What you’ll do at Elekta
As our new Group Transformation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving one of Elekta’s Must-Win Battles (MWB), mobilizing cross-functional teams and ensuring step-change business outcomes on high-stakes, time-sensitive initiatives. You’ll work directly with the Executive team and senior leaders across regions and functions to set the ambition, define the roadmap, and embed new ways of working that deliver measurable value.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the MWB owner with end-to-end accountability: defining success metrics, value case, roadmaps, milestones, and stage-gates.
Leading day-to-day program execution, removing blockers, aligning resources, and proactively managing risks.
Establishing and running transformation governance (cadence, forums, materials) that enables fast, high-quality decisions by Executives and business owners.
Driving high-impact problem solving with data-driven analysis and structured approaches.
Institute value realization frameworks and reporting baseline/target/actual performance.
Supporting change management: stakeholder mapping, communications, training, and adoption planning.
Driving cross-functional collaboration across the business and group functions (finance, people, capability building).
Leading the bi-weekly MWB steering committee with the CEO, CFO, VP Transformation and preparing Board updates.
Acting as a visible change leader to embed cultural and behavioral shifts across Elekta.

What you bring
Proven experience driving major transformations at scale.
Minimum 3+ years in top-tier consulting (2nd year Associate, 1st year Case Leader/Engagement Manager level) ; healthcare or med-tech experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, large-scale program leadership, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
Change leadership experience in cultural and behavioral transformation.

As a Supplier Development & Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in improving supplier performance and ensuring quality standards are met across the Elekta supply chain. Apply Core Quality Tools such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, and PPAP where appropriate
Develop proactive quality plans with suppliers and promote a zero-defect culture
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Conduct part approvals for new/changed components, including physical inspections and process audits
Conduct audits of supplier QMS, parts, and documentation to ISO13485/9001 and Elekta’s Quality Agreement (QAA)
Write audit reports, track non-conformances and follow up on actions
Support supplier selection process with SDQ input
Train suppliers in LEAN, Six Sigma, DFM, DFA, PFMEA, and more
Participate in engineering change processes and historical quality reviews
Manage supplier-raised changes, deviations, and escalations
Maintain audit readiness through QMS documentation and training

We will be expanding our team with a mix of junior and mid-senior developers, with a mix of skillsets. Our product is a Linux-based system, largely written in C++, and we are looking for people who besides these skills also bring experience with one or more of the following areas applicable to such systems:
GUI desktop application development
Cyber security
Virtualisation and cloud-connected systems
Radiation therapy systems, dose handling, DICOM
Maintaining and updating a customized Linux distribution

What you’ll do at Elekta
Your team is part of an international program that consists of a diverse group of specialists in mechanical engineering, electronics, physics, embedded software, and more. As we are an international organization you will interact with people located at other sites and in other countries.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be working as a product owner and system engineer and lead a team in a technically advanced area. The team is responsible for selecting hardware as well as developing low-level software and a lot of algorithms.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive activities like system design, requirements engineering and risk analysis to ensure adequate quality in design input for the development of our future radiation therapy products. What You’ll Do at Elekta
As a Product Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for future Linac offerings, in alignment with the Commercial PM segment leads. Commercial PMs are responsible for offerings which are marketed as stand-alone solutions and work closely with up- and down-stream partners. The right stuff
Responsible for the portfolio at a consolidated level – ensuring value to the patients, customers, business and wider society for each segment and region over the medium to long term.
Provide in-depth insight into market and stakeholder needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, in co-ordination with Elekta’s other business, development and commercialization teams, to create the vision and guide the Linac Solutions BL.
Partner with customers, or support partnerships led by other functions, throughout all stages of the product lifecycle including clinical advisory boards, customer focus groups etc.
Provide needs-based strategy, commercial roadmaps, and business cases, at both the portfolio and product levels, which are agreed by engineering and ratified by GPO and BL Management. This shall include key terms for strategic business partnerships, commercial releases and lifecycle considerations.
Manage a due process for requests for value to be delivered, using multiple inputs such as customer feedback, defect reports, interoperability requests, non-standard requests, voice of stakeholder representatives etc. Provide high level oversight and governance of execution of the commercial releases and capability projects.
Support product related communication, relationship management and commercialization activities, both internally and externally.
Continuously evolve, standardize, and administer PM business related practices, as well as drive consistent product capabilities for sustainability, cost and configuration management, manufacturability, install ability, serviceability, upgradeability etc.



