Ansvarsområden:
Felsökning och reparation av hushållsapparater i konsumenternas hem.
Apparaterna inkluderar diskmaskiner, tvättmaskiner, torktumlare, ugnar, hällar, fläktar, kaffemaskiner, kylskåp och frysar.
Förutom reparationer fokusera på att bygga lojalitet och förtroende för våra varumärken samt erbjuda lösningar utöver reparation.

 
Arbetsflöde:
Ta emot och slutför reparationer elektroniskt (via iPad).
Varje reparation är individuellt planerad av vårt tekniska stöd, med delar levererade över natten från vårt centrallager i Jönköping till din servicebil.
support finns tillgängligt per telefon för att säkerställa branschledande reparationer och kundnöjdhet.

 
Utbildning:
Få produkt-, system- och konsumentutbildning från vårt dedikerade utbildningsteam. Komplettera med praktisk träning från erfarna tekniker och webbaserade kurser.

 
Profil:
Söker en flexibel lagspelare passionerad för kundservice.
Ingen tidigare erfarenhet krävs (utbildning ges), men bör vara tekniskt kunnig och intresserad av problemlösning.
Måste ha körkort, behärska svenska och förstå engelska. Elektrisk behörighet eller tidigare erfarenhet är meriterande.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Network Development Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement of logistics services for BSH Northern Europe. In this critical role, you’ll ensure the successful contracting of service partners that are both cost-effective and aligned with BSH’s high standards for quality and customer centricity.

Key responsibilities include:


• Developing the purchasing strategy for logistics services across seven countries.
• Executing purchasing processes according to BSH standards, managing a purchasing volume of €15-30 million per year.
• Conducting supplier management through regular reviews, problem-solving, and performance tracking.
• Engaging effectively with stakeholders and maintaining open communication.
• Leading and mentoring a team of three members, setting targets, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate will possess:


• A broad knowledge of logistics and a deep understanding of purchasing activities within Northern Europe (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
• Experience in developing purchasing and material group strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to enhance team capabilities and competencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems such as SAP.
• A strong customer focus with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to solve problems and improve processes.

We are looking for a candidate with the right skills and motivation to drive a multimillion business from the first day. As a person you are willing to take risks and experiment with new ways of doing things and you also welcome changes. You are capable of taking decisions under stressful conditions and tough deadlines. We need someone capable of speaking in public and of giving product trainings. Finally it is important that you are an analytical person that is comfortable in digging into data and statistics to find concrete actionable angles. Please note that this is a 12 months contract covering for parental leave.


This position will be based in Stockholm. You will belong to our Northern Europe Marketing Department. The position might require trips to other Nordic countries or to the Headquarters.

• Säkerställa att alla installationer genomförs enligt kundens krav, tidplan och budget.
• Ha löpande kontakt med byggprojektledare och andra samarbetspartners.
• Utföra kvalitetskontroller och säkerställa att alla installationskrav följs.
• Hantera dokumentation och rapportering.

About the position:

As the Nordic Process Automation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving process automation initiatives across our organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will utilize your expertise in process automation, process improvement, and business operations to identify, define, and implement automation solutions.  This is a unique opportunity to shape our process automation journey, working with new technologies and a great team in an international setting.

Your responsibilities:


• Drive the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions together with IT development/support teams, business teams and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate process automation initiatives across the Nordic countries, working closely with stakeholders and teams from all functions of the organization, leveraging RPA, Power Automate, Report automation and AI.
• Apply process improvement skills, such as process mapping and analysis, to identify areas for efficiency gains and guide automation implementations.
• Foster enthusiasm, empower and train colleagues to become citizen developers through active own implementations (i.e. with Power Automate).
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in process automation, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

 We think that you:


• Hold a business degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Exhibit excellent process improvement skills, including process mapping and analysis.
• Have a proven track record in coordinating and implementing Process Automation and Digitalization initiatives.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience of relevant technologies, such as RPA, iBPMS (MS Power Automate flows or other tools), along with expert MS office suite knowledge and familiarity with enterprise IT architecture.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of other Nordic languages being a plus.

