Your opportunity
In the role of Service Manager, you will coordinate and lead the ongoing work around one or several of Boliden’s core applications. You will be the one who keeps everything connected: ensuring smooth daily operations while driving development initiatives that strengthen efficiency and value.
You will collaborate closely with internal IT specialists, business users, and external suppliers to quickly resolve issues, enhance functionality, and ensure long-term sustainable solutions.
Your focus is to make sure the applications deliver the right support to the business, are intuitive to use, cost-effective to manage, and meet high standards of information security. The role also includes participating in projects related to your systems, where you contribute with expertise and direction.

Who you will work with
The position is based in either Stockholm or Boliden and includes occasional travel. You will report to the Head of Application Management, IT Services and be part of a skilled and committed team that manages core systems within Boliden.
The team works closely with business stakeholders and contributes to the development and improvement of our IT solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues across Boliden and with external partners. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions in both straightforward and complex situations.


What you will do
Take full ownership of one or several IT services, ensuring reliable delivery, strong performance, and continuous improvement.
Set and follow up on SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets.
Be the primary contact for users and stakeholders—handling issues, managing escalations, coordinating changes, and communicating updates.
Work closely with business teams and technical specialists on incidents, changes, and service enhancements.
Keep service documentation, catalogues, and user materials accurate and up to date.
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and proactively drive service improvements.


What you bring
Experience in application management, IT coordination, or IT project work.
Practical experience with on?prem and SaaS applications, ideally within finance or logistics.
Solid understanding of IT systems, integrations, and service delivery.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities with a drive for improvement.
Knowledge of application-related infrastructure.



A completed education in IT, business, or a related field is required for this role. Industry experience from metals or industrial environments is a plus. Experience with documentation and an understanding of compliance requirements—such as GDPR—is considered an advantage. You also need to hold a valid driver’s license (B) and possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Who you will work with
In this role, you will be part of Group Talent and report directly to the Head of Talent. You will serve as the expert leading the Talent & Performance function and collaborate closely with the Talent team, which comprises Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding/Early Careers, and Learning & Development. The position is primarily based at the head office in Stockholm, but it is also possible to work from one of Boliden’s other locations.


What you will do
Lead the group?wide Talent & Performance agenda, including strategy, roadmap, KPIs and continuous improvement.
Strengthen Boliden’s talent and leadership pipelines by assessing capability needs, driving talent strategies, and enabling career and succession planning.
Develop and implement core T&P processes (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning) and ensure strong global-to-local execution through T&P capability networks.
Provide expert support to HRBPs and leaders on performance, talent development, and data?driven people decisions.
Advise and coach HR and management on T&P priorities as well as DEI initiatives to support a high-performing, inclusive culture.

What you bring
University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or another relevant field supporting Talent & Performance.
Extensive HR experience with strong expertise in strategic HR, Talent & Performance Management, and DEI, combined with proven experience in a corporate HR specialist role, preferably in an international context, and solid business acumen.
Continuous improvement and digital mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, design simple and effective solutions, and drive adoption of digital HR tools; comfortable working with data.
Strong analytical, communication and coaching skills, with experience in people analytics/HR metrics and confidence in partnering with HRBPs, leaders, and external stakeholders.
Insight?driven and externally curious, staying updated on trends and best practices within Talent & Performance and DEI.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Portuguese is considered an asset.

We are seeking a dedicated FX & Commodity Risk Officer to join the Risk Management team within our Commercial Business Unit. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial risks and executing offsetting hedging activities in accordance with our internal policies.

