About the role
We are looking for a versatile data engineer with strong software engineering skills to join our Partner Ecosystem team. In this role, you will be a major contributor in designing and implementing the big data pipelines - real-time and batch-powering our products. Moreover, you will contribute in enabling Hive Products by working closely with our partner video platforms, such as Microsoft Teams Town Hall and Vimeo!

About the role
As Staff Product Manager, you will lead the product direction and execution for Hive’s Video Infrastructure product area. You are part of the Product organization, reporting to CPO, working closely with Product Managers specialized in Video Optimization, Partner Ecosystem, and Video Analytics products. About the position

Ready to join Hive's Video Analytics team? As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be a crucial member of our innovative squad, collaborating with a fantastic crew of four talented individuals, with team members based in bustling Stockholm, Sweden. We are looking for a Software Engineer who will be part of Hive's Video Optimization team. You will be part of a fantastic team of 4 people, with team members in both Stockholm and Berlin. We welcome applications that can either work in Stockholm or Berlin!

What is Hive Platform team??

The Platform team is the backbone of all engineering teams at Hive. Our team of backend, DevOps and cloud engineers takes care of a wide range of tasks that enable other teams to be successful and deliver value to our customers.

The Platform team handles the Azure cloud infrastructure, including things like the Kubernetes cluster that allow other teams to deploy their solutions to our backend. About the role

At Hive Streaming, the Customer Success team is responsible for three core areas: Product Adoption, Customer Outcomes and Customer Advocacy. This is not customer support and you are not expected to bring in new accounts to fill your book of business. We have teams in place for that. You will however work cross functionally with Sales, Product Experts, Product Development and other Hive departments during the customer life cycle.

The Endpoint team's main responsibility is maintaining, monitoring and improving the Hive Agent, our core desktop application, installed on millions of our customers' employees' computers. Working as a Alliances Relationship Manager

As a Alliances Relationship Manager you'll have a high-visibility role, working in the Alliance team together with our strategic partners and alliances to secure, grow and manage partnerships. Your responsibility is to make sure our partners have the best partner experience across all stages of the lifecycle in a partnership is a core task.

Previous Experience

- 3+ years of experience in a management consulting firm, SaaS, or within the Partnership Ecosystem, Si, Telecommunications, ISV or Microsoft
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of business, economics or within the field of data
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbally, and with PowerPoint
- Experience with Financial and Data Modelling is an advantage
- Put the customer experience and Partner experience first in all considerations
- Be able to engage other internal and external stakeholders without formal power

Working as a Strategic Partnership Manager

You are responsible for building and scaling Hive businesses with strategic partners. In this role you will be working with our largest or strategic partnerships, ranging from Microsoft to global consultancy firms to leading technology providers. Your role is crucial in developing go-to-market approaches, creating new joint pipeline and revenue streams, getting Hive & partner stakeholders together, rolling out joint campaigns and supporting deals­ at key joint accounts from sales identification, sales closing up to onboarding.

In the initial phase of contact with a new strategic partner, you would be involved in all activities to build up the relationship and help the partner sell Hive. Working as a Partner Content Producer
As a Partner Content Producer you will have the important role to enchange the partner experience at Hive Streaming.

You will build awareness through communication of the strategic benefits of the Hive Streaming value proposition for our alliance partners and strategic partnerships worldwide. This includes partner collaterals, campaign alignment, sharing the latest alliance assets and content, and development of alliance value propositions in our GTM work together with and for our partnerships to thrive and be successful together with us at Hive. To make this happen - we need your senior copy writing skills! Your assignment will be to take all the material that exists and/or is being created internally at Hive and re-package it from a partner perspective, or at this point there is a need to co-create or create new material that is missing and needed.

What Hive needs is strong presentation material, so your task is very hands-on but the contents are strategic and part of the programmes, initiatives and GTM initiatives which we develop together with our partnerships. Working as a Support Engineer

You will be an important part of the team and a central part of Hive organization, focusing on providing customers/partners/people with qualitative support both professionally and responsively. Hive’s Support engineers are primarily focused on day-to-day support for Hive Customers and Partners via Hive ticketing service, Hira Service Management. You will provide guidance and solutions to ensure that tickets are moved forward on time or redirected to the right parties internally. Working as a Mobile engineer

As a Mobile engineer you will mainly be focusing on building our application to help our customers fulfill the digital event of their dreams. The application will be used as a problem-solving tool for the customer, it will notify them on issues regarding their events and come with instructions on how to solve them. You will be our first Mobile engineer to join this team and therefore you will be responsible for building this application totally from scratch. However, you will be able to get support and make some collaborative efforts with team members who have some previous experience in Mobile engineering. Working as a Support Engineer
You will be an important part of the team and a central part of Hive organization, focusing on providing customers/partners/people with qualitative support both professionally and responsively. Hive’s Support engineers are primarily focused on day-to-day support for Hive Customers and Partners via Hive ticketing service, Hira Service Management. About the role
As our Legal Counsel you will be leading our in-house legal team in Stockholm, Sweden. You will have a varied legal and corporate skill set, including a business and financial acumen. You are proficient in legal research and have hands-on experience in commercial law, contract drafting, analysing and negotiating.

This is a broad role where you should be able to handle complex legal work and have an enthusiasm for business development and growth strategy. If you’ve previously managed backend teams and want to help us define the next generation of reliable software for millions of active users – keep reading!About the roleGiven our current challenges we are looking for an engineering manager that is passionate about building teams and backend systems and that has knowledge on how to design APIs and lower level infrastructure. You will work closely with the platform team doing a combination of people management, product prioritization, and project management and keeping the backend code base and systems nice and tidy. You will help set the roadmap for the platform team together with a PO and work with both the head of engineering and lead architects to strike a balance between internal improvements and product needs.About youWe are looking for a leader who will take the initiative and will inspire continuous development as we take on new challenges and grow with the larger engineering organization and company. In particular, we think you should have experience with the following:A couple of years of experience leading technical teamsTrack record of designing, implementing and troubleshooting scalable, reliable and secure production quality systemsTechnical knowledge in Scala or a JVM language, an interpreted language such as Python or Ruby and systems using Docker/Kubernetes on one of the major cloud providersReady to be on-call to support our 24/7 service SLAsAbout the teamThe Platform Team has a cross-functional approach. We take shared responsibility for both resource-level management and development of existing and new services in our service-oriented architecture. From the resource level, this includes service orchestration using Kubernetes, common logging and monitoring services, and data infrastructures such as Kafka, Redis, and HBase. Additionally, we design, implement and test services, APIs and Data Products. Altogether, the common Platform serves our feature teams, the larger organization, and our customers.
