Our Customer Success Managers are front-and-center with our customers. Qualifications
Ability to lead through influence and trust
Fluency in English (C2 or above) and local language (C2 or above) - verbal and written.

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Technically literate and familiar with customer engagement technologies, best practices and trends.

Additional Information
This position will be based in our office in Gothenburg or Stockholm and is a full-time and permanent role. Job Description
As our Accountant NODICS, you will join our local Finance team in NORDICS where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.
Tasks include but are not limited to:

As HRBP you will join our Human Resources team in the Nordics where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.

In this role, you will be joining the Nordic HR team during an exciting time of transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be accountable for delivering a hands-on, operational end-to-end HR service on the full employee lifecycle: from hiring to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc across the Nordics.
You will be providing a complete HR generalist service where you will drive best practices, ensuring that process and documentation are being developed and implemented in the best way possible whilst observing local laws and in line with global policies.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Manage and support or organizational design with the operations/regional team
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Management across a range of ER issues, managing any complex cases to mitigate risk to the business
Manages union co-operation and H&S work for all Nordic countries - specially focus on Sweden
Work with the leadership team to define a highly business-focused HR plan, translating the outputs into operational actions

Job Description
As EA in the Nordic you will be supporting our Managing Director for the Nordic Market Unit as well as other senior leaders with various administrational tasks.
In this role, you are the first point of contact with an overview and control of all activities and tasks impacting the leaders you support. A through hands-on administrative, practical and coordinating role to ensure daily activities run as uninterrupted as possible.

Job Description
As Head of Marketing you are responsible for management of the marketing team in the Nordic region; of which primary purpose is to develop and implement field marketing strategies and plans across the region to meet organizational objectives around lead generation, brand awareness and customer retention.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Technical Presales Consultant, you will combine your technology skills and your ability to present and communicate in order to create business opportunities for both future and existing customers. You are an expert in the technical structure of IFS Applications and can advise customers on how to install the software which fit their business best.
The job mainly consists of answering non-functional requirements within RFXs (please note that this covers much more than pure technical issues) and conducting presentations related them.
You are an expert in security, authentication, rights and the opportunities with them. You are the IFS technical contact person for Oracle and convey expertise on Oracle products as well as licensing. You handle the technical part of license compliance, which provides advice on how integrations and similar are compliant as well as review customer installations.
You are an important resource for sales enablement in the technical field, new documentation and input to commercial writing which includes presentations, contract documents and sizing guides. You act as the IFS R&D technical contact person in Nordics, which means that you give feedback to IFS R&D on technical issues and get new information from them.

Job Description
An Application Consultant (PSO) enables a customer to understand the proper combination, and weighting, of scheduling parameters required to enable the scheduling engine to achieve the optimization required to meet their business objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support senior team members to provide high quality PSO Application consultancy during implementations, upgrades and ongoing support to our customers in the Region.

The Senior Consultant will bridge the gap between the Customer’s business requirements and the application. Support the Sales organization throughout the sales process with service strategy, service positioning and service proposal.
Bridge the gap between customer demands and execute proposals that deliver the desired outcomes through the entire customer lifecycle.
Provide project proposals including project estimates for implementation and upgrade projects.
Drive the transition to a primarily recurring revenue model in services.
Remain familiar and up to date with all aspects of the services portfolio and be able to position and sell successfully.
Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with Sales and Customer Success to help drive continued value to our customers.
Assist the Sales team to improve deal velocity by helping prospects understand how to be successful with IFS.
Align criteria for success with the customer and clarify how IFS can fulfill this.



Qualifications

We expect you to be:
open for inputs from Sales, Customer Success function and Architect team regarding services portfolio.
comfortable working across multiple functions and geographical locations in a deadline-driven environment.
able to operate in a fast-paced, decentralized, geographically and culturally diverse teams.
self-driven and proactive in nature.



In order to be successful in this role you need to have:
5+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
proficiency in both Sweedish and English languages.
well developed skills in verbal and written communication and negotiation.
strong strategic planning and coordination skills.
a possibility to do business travelling as required.