Who you will work with:
The position is a temporary role for a period of one year. As FX & Commodity Risk Officer, you will report to the FX & Commodity Risk Manager and be part of the Commercial Business Unit. What you will do:
In this position you will play a central role within the commercial organization, collaborating closely with colleagues across all commercial functions. Your primary responsibilities:
· Compile and analyze metal and currency exposures
· Execute metal and currency derivative trades
· Monitor metal prices and market trends
· Monitor and reconcile metal and currency positions
· Monitor customer credit risks
· Ensure daily offsetting hedging for all physical metal purchases and sales

What you bring:
We are looking for someone with an academic background in economics or finance, or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant professional experience. Previous experience in international trade and a solid understanding of futures markets are also highly valued.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are dedicated, responsible, communicative, and social, with a structured and proactive approach. You have a keen eye for detail and strong numerical accuracy, and you thrive in both independent and collaborative environments. Your ability to take initiative and drive your work forward is key to your success in this position.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required for this role. You should also have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as a significant part of your work will be carried out using the program. Experience working with the ERP system Dynamics 365 is considered a valuable asset.

Your opportunity:
Internal Control is a key group-wide function within Boliden due to the high complexity of the business from a risk and control perspective. We are now looking for a business-oriented individual with knowledge, influence, and strong communication skills to make the function world-class and an integrated part of Boliden’s daily operations.
You will play a central role in designing a unified internal control system across all of Boliden’s business processes, including finance, procurement, production, sales, sustainability, and IT. Furthermore, you will be a key player in the continuous development of the internal control framework, for example within sustainability and fraud prevention. You will also act as a trusted internal advisor in internal control and risk management.

Who you will work with:
In the role of Internal Control Specialist, you report to the Director of Internal Control. The position offers the possibility of hybrid work and is based at Boliden’s head office in central Stockholm, with excellent access to public transportation and services.

What you will do:
The role of Internal Control Specialist is broad and also includes regular visits to Boliden’s various production sites. Given the many points of contact, a key aspect of the role is your ability to build strong and long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities:
Proactively identify and assess risks
Contribute to the overall risk analysis and the development of the annual internal control plan
Act as an advisor to control owners regarding the design and implementation of internal controls
Support control owners in the self-assessment of control effectiveness
Independently review compliance and relevance of internal controls
Write and present reports on observations and recommendations
Collaborate with the business to identify areas for process improvement
Strengthen ownership of risks and internal controls within the organization
Support the business during external audits



What you bring:
To thrive in the role of Internal Control Specialist at Boliden, you are motivated by leading projects and being a proactive team player. You have the ability to identify and analyze problems and solutions, and you’re not afraid to drive change independently. To succeed in the role, you also have a pedagogical approach and the ability to break down complex issues into simple terms. Furthermore, you can prioritize based on business needs. You are humble in your work and enjoy working both strategically and operationally.
A university degree in finance or a related field is required. We also prefer that you have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal control. Your experience may come from areas such as Risk Advisory, in-house internal control, or work in internal or external audit. Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and a valid driver’s license (B) are also required, as the role involves travel to our production sites.
Additional qualifications that are considered a plus include knowledge and experience of best practices in internal control and governance frameworks, particularly within Swedish listed companies. Previous experience working with Dynamics365, ServiceNow, or SAP is also advantageous.

Your Opportunity:

Qualifications:

Your opportunity
As an Engineer of Record (EoR) at Boliden, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our tailings storage facilities (TSF) throughout their entire lifecycle—from design and construction to operation, closure, and post-closure.
Who you will work with
The role of EoR sits with the department of Dam Safety and Geotechnics, within the Sustainability staff function at Boliden Mines. You will be part of a knowledgeable and dynamic team of dedicated professionals responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of Boliden Mines TSF. As an EoR, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of engineering practice and regulatory compliance.
What you will do
As EoR for the Aitik TSF, you will be overseeing the design, construction, operation and closure. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Aitik TSF remains in compliance with regulatory and internal standards including the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM) and other applicable regulations.
You will ensure that all engineering decisions are documented and traceable. This includes facilitating the risk management programme implementation, reviewing and approving engineering designs, construction and as-built reports, and ensuring that monitoring and surveillance programs are in place and effective.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as site operations, environmental teams, and senior leadership, as well as external consultants including Designer of Record, third party reviewers, Independent Tailings Review Board (ITRB) and regulatory bodies. You will participate in site-wide efforts for example permitting and Life of Mine planning.
Additionally, as a member of the sustainability staff, you will lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, provide technical guidance and ensure that all documentation and reporting meet the highest standards of quality and transparency.
This role is critical to ensuring the safe and sustainable management of tailings facilities and contributes directly to Boliden’s commitment to responsible mining.
What you bring

