About the role
As Head of AML you will have one foot in the AML team and the other in other departments within Zimpler in order to proactively identify new risks emerging from new customers, new segments and new products and build trust with external stakeholders. About the role
You will work with, inspire and lead the communications team (comms + social) to develop and implement Zimpler’s overall Communications strategy (Marketing / Product & Corp Comms) on all channels. We are looking for someone committed who will strengthen Zimpler’s support work and play an important role in ensuring the quality of Zimpler's product. You will work with evaluating and acting on information regarding high-risk behaviour or based on collected material.

Things you’ll be responsible for
- Be the first line of defense of high-risk behaviours identified by Zimpler
- Manage the collection and compilation of information regarding high-risk behaviour from partners
- Compile information regarding risk assessment at end customer level
- Work and be involved in developing improvements in working methods for the team

About the role
We have a recent Finance department that constantly strives to be more efficient and supportive to our teams in the organization, while also delivering qualitative data to the market. You will work alongside experienced accountants and our Accountant Manager. We believe that working closely in a small team, such as this, allows you to have broad exposure to various areas of the business. The team manages a lot of the workload together and therefore you will always have great support. Din roll kommer att vara att förse organisationen med intern IT-support och se till att våra system, både hårdvara och mjukvara fungerar som den ska. Du har antigen precis avslutat ett IT program från en YH-utbildning alternativt så är du självlärd med 1-2 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll. All kommunikation kommer att ske på engelska då bolaget har engelska som koncernspråk.

Arbetsuppgifter
- Köpa in datorutrustning såsom laptops och mobiltelefoner
- Hjälpa till med installation av mjukvara på både Windows och Mac
- 1st line support exempelvis problem med inlogg eller internetproblem. Du kommer även rapportera svårare problem till 2nd line samt följa processen tills problemet är löst
