This by being the link between sales, success team, legal team and the product team. Working with customers from all over the world you will master the product and help our sales team to preach Teamtailor.

As a Product Specialist at Teamtailor - you will ????
- Assist sales team in the sales process. Help answer technical questions that might come up in a sales process. This includes participating in sales meetings, working on RFPs and related documentation.

- Maintain technical documentation. Make sure we can support our customers with relevant documentation on our internal processes in the best possible way.

- Account Management for enterprise customers. Manage special projects for some of our largest customers. Could be everything from implementation, technical integrations, general project management etc

- Gather insights to the product team. Since you will get to know existing and potential customers you will gain knowledge about the market that can be of good use in the product development.

What does this role mean ??
Your main task is to be the world's best problem solver and to drive legal innovation forward! As our new Junior Legal Counsel, you will support the legal requirements of the business as well as advise on a variety of corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters. Since we are a saas company and process a lot of data, much of your work will be related to the GDPR. Attention to detail and the ability and confidence to work autonomously are essential. You will need to have a basic understanding of commercial implications, and you will report directly to the Legal Director.

The job includes:
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts within a multi-jurisdictional scope;

GDPR, including negotiating and reviewing data processing agreements, policies, and other assistance agreements, evaluating and developing our internal processes etc.;

Advising internal departments within the company (e.g. marketing, customer support and tech etc.) with regards to applicable legal requirements;

Research into multi-national regulatory regimes and risk management. Teamtailor is constantly appraising new product and territorial expansion opportunities. Regular regulatory and compliance updates to the business will therefore be needed.

Corporate law matters.

Advising on employment law matters in the different jurisdictions.

Provide support to and assist the Legal Director.

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will be:
