Job Description:
Work Package Lead & Automotive Functional Safety Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of functional safety work products. This role involves performing safety analysis, interpreting supplier safety manuals, developing safety mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with ISO26262 standards. This role also includes Agile execution responsibilities, acting as the Product Owner (PO) in an Agile setup, coordinating deliverables across global teams (Sweden and Bangalore) through Program Increments (PIs), feature backlogs, and sprint planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Functional Safety
Own and lead the FuSa Work Package (VCM and IO scope), ensuring ISO 26262 Part 6 compliance.
Drive safety planning, implementation, and validation efforts across multiple subdomains (VAP, VDSP, Boot SW).
Derive Software Safety Requirements (SSR) from capability and safety manuals.
Perform and review safety analysis (FTA, DFA, SWEA), architectural allocation, and verification traceability.
Develop and implement safety mechanisms.
Perform static code analysis and unit testing for developed software.
Develop design guidelines for integrating developed software.
Create and maintain safety documentation.
Interpreting supplier safety manuals. (FSM and System Safety responsibility)

Agile Execution
Act as Product Owner within Agile development teams using SAFe or similar Agile methodology.
Manage the feature backlog and collaborate with scrum teams to align on PI deliverables.
Plan and execute daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and PI planning sessions.
Ensure transparency and alignment by maintaining Jira dashboards, status reports, and progress tracking.
Technical & Supplier Coordination


Must Have Skills:
Functional Safety Expertise
Expert knowledge in ISO 26262 – Part 2 and Part 6 (Software Safety Lifecycle).
Demonstrated success in delivering ASIL-B to ASIL-D safety functions in automotive systems.
Hands-on experience in safety analysis techniques: FTA, DFA, SWEA (SW-FMEA).

Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR (AVAP), and QNX Hypervisor systems.
Familiarity with bootloaders, TI SoCs, safety mechanisms, and freedom-from-interference.
Strong knowledge of HSI-SSR mapping, software integration safety challenges, and design for safety.

Toolchain Experience
Jira (for Agile project tracking and PI management)
SE Tool (for requirement traceability and safety work products)
Vector DaVinci Developer / Configurator
Klocwork (Static Code Analysis)

3+ years of experience working in Agile environments (preferably SAFe or scaled Agile).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams, managing backlogs, and delivering PIs.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and planning cycles.


Good to Have Skills:
Experience delivering safety solutions for L4 autonomous driving systems.

Overall Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Nordic HR Generalist to join our team. The Nordic HR Generalist will be responsible for performing various HR functions including but not limited to onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. What you will do