A geotechnical or civil engineer with extensive demonstrated experience in tailings and mine waste management or dam engineering
A strong background in geotechnical engineering, hydrology and dam safety as well as familiarity with tailings risk management practices, you may already have experience as lead designer, designer of record, or engineer of record
Capabability of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects
Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, writing, interpersonal and presentation skills

A valid EU Category B driving license to travel to sites

About Aitik
The Aitik mine is situated 15 km southeast of the town Gällivare in Sweden. Operation commenced in 1968 and Aitik is today one of the largest copper mines in Europe with a permitted production rate of 45 Mton per year.
The TSF has recently undergone a major remediation programme and has been under 2025 externally audited and found in full conformance with the GISTM.

In this role, you will be part of Group HR and report directly to the Group HR Director. The position is primarily based at the head office in Stockholm, but it is also possible to work from one of Boliden’s other locations.
You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization and beyond. Internally, you’ll partner with Business HR, Business Area management, training content owners, and other HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning Administration. You’ll also work cross-functionally with procurement and other people process owners to ensure alignment and integration of learning initiatives.
Externally, you’ll engage with learning content and system providers, build relationships with key educational institutions, and stay connected to relevant professional networks to bring in fresh perspectives and best practices.

What you will do:
Develop and execute a future-ready L&D strategy aligned with Boliden’s business goals.
Design learning paths, and training concepts using modern tools.
Lead our Learning Network of Expertise and manage digital learning platforms.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent development, leadership pipelines, and compliance training.
Measure the impact of learning initiatives and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
Partner with external vendors, educational institutions, and professional networks to bring the best learning solutions to Boliden.


What you bring:
We believe you have a university degree in e.g. Pedagogy, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in L&D, with a strong track record in both strategic and operational roles.
Deep knowledge of L&D methodologies, learning technologies, and global project management.
Strong coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Swedish. Proficiency in Finnish, Norwegian, and Portuguese is considered an asset.

Your opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Reporting Specialist to join our Group HR Tech team. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering our HR and Business stakeholders with accurate, timely, and insightful data. You will work across multiple platforms including Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Power BI, and other HR/Payroll systems to support data management, security configuration, and report development.
It’s expected that you have good communication skills and to be fluent in English (written and speaking), beneficial if you also have language skills in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Portuguese.

What you will do:
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday, Power BI, and other HR systems.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Manage user access and security roles in Workday and other platforms.
Support data audits, compliance reporting, and system upgrades.
Partner with IT and external vendors to troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.


What you bring:
Proven experience in HR systems reporting, preferably with Workday HCM and Power BI.
Strong understanding of HR data structures, data privacy, and security best practices.
Experience with HR ServiceNow or similar case management tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.

You will have a key role in our operations and lead an agile team targeting continuous improvement of the business and financial performance at the Smelters. The finance director is responsible for the strategic financial planning, implementation and managing the entire finance activities within BA Smelters, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk, and governance as well as negotiations. Key responsibilities:
Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the management team based on financial analyses.
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
Advising on long-term business, financial planning, and large-scale investments.
Provide commercial insight and leadership across the BA to exceed business plan targets.
Responsible for ensuring that the financial risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the BA.
Developing and digitalizing finance function and processes.
To lead, inspire and manage the Business Area as member of the Smelters MT.



Your opportunity:
For this role we are looking for a person with strong financial understanding, who can grasp the meaning of legislation and digitalization of a finance function. As a person you need to be pro-active and cooperative to work well with others in cross-functional teams. You will also need an analytical and logical mindset to have an understanding of the importance of finance area, identify areas of improvement, find and propose solutions.

A master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.

