-up and the finalisation of agreements with partner organisations. In addition, you are expected to follow reporting on relevant geographic and thematic areas and actively engage in anti-corruption measures.
About you
To be able to work as a Grant Manager you should be responsible and accurate as well as strategic with an ability to prioritise. You need to have good time management to be able to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone responsive, flexible and adaptable who is also committed to human rights and gender equality.
Qualifications
Academic degree in relevant field, such as political science, international relations, development studies, peace- and conflict studies, gender studies, human rights or law.
Minimum five years of work experience of which at least two from working with international development cooperation
Knowledge of project/results management
Experience of budgeting and budget follow-up of development projects.
Experience in identifying funding opportunities and documented experience in successful proposal and report writing to donors.
Experience in drafting and establishing cooperation agreements with local partners.

Kvinna till Kvinna is looking for a Grants Manager to join our team in Stockholm. You will be a part of supporting our programmes in the MENA region.
This is a temporary full-time position until August 2022, based at our head office. Travels to the MENA region may occur.

About the job
As our Grants Manager you are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted and developed in accordance with the working methods, strategies, policies, and methods of Kvinna till Kvinna. You coordinate the annual planning and are responsible for ensuring that monitoring and reporting is in accordance with the contractual obligation.
The monitoring of funding opportunities, development of project proposals and budget for potential donors based on input from the programme countries are also part of the responsibility as well as the development of analytical results reports and other deliverables, quality assurance, budget follow-up and the finalisation of agreements with partner organisations. In addition, you are expected to follow reporting in relevant geographic and thematic areas and actively engage in anti-corruption measures.
About you
To be able to work as a Grant Manager you should be responsible and accurate as well as strategic with an ability to prioritise. You need to have good time management to be able to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is responsive, flexible and adaptable with a great cooperation ability as well as a commitment to human rights and gender equality.
Qualifications
Academic degree in relevant field such as political science, international relations, development studies, peace and conflict studies, gender studies, human rights, law or similar
Minimum five years of work experience of which at least two from working with international development cooperation
Knowledge of project/results management
Experience of budgeting and budget follow-up of development projects.
Experience in identifying funding opportunities and documented experience in successful proposal and report writing to donors.
Knowledge of and/or experience from working in/with MENA
Fluency in English

Merits
Knowledge of Swedish and EU development cooperation
Knowledge of Arabic and/or French
Fluency in Swedish
Experience in drafting and establishing cooperation agreements with local partners
Experience of handling corruption cases in complex contexts
Knowledge of gender, conflict and human rights within development cooperation

This is a temporary full-time position until August 2022.
Start of employment: October 2021 or as soon as possible

Som ekonomihandläggare arbetar du bland annat med:
Löpande svenska och internationella utbetalningar
Kund- och leverantörsreskontra
Granskning av kassarapporter
Periodisering av fakturor och hyresbetalningar
Avstämning av balanskonton
Löpande bokföring

Arbetet sker både självständigt och i samarbete med andra. Som ekonomihandläggare tillhör du ekonomiavdelningen som består av tio personer och rapporterar till ekonomichefen.
Kvalifikationer
Minst två års erfarenhet av löpande ekonomiarbete såsom leverantörsreskontra och bokföring
Gymnasieexamen inom ekonomi, eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvade på annat sätt
Arbetat i affärssystem, vi använder Xledger
Goda kunskaper i engelska

Meriterande
Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med projektredovisning
Ytterligare språk

Anställningsvillkor
Tjänsten som ekonomihandläggare är ett vikariat på heltid (37,5h/vecka). Visstid till mars 2022, med tillträde så snart som möjligt. Placering på huvudkontoret i Stockholm men just nu jobbar vi enligt rådande rekommendationer hemifrån.
Vi erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag och möjlighet att träna på arbetstid.
Kvinna till Kvinna har kollektivavtal (Tjänstemän Fremia med Unionen och Akademikerförbunden). För denna tjänst gäller målstyrd arbetstid.
Arbetets karaktär är sådant att vi endast anställer kvinnor, antingen självidentifierade eller juridiska. I övrigt eftersträvar vi mångfald.

About the job
Controller is a position within the Finance Department at our Head Office in Stockholm. The department consists of 8 people and reports to the Head of Finance. The Controller works closely with employees in our Programme Offices and has primarily an advisory and a controlling role in the financial parts of grants.
As a Controller, you are responsible for the following key tasks.
Interim payments and monitoring, tuning, controlling, and reporting of the grants to Kvinna till Kvinna.
Projects economic administration: from budgets to financial statements
Quality assurance of donor agreements
Preparing financial reports for donor agreements, as well as coordinating the audits of donor agreements
Review partner organisations’ contracts and budgets
Review the terms of reference for the audits, the auditor's report and audit remedy for partner organisations.

About you
For this position we are looking for someone structured, who has the ability to plan, organise and prioritise the work in an efficient way. You are detail oriented and take great pride in complying with the quality standards needed for the financial work tasks. You take responsibility for the common result of the organisation.
You need to at least have
Three years' experience of qualified financial work
Proven experience in accounting
Proven experience in working with grants
University degree in economics, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.
Very good computer skills, preferably in project management and any business system, we use Xledger.
Fluency in both English and Swedish

Merits
Experience of working with grant reporting with Sida and the EU.
Experience in working with anti-corruption.

This is a full-time position for a fixed period of time starting in June 2021 and ending in February 2022. The position is based in Stockholm and travel may occur. Goal-oriented working hours applies.
