Översikt
Vi söker en erfaren konsult som kan axla rollen som konstruktör för kundens MIMI 4-system. Dessa omfattar både HVAC-system (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) samt auxiliary system (hjälpsystem).
Konsulten förväntas arbeta både självständigt och i tvärfunktionella team samt kunna leda mindre grupper av konstruktörer (3–10 personer).
Systemområden
HVAC-system används för att upprätthålla ett bekvämt och säkert inomhusklimat genom reglering av temperatur, fuktighet och luftkvalitet. I en sjöfartsmiljö är dessa system kritiska för både besättningens komfort och säkerheten för utrustning ombord.
Huvudkomponenter:
Värme: System för att generera och distribuera värme (t.ex. värmepumpar, elvärmare, ångvärmesystem)
Ventilation: System för luftcirkulation och rening (t.ex. fläktar, filter, luftkanaler)
Kylning (Air Conditioning): System för att kyla luft (t.ex. kompressorer, kondensorer, förångare)

HVAC-system måste vara pålitliga och effektiva samt anpassade för sjöfartsmiljö (begränsat utrymme, korrosion, krävande klimat)


Auxiliary System (Hjälpsystem)
Auxiliary system stödjer fartygens primära funktioner och är avgörande för en effektiv och säker drift.
Exempel på system:
Kylsystem: Sjövattenkylsystem och luftkylsystem för maskiner och utrustning
Brandsläckningssystem: System för detektion och släckning av bränder (t.ex. sprinklers)

Kärnuppgifter (område och ansvar)
Design & utveckling
Skapa, utveckla och underhålla 3D-modeller i AVEVA E3D för marinens plattformar och system. Säkerställa krav på säkerhet, redundans, prestanda, tillförlitlighet och underhållbarhet.
Koordination
Leda och samordna designteam, fördela arbetsuppgifter och följa upp leveranser.
Interdisciplinärt samarbete
Samverka med systemingenjörer, tekniker, leverantörer, kundrepresentanter och projektledare.

Som beräkningsingenjör inom strukturanalys kommer du att ingå i team som arbetar med beräkningar och analyser. Arbetsområdet kommer spänna över de flesta discipliner inom strukturanalys. Uppgifterna innebär att arbeta med allt från kravspecificering till verifiering av färdig produkt.