The position:
As an assistant to Boliden’s inhouse legal function/paralegal, you will play an important role in supporting our Group Legal Affairs team. You will be responsible for managing certain corporate matters, preparing annual reports and board meeting materials, model agreements and handling insider registrations and related tasks. Your accuracy and sense of responsibility will be important in ensuring that our processes are effectively managed. This full-time position is based in our Stockholm office and may require occasional travel.
Who you will work with:
You will report directly to Boliden Group’s Director Legal Affairs and be part of our Group Legal Affairs team, which consists of seven inhouse legal counsel. Together we collaborate to support Boliden's operations and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and related requirements.
Your tasks:
Handle corporate formalities for the Boliden Group.
Assist with annual report preparation.
Prepare documentation for annual general meetings, board meetings and other functions.
Manage model agreements, policies and instructions.
Handle insider registrations and maintain insider logbooks.
Maintain contact with authorities, suppliers, external law firms, partners and other stakeholders.
Manage the corporate information on the external website and Group Legal’s information in our internal channels.
Gather information and prepare presentations.
Provide administrative assistance to the team, including archiving, document handling, invoicing and travel arrangements.

Your qualifications:
Basic education in Swedish corporate law, economics or paralegal studies.
3-5 years of experience from a similar role at a law firm, court, authority or listed company.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Finnish is beneficial.
Ability to use and navigate various digital tools and systems.
A structured work approach, effective task prioritization skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

What you will do
In your role as a data engineer, in technology team Business Area Smelters (BA), you will build ELT/ETL pipelines and modify data to fit reporting purposes together with other team members including for example a solution architect and a data visualization specialist. Building of data pipelines potentially includes also source system integrations. You will participate in ideating, scoping and refining of use-cases with our business stakeholders. Creating strong business understanding is important to be able to successfully transform data into relevant information.

Analytics: Good knowledge about analytics and the requirements it brings to the data layer. Knowledge of Power BI is considered as an advantage.

You will have a key role securing profitable outlets for intermediate products coming from Boliden’s copper, lead and zinc smelters and reaching the vision of Boliden Smelters: to be the industry leader in terms of green transition metals and profitability.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Creating and executing the strategic Intermediates sales plan that maximizes profitability long-term for Boliden Smelters, including internal and external allocation of products.
Creating of and follow-up on the sales budget based on the smelters’ production budget.

What you bring:
For this role we are looking for a person with strong analytic skills, who can grasp the meaning of plans, facilitates and conducts multifaceted, extended negotiations for the sales of complex, high-value, multi-year contracts. As a person you need to be pro-active and cooperative to work well with others in cross-functional teams.
A master’s degree in business administration, Economics and/or Engineering.
Minimum five years’ experience of a commercial role in the metals industry. Preferably in intermediate products coming from the smelters. Relevant technical experience is a merit as well.
Experience in contract reading and writing.
Presentation skills.
Strong social skills to create long-term relationships.
Experience of understanding markets and its dynamics and create relevant strategies.
English language both written and verbal. Other languages are a merit.

Main tasks and responsibility
The work consists of daily communication and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. It is a manager position that includes leading and supervising a team of people from different departments in the work to research market demands and macro developments, creating strategic plans, negotiate contracts and not the least, handle the day-to-day operational issues, related to executing the business. Travelling is a big part of the role.
As Manager for Copper Metal, you will belong to the Sales team and will report to the Director Sales, Boliden Commercial, BA Smelters.


What you bring:
A relevant University education, preferably a degree in engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
Experience of commodities, base industry or other similar industries.
Experience from Business Development or industry and macro research is valued.
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal. Swedish, Finnish or German is an advantage. Ability to present to large audiences are valued.
Good negotiation skills. You are structured and process oriented and able to prioritize and make decisions when needed.
Analytical ability and proficiency in working with Excel make financial business analysis and calculations are required.
Good skills in MS Office and other common data bases and systems.