The Local Category Manager (LCM) for Cooling is in charge of  the Colling product category within Major Domestic Appliances in Nordics. In short, you are the middle person between the Nordic Sales Organization, our BSH Factories and headquarters and the Nordic Market needs. Your main tasks are building up a product strategy, pricing, channel management, competitors’ analysis, training with the goal of increasing market share while improving profitability. Also you will closely worth with the Cooling team in the Headquarters ensuring its strategy is executed in the Nordics, and to participate in new BSH Global projects that are developed today and will come in the next years. Very importantly also, you’ll have in your team a Product Manager assign to Cooling who will support you on the tasks at hand. You’ll be the coordinator of this Product Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Representing the Nordic market in the Headquarter decisions regarding Cooling.
• Being the eyes and the ears of the Nordic market when it comes to Cooling.
• Building up a product & price strategy and setting the BSH Nordic assortment for Siemens, Bosch and Neff brands
• Setting product pricing
• Channel management

• Experience leading people (as a manager or as a team coordinator), and experience leading and addressing sales teams and customers.

• Felsökning och reparation av hushållsapparater i konsumenternas hem.

• Utbildning:

YOUR TASKS

BSH is seeking an experienced Media and Insight Manager to lead our media strategy across the Nordic and Baltic regions. This role is important in shaping the way we connect with our audience, leveraging media to build brand presence, and ensuring our campaigns resonate effectively across different markets – creating a strong connection between brands and consumers.

The Media and Insight Manager will be the cornerstone of our relationship with our media agency, guiding strategy from start through to implementation and evaluation, while also leading research and insight projects to deepen our understanding of how our brands are performing and to refine our media approach and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the media agency, brand managers, digital manager, and CMO to create a comprehensive media strategy that aligns with BSH’s goals across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
• Agency Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for the media agency, ensuring seamless communication from strategy development to implementation and follow-up.
• Negotiation and Collaboration: Work closely with BSH’s purchasing departments to negotiate media agency agreements, ensuring the best terms for BSH.
• Research and Insights: Drive research and insight projects, including brand tracking, campaign tracking, and competitive spend reporting, to inform media strategy and execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders – both local and with Headquarters in Munich - to gather inputs and align media strategies with different departments to drive long- and short-term marketing objectives.
• Agency pitch: Every 3 years BSH runs an open pitch to decide to change / renew with media agency. This is a thorough process that requires coordination with different internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS


• Minimum 3 years (ideally 5+) of work experience in a media agency or a marketing department, with a strong background in media planning, buying, and strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting and managing research and consumer insight work, analysis.
• Proven ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with media agencies and internal departments.
• Strong communication and social skills, capable of fostering relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Interest and experience in brand tracking, campaign analysis, and competitive market research.
• Pitch experience is highly desirable, as is familiarity with media auditing and interaction media agencies’ trading departments.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Proven training and experience within the field of marketing
• Deep understanding of media landscape in the Nordic (at least) and Baltic regions.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Your decisions will impact managers across various roles; therefore, it's crucial to effectively communicate and pitch for your ideas internally. Consequently, teamwork and flexibility are essential attributes.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more languages from the Nordic or Baltic regions is a plus.


This position is office-based and ideally based in Stockholm or Helsinki (although we are open to negotiate) and reports directly to the Nordic Marketing Director.
Ideally starting date: as soon as possible. This is a permanent position.

• Experience and interest in driving process and system improvement
• Good understanding and experience of  Payroll / HR operations and Time & attendance systems
• Good knowledge and insight of working with various collective agreements
• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
• Experience from working in an international organization
• Experience and high knowledge of Excel
• Experience from operational leadership is a merit
• Knowledge of Sympa and Flex-HRM is a merit

Your tasks
As Business Controller you will support our Small domestic appliances Sales and Marketing team in Northern Europe:

-Preparing, executing and steering the month end closure

-Monthly reporting: analysing and visualizing of full Profit and Loss Statement

-Supporting in strategy days, business planning and forecasting

-Defining improvement potentials by analysing KPIs and creation of transparency

-Enable business steering and decision making through development of reports and analysis of margins and different costs positions

-Analysing/reporting different types of marketing campaigns

Vi söker nu servicetekniker för reparationer till vårt expansiva kundserviceteam med utgångspunkt i norra Stockholm. Som servicetekniker kommer du att ha en varierad, flexibel och intressant roll där du arbetar med högkvalitativa produkter och är en del av ett team som strävar efter service med högsta kvalitet.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som servicetekniker kommer du att felsöka och reparera hushållsapparater i konsumentens hem. Detta inkluderar diskmaskiner, tvättmaskiner, torktumlare, ugnar, hällar, fläktar, kaffemaskiner, kyl och frysar. Att reparera hushållsapparater är inte det enda fokuset i rollen. En serviceteknikers uppgift är också att bygga konsumentlojalitet och förtroende för våra varumärken.

