The Role: Make Your Mark in a Data-Driven Finance Team
We process millions of parking transactions every month—and this number is only growing. Ensuring our financial data flows seamlessly and accurately across systems (from our parking platform to our ERP and BI tools) is essential. That’s where you come in.
You’ll work at the intersection of Finance and Technology—partnering closely with stakeholders, developing scalable ETL pipelines, and delivering trustworthy financial data models and reports.

Own ETL processes for financial data from systems like Snowflake and NetSuite ERP.

Your background
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Specialist working closely with Finance teams.
Strong ETL and data pipeline skills, with a solid grasp of data warehousing concepts.
Advanced and experience with BI/reporting tools such as QlikSense, or Looker.
Understanding of financial reporting requirements and ERP data structures.
A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or related field (Master’s in Data/Analytics is a plus).

The Role
The Customer Care Analytics Specialist will play a key role in analyzing Customer Care data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience and the Customer Care operations.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who can help us ensure that scorecards, reports and numbers available are done the same way across all our local teams and management. Ensuring that we have the highest data quality and analysis of KPI trends to action on. Some of the data points you will be working with includes contact center records like call/email/chat volumes, customer satisfaction scores and customer contact logging data.

About you
The ideal candidate will have a good data and analytical background combined with a strong analytical mindset for business processes. You are able to translate complex data into actionable insights and have a sharp eye for identifying data gaps and opportunities.

The Role
By joining us you will contribute to our mission of making cities more liveable by working closely both with colleagues in the Marketing CRM team and also directly with the product teams, leveraging our solutions and automating communication towards our B2B customers.
You will be developing, managing and executing campaigns and automated programs with the purpose to attract and retain B2B customers. This means active contribution to the B2B sales and revenue targets. As part of your work you will also have the opportunity to contribute to and influence our CRM Lifecycle strategy.

Own and drive performance of CRM automated programs


Ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns and automated programs across push, in-app, SMS and email in collaboration with e.g. Product and Marketing Managers


Develop methods for upsell/cross sell and execute them. This directly contributes to our revenue targets.


Analyse performance, set up plans and take action to improve and optimize CRM campaigns and programs


Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns and programs


Report KPI results to our B2B Marketing Director


Work to both plan the strategic communication and the actual execution of the program ensuring quality deliverables.


Incorporate content strategies in lifecycle plans to drive user engagement.

Job Purpose:

- previous experience in product development. Maybe you have a background of product and project management, management consulting and/or business development, preferably with international exposure.

- MSc degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other problem solving/data driven field

Your future together with us!

You will join us as a Junior Quality Assurance Tester based in Stockholm but collaborating with our other development sites. We work with agile teams and your responsibility is to ensure the high quality of the EasyPark app, so it can create magic for our users. Continuously making sure our apps have a solid technical foundation for today and tomorrows millions of users. This can mean leading daily standups in the QA team, sprint planning and coordinating between app and back end teams but also staying on top of what is the latest best practices in app development.

You will work with the app team in collaboration with the PO and other leaders within system development here at EasyPark, both on site in Stockholm and at our other sites in Estonia and Ukraine. Your understanding of app development in combination with agile software development helps you support your team in the best possible way.

EasyPark has a long and successful history working with partners both in Sweden and abroad. This has created a great culture where the difference between being employed or an external partner (consultant) has little impact on day to day business. Here we are all EasyParkers. The team currently consist of mainly consultants; hence no staff responsibility is currently in scope of the role.

Expected background

- Minimum of 2 year of parking industry experience and in-dept knowledge thereof
- Academic degree or equivalent relevant working experience
- Experience with quality management systems in particular ISO
- Experience in working in a multinational team structure and a matrix organization
- At least 3 years of experience working with consumer service apps
- Experience in concepts around automated testing and continuous integration
- Experience from leading solution and architecture discussion within your team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Swedish is not required.