Create impact on the industry and beyond
We are seeking a talented project manager and Engineer of Record, EoR, for Boliden’s Smelters in Kokkola and Harjavalta in Finland. You will have a key role in leading the implementation and compliance with the Global Industry Standard of Tailing Management, GISTM, to ensure the safety and structural integrity of our landfill facilities. The standard covers the entire tailings facility lifecycle from design to construction, management, monitoring and closure. The landfills are slags and residues from copper and zinc smelters. We aim to complete the implementation of the standard in a priority order until August 2025.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the project manager for the implementation of GISTM
Act as the EoR with responsibility to ensure continued compliance
Cooperate with those responsible for our tailing facilities
Communicate with those accountable for dam safety and operations
Manage contacts with employees, authorities and trade associations
Contribute to managing a platform for sharing knowledge in dam safety

You will be part of our sustainability team situated at one of Boliden’s smelters in Kokkola or Harjavalta, Finland, or at our head office in Stockholm, Sweden. With occasional work trips.
Qualifications
For this role we are looking for someone with a strong understanding, who can grasp the meaning of regulations and how they can be applied in the business. You need to be structured and cooperative to work well with others in cross-functional teams. You also need an analytical mindset and educational approach to create an understanding of the importance of compliance, identify areas for improvement, find and support solutions.
Requirements:
A master’s degree in civil engineering, preferably in geotechnics or other relevant field

You will work broadly with issues related to mine closure and extractive waste management along Boliden’s entire value chain. From planning of operations with close cooperation with exploration, to support for our actively producing units, to facilities that are planning to be closed and facilities in need of additional closure measures. The work includes, among other things:
Participate in and/or act as project manager for projects related to the development of Waste Management Plans and Closure Plans,
Participate in and/or act as project manager for Extractive Waste Management and Closure projects,
Drive skills development and capacity building within Boliden Mines in the field of Mine Closure and Extractive Waste Management,
Advance our way of work by developing governing processes and instructions,
Coordinate internal networks to ensure knowledge transfer between units and projects,
Follow up and evaluate completed full-scale Closure projects and Closure trials,
Perform quality assessment of estimated costs for Closure, and
Conduct business intelligence and work within Boliden's strategic programs for sustainable waste management.

The position is a permanent position. We prefer applicants willing to be based at our main office in Boliden. Other possible locations are Stockholm, Aitik, Garpenberg, Kevitsa (Finland) or Tara (Ireland).
Qualifications
You have a university degree in engineering or earth sciences, with a suitable specialization or education in environmental science, geology, geochemistry, hydrology, or water chemistry. It is an advantage if you have experience with designing cover systems for closure of sulphuric mine waste, geochemistry modelling tools, or with linking geochemistry, water, and recipient models. A strong background in project management is also preferred. You have at least 5 years of experience within the mining or extractive industries either directly or as a consultant.
We are looking for a person who is result-oriented and has a good sense of planning and prioritization. You enjoy identifying and finding solutions to problems. Contacts with both external and internal partners will be a central part of your job, so it is important to have good collaboration skills and that collaboration is natural for you.
The position requires that you can express yourself fluently both orally and in writing in English. In addition, knowledge of Swedish and/or Finnish is an advantage (as it is the language used for communication with authorities). The position will require travel with associated overnight stays. Driver's license for car is a requirement. Starting date is as agreed.

We are seeking a Purchasing Manager with as primary task to support the Smelters by securing profitable raw materials within the technical constraints from long-term business partners.
Areas of responsibility:
Monitor, follow up and manage daily contract execution, logistics and support processes.
Support the contract coordination team continuously. Create and adjust contracts in the IT-system.
Evaluate suppliers and customers performance; ESG, GHG emissions etc.
Develop in-depth knowledge on zinc and lead market and actively seek market information. Document visit reports, minutes of conversations and meetings with existing and potential suppliers and customers.
Explore and identify the market for new raw material opportunities and initiate development of our smelters’ capabilities by creating business cases.
Together with the Manager Zinc & Lead monitor and build a raw material sourcing plan and intermediates sales plan based on profitability, reliability and technical suitability. Optimize the raw materials supply and sales to maximize profitability long-term for Boliden Smelters and Boliden Group.
Maintain a close dialogue and an excellent working relationship with the smelters including the laboratory and sampling department. Develop a solid understanding of the smelter’s capabilities and constraints.
Follow-up on raw materials supply and intermediate sales budget.
Actively plan shipments with suppliers/customers and adjust shipment- and consumption plan together with the smelters when necessary.
Participate in the internal Sales & Operations Planning process.
Development of our processes, routines and tools.
Participate in negotiations of short and long term off-take agreements. Establish contact with existing and potential suppliers and customers.