What we believe you have
At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy industry experience or equivalent
Product, market, and customer knowledge of Radiation Therapy
Qualified radiographer, therapist, dosimetrist, medical physicist, or biomedical engineer
Proven track record as a Product Manager or other relevant role in the medical device industry
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions that combines hardware, electronics, and software.
Persistent and persuasive behaviour to own and drive cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll do at Elekta
The DevOps team is a service-oriented group providing the engineering team of approximately 70 people with IT infrastructure, tools and tools support for software development and continuous integration. As a member of the team, you will work on a wide range of tasks with a focus on Linux administration, infrastructure automation for provisioning of virtual machines and containers both on-premises and in the cloud, networking and security, and proactive monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure on premise and in Azure.
We follow an agile methodology (SAFe) and you will be part of a scrum team. You will interact frequently with your team members as well as other development teams and the IT organization.
The right stuff
To be a suitable candidate for this position we think you are an experienced Linux System Administrator or Software Engineer with DevOps experience. We believe you have a relevant university degree such as Computer Science or extensive experience.
We think you have earlier experience in one or more of the following areas:
Linux System administration
Automation of server provisioning and maintenance (tools like SaltStack or Ansible)
Virtualization and container technology (KVM, Docker, etc.)
Good working knowledge in scripting languages such as Python, bash, etc.
Network configuration and design

Knowledge or experience in the following areas is a merit:

What we believe you have

As a Verification Engineer, you will implement, conduct, and document test solutions for software applications. You will also create, build and maintain functional tests?and automated tests?and support continuous integration processes.?Your work with test will be done within the frame of?Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology.?In your role you will also guide teams and develop strategies for testing and test documentation. Further on you will guide and mentor test and quality engineers.

You will also be:
Participating in activities for improving engineering practices, tools, infrastructure and other quality system processes and deliverables.
Developing and using automated test tools and practices; you will partner with development engineers to produce design-for-test software.
Creating, building and maintaining unit tests and support continuous integration processes.

The right stuff
Experience as a Test Engineer with at least 2 years of software development and test experience, including knowledge of software testing methodology, strategy, revision control and functional automated testing. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study.

You are also:
Able to interpret system specifications, analyze system architecture and interactions, develop testing points and make test strategies to cover testing points.
Ability to analyze issues, summarize findings and help to track the root cause of issues.
Skilled in concurrent test method and execution development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Equipped with excellent?problem-solving?skills and you pay attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
Working effectively in a team-oriented environment

You will be reporting to the Software Manager and will be part of a team developing real-time control software that controls multiple axis and devices in the machine to deliver radiation to the patient safely. You will be contributing to all phases of the product development and maintenance process including requirements, design, implementation, and testing. The agile team is part of an international and cross-functional program working according to the Scale Agile Framework (SAFe).

Your team
You will be part of a stimulating environment in the Physics & Advanced Applications group. The group is responsible for all physics aspects within the engineering organization of the neuro business line. The neuro business line is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Leksell Gamma Knife®, Leksell GammaPlan®, and stereotactic frame systems. The group also conduct research and deliver exploration projects in the areas of physics, machine learning and optimization.
What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Senior R&D Physicist your primary responsibility are issues related to radiation physics, such as dose calculations, algorithms, and dosimetry. You’ll initiate and deliver evaluations of technologies, methodologies, and products. You’ll interact with customers and act on an expert level on the clinical application of radiosurgery with respect to physics and support dosimetry evaluations. When required, you’ll lead and perform physics measurements related to the LGK including measurements on the CBCT system on LGK Icon. In addition, you’ll ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

To be a suitable candidate for this position we think you have a degree in physics, radiation physics, medical physics, or closely related discipline. A PhD in a relevant field and/or several years of clinical experience is meriting. Experience in applied radiation physics, including dosimetry and measurements on ionizing radiation, either in a research, industrial or clinical environment is desirable. You have experience working with scientific programming, preferably in Matlab. Furthermore, it’s a plus if you are able to contribute in one or several of the following areas: Monte Carlo simulations and other physics modelling techniques, MR physics or X-ray imaging. You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Reliability Hardware Engineer, you will drive and be responsible for the reliability of the Hardware (electronics and mechanics) in our future radiation therapy devices. You will be contributing in all product lifecycles phases, on both system level down to technical details.
You will work closely with System engineers, Mechanical engineers, Electrical engineers, external suppliers and production to develop high quality medical products.
You will be part of an Agile and cross functional scrum team working according to SAFe in a global environment.

Your main Responsibilities


Responsible for the hardware reliability in our future radiotherapy device
Balance reliability verses production cost and Life Cycle Cost
Work closely with engineer to guide and review development work, from a quality and reliability point of view.
Calculate reliability on components, sub-system and system level and follow up data from the field.
Participate in reliability testing.
Participate in all phases of product creation and maintenance
Work with external development suppliers
Participate in risk assessments

What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer in the Control Systems group you will be part of an agile scrum team and together with other teams you will specify, develop, maintain and test the software used to control and interact with the hardware to deliver the planned treatment in a safe and reliable way. The agile team is part of a program working according to Scale Agile Framework (SAFe).

What You’ll Do At Elekta
As a Verification Engineer at Elekta you will work with quality assurance of Elekta neuro products: the Leksell Gamma Knife and the Stereotactic systems. You will work in close cooperation with other developers and have focus on testing prototypes to find defects and identifying opportunities for design improvements as early as possible during the development phase as well as verifying new products. You will play an important role within your Scrum team as well as in the Elekta organization.
Your responsibilities in the role as Verification Engineer will be to:
Test and verify hardware and tools for precision radiotherapy devices
Participate in development projects, with emphasis on early testing and verification.
Develop, Maintain and support test tools and test environments.
Review code, drawings and other design related documents.
Script programming for measurement related systems.
Lead the work with Automatization or semi-automatization of manual test cases.