Med konsument- och teknikerorienterade system och processer strävar vi efter att glädja konsumenterna med utmärkt kundservice. Du både får och avslutar dina reparationsuppdrag elektroniskt (via iPad). Varje reparationsuppdrag är individuellt utarbetat av vår tekniska support och de delar som behövs för uppdraget levereras under natten från vårt centrallager i Jönköping till servicebilen i god tid till din arbetsdag. Ytterligare teknisk support finns tillgänglig per telefon då vi som team strävar efter att vara branschledande när det gäller att reparera och avsluta uppdrag vid första tillfället samt kundtillfredsställelse.

Du kommer att få produkt-, system- och konsumentutbildning av vårt dedikerade utbildningsteam. Detta kommer att kompletteras med arbetsutbildning med erfarna tekniker samt webbaserad utbildning.

Kompetensprofil

Vi letar efter lagspelare som brinner för kundservice. Du behöver inte komma från en vitvarubakgrund (vi utbildar i det), men du bör vara tekniskt kunnig och intresserad av att lösa tekniska problem. Du har körkort och pratar flytande svenska.

Vi söker två servicetekniker för reparationer av vitvaror i Stockholm

Vårt expansiva kundserviceteam med utgångspunkt i Stockholm söker nu två servicetekniker för reparationer av vitvaror. Vi söker en person till södra/centrala Stockholmsområdet och en till norra/centrala Stockholmsområdet. Som servicetekniker kommer du att ha en varierad, flexibel och intressant roll där du arbetar med högkvalitativa produkter och är en del av ett team som strävar efter service med högsta kvalitet.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som servicetekniker kommer du att felsöka och reparera hushållsmaskiner i konsumentens hem. Detta inkluderar diskmaskiner, tvättmaskiner, torktumlare, ugnar, hällar, fläktar, kyl och frysar. Att reparera hushållsmaskiner är inte det enda fokuset i rollen. En serviceteknikers uppgift är också att bygga konsumentlojalitet och förtroende för våra varumärken.

Med konsument- och teknikerorienterade system och processer strävar vi efter att glädja konsumenterna med utmärkt kundservice. Du både får och avslutar dina reparationsuppdrag elektroniskt (via iPad). Varje reparationsuppdrag är individuellt utarbetat av vår tekniska support och de reservdelar som behövs för uppdraget levereras under natten från vårt centrallager i Jönköping direkt till din servicebil i god tid innan din arbetsdag börjar. Teknisk support finns tillgänglig per telefon då vi som team strävar efter att vara branschledande när det gäller att reparera och avsluta uppdrag vid första tillfället samt ha en hög kundtillfredsställelse.

Du kommer att få produkt-, system- och konsumentutbildning av vårt dedikerade utbildningsteam. Detta kommer att kompletteras med arbetsutbildning/mentortid med erfarna tekniker samt webbaserad utbildning.

Kompetensprofil

Vi letar efter lagspelare som brinner för kundservice. Du behöver inte komma från en vitvarubakgrund (vi utbildar i det), men du bör vara tekniskt kunnig och intresserad av att lösa tekniska problem. Du har körkort och pratar flytande svenska.

Du är motiverad och har en positiv inställning med en vilja att lära och utveckla. Du har stor social förmåga och en önskan att göra skillnad för våra kunder och kollegor. Du är strukturerad, flexibel, ställer höga krav, är stolt över det arbete du gör och vi ser det som viktigt att du även har humor och en positiv framtoning.

Förmåner

Förutom månadslön erbjuder vi garantibonus under de första 6 månaderna under din interna utbildning. Efter 6 månader erbjuder vi prestationsbonus utöver din månadslön. Andra förmåner är friskvårdsbidrag, 25 semesterdagar, företagsbil, kollektivavtal samt arbetstidsförkortning.