The position is full-time, permanent positions based in Stockholm. Frequent travelling is part of the role, both domestic and international.
Education and qualifications?
For this role we are looking for a person with strong analytic and strategic skills. We are looking for a person with certain experience in procurement of raw materials or from the industry. As a person you need to be pro-active and cooperative to work well with others in cross-functional teams.
To be considered for this opportunity, you have:
Education qualifications at minimum BSc level in Engineering or Economics.
Operational and/or commercial experience from a mining or smelting production environment is preferred.
Knowledge and experience from geology, exploration, mining including ESG aspects are a merit.
Proven skills in performing business calculations are an essential requirement, along with excellent verbal and written command of the English language. Other languages are a merit.
Excellent social skills, you build strong relationships, convinces and motivates.
Skills to take initiatives to develop its position and is result oriented. You are systematic and able to compile the bigger picture.

You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an interest in working with various systems and tools for analytics.

We are looking for a talented manager to define strategic direction and drive transformation and initiatives across the enterprise for Boliden Smelters in Finland, Ireland, Norway and Sweden. Description
We are looking for a talented controller who shares our values and vision for sustainability. In this role you manage reporting and analyzing topics within the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) areas for Boliden Group. It also includes being updated on international guidelines and targets and to have internal and external stakeholder dialogues to ensure that different demands and expectations are considered.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly reporting and follow-up of sustainability data
Prepare the Annual- and Sustainability report
Implement and follow up our compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) including the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS)
Follow up on ESG external reporting and analyze the data to communicate gaps to responsible functions (reporting questionnaires from investors etc.)
Coordinate the sustainability roadmap together with business areas and group functions
Conduct the yearly materiality assessment process
Communicate on sustainability internally and externally
Report on the EU taxonomy and follow up on our green investments reporting

The work is in close collaboration with our entire Sustainability organization and in liaison with multiple Group functions to assess and help implement the sustainability reporting processes. Reporting to our Director for Climate & Sustainability control.
Qualifications
We believe you are passionate about creating and implementing changes that will support our vision. You have an analytical mindset, a well-organized and comfortable approach to all levels of management and the ability to communicate with many internal and external contacts as well as to adjust to the situation.
Requirements are:
Relevant academic degree and controlling skills like data visualization, data analysis and reporting
Understanding of sustainability concepts such as ESG topics and standards
Proficiency in English, knowledge in Swedish and Finnish are advantageous
Driver’s license for a passenger car

Contract Administrator Metal Sales
Temporary position, placed in Stockholm.


Are you a service minded person that likes progress and development just as much as numbers and accuracy? We are strengthening our Contract Administrator team for Metal Sales and this might be a job for you!
The Metal Sales department handles Boliden’s sale of finished metals - copper, zinc and lead. The Contract Administration team consists of one team in Stockholm, one in Germany and one in the UK.

Task and duties
As a Contract Administrator at Metal Sales, you will
Coordinate the order to cash process with customers, smelters, forwarders, your colleagues in the CA team and sales managers.
Have close contact with both external and internal customers.
Participate in continuous improvement and other process development (Metal Sales has recently implemented new ERP and planning systems).
Handle Sustainability related matters
Handle of customer complaints
Work in accordance with Boliden’s values: care, courage and responsibility.


Education and qualifications
You have graduated (eg Master in engineering or finance) or you have experience from international trade.
You are a team player and you enjoy many different tasks and can handle stressful situations.
You need to be accurate with numbers, and you have a genuine interest in continuous improvement and process development.
You see challenges and opportunities instead of obstacles.
As a Contract Administrator, you have the customers in focus.
The major part of Boliden’s customers are located in Northern Europe and therefore you must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish, and knowledge in other languages such as Finnish, German or French is a plus.



Additional information
This is a temporary position as a substitute for one of our colleagues. The temporary position starts asap and ends no later than August 31st 2022.
