Treasury Controller
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for cash management, forecasting, and building robust treasury processes? We’re looking for a Treasury Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring strong liquidity control and financial transparency across the organization.
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will be at the center of daily treasury operations while contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of our treasury function.
About the role
As Treasury Controller, you will be responsible for managing daily cash activities, producing accurate forecasts and reports, and supporting funding and risk management initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal finance teams and external banking partners to ensure efficient and reliable treasury operations:

Manage and monitor daily cash positioning and liquidity across the organization


Prepare and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts


Produce accurate and timely treasury reporting for internal and external stakeholders


Support funding activities through financial analysis and documentation


Monitor financial risks, such as FX and Interest Rate exposure, and prepare risk reports


Maintain and improve treasury processes, internal controls, and documentation


Manage relationships with banks and financial counterparties


Contribute to treasury-related projects such as system implementations and automation initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar


4–6 years of experience in treasury, financial controlling, or a related role

Proficiency in treasury management systems and ERP systems


Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling


Understanding of financial instruments, such as FX and Interest Rate derivatives, is a plus

Steel Sales Account Manager
As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent.
Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales.
Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France.
Responsibilities
Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing)


Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation.


Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts.


Create opportunities to grow the volume and profitability of the accounts ie. by extending the scope, geography, product offer, etc.


Set up and manage regular Customer Account Meetings with relevant internal functions, marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, etc.


Set up a Customer governance structure per account including regular performance meetings  with the assigned accounts tracking performance and operational kpi’s and making agreed interventions. Ensure account plans are regularly updated


Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces


Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally


Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team


Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service


Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends


Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required


This position will require extensive travel

Qualifications

About the Role
As Central Cost Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and insightfulness of cost performance across one of Europe’s most ambitious industrial projects. Sitting within the Central Project Controls Function, this role provides governance and oversight across the programme - setting standards, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring the accuracy of cost data that informs strategic decisions. You will own cost control frameworks and tools, guide embedded project teams, and act as a key interface between cost engineering, planning, risk, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and own Stegra’s cost control standards, tools, templates, and procedures.


Provide independent oversight of cost performance across all delivery areas, identifying variances, trends, and risks.


Ensure a single, reliable source of cost data is maintained across the project lifecycle.


Govern and coordinate the cost aspects of the integrated change control process, ensuring cross-functional impact assessments.


Support Area Cost Leads in applying consistent cost methodologies and reporting standards.


Provide training and guidance to cost control staff across the project.


Produce consolidated cost dashboards and insights for Stegra leadership and the Project Improvement Unit.


Drive continuous improvement in cost management systems, processes, and practices.


Deploy cost resources into delivery areas when additional support is required.


Manages the end?to?end change control process across all disciplines, ensuring changes are assessed, coordinated, and implemented.


Own the change control framework, standards, workflows, and templates for the entire project.


Ensure all proposed changes are assessed for impacts across cost, schedule, risk, and interfaces.


Support area teams to embed effective change control practices.


What We’re Looking For

~15 years of experience in cost control within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, ideally under EPCM contracts.


Deep understanding of cost management frameworks, including AACE and PMI standards.


Proven experience working across interfaces such as engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and planning.


Strong proficiency in cost control tools and reporting systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and KPIs.


Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.


Strong communication and influencing skills; capable of working cross-functionally and supporting executive-level decisions.


A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of structure, integrity, and accountability.

Project Cost Engineering Lead
Are you a cost control expert with a passion for driving financial performance on large-scale infrastructure developments? Stegra is seeking a Lead Project Cost Controller to play a critical role in one of the largest and most ambitious industrial undertakings in Sweden's history—the Boden Project.
As a key member of our Project Services team, you will lead cost management activities across a major project area, ensuring financial accuracy, forecasting integrity, and compliance with EPCM standards.


Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of cost control for a major area of the project, ensuring alignment with project budgets, objectives, and contractual commitments.
Collaborate with EPCM contractors to review cost reports, change orders, cash flows, and forecasts during regular monthly meetings.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to deliver accurate and timely cost forecasts, reports, and variance analyses.
Interface with Area Managers and the broader project controls team to align financial data with project execution.
Provide clear written and oral reports to senior management and support the Head of Project Services in executive-level presentations.
Monitor project progress and cost trends to identify risks and proactively drive corrective actions.
Evaluate estimating inputs and value engineering opportunities to optimize overall project cost performance.

What We’re Looking For
~10 years of experience in cost control for major industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably under EPCM contracts.
Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks, cost management procedures, and industry standards (AACE, PMI).
Solid understanding of project interfaces: engineering, procurement, construction, safety, quality, finance, and planning.
Proficiency in cost control software and advanced reporting tools.

Engineering degree, MSc, in a relevant discipline.

Financial Controlling Lead We are looking for an experienced Financial Controlling Lead to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality financial reporting, compliance with Swedish legislation and IFRS, and driving continuous improvements across our financial processes. Steel Sales Account Manager
As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base.
Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
Relationship management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing)
Build a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces
Manage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally
Lead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team
Assist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service
Actively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required
This position will require extensive travel
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking.

You willhave a key role in setting the foundation for securing Stegra’s adherence to ethical practices and long-term success. You will work closely with the different teams to establish and maintain policies, procedures, and practices that promote adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Primary compliance areas in scope include anti-trust, anti-corruption, sanctions, export control, data privacy, as well as human rights. You will also be working with compliance in a broader context, collaborating with other functions of the company to integrate compliance measures into new or existing processes.

Responsibilities: Develop, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements
Monitor updates to legislation and relevant requirements
Identify, manage and report compliance related risks
Set up relevant employee trainings and educational programs
Monitor company processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, conducting reviews and audits when necessary
Compile and present compliance related matters and reports to stakeholders such as management team, board of directors, lenders or shareholders.
Participate in Stegra whistleblowing committee and manage the whistleblowing channel
Provide support and advice to the organization regarding areas covered by the ethics & compliance program
Actively give and seek feedback


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications and/or experience from similar work fields at a law firm is a plus
Multiple years' working experience, including a couple ofyears' experience specificallyin a compliance role within an industrial corporation or law firm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with a passion to learn and grow
Track record of challenging the status quo and driving positive change within an organization
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Well organized and attention to detail
Excellent skills in written and spoken English

As the Information Security Manager you will oversee the implementation of security requirements and capabilities across Stegra’s digital and operational technology (OT) environments. Information Security Manager
As the Information Security Manager you will oversee the implementation of security requirements and capabilities across Stegra’s digital and operational technology (OT) environments. This includes creating directives, performing threat modeling and risk assessments, defining architectural guidelines, and supporting mitigation efforts. You will also be responsible for building internal security competence through training and leadership, ensuring our teams have the skills needed to maintain robust security measures. Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Align the organization’s information security strategy with business goals and evolving risks.
Lead efforts to secure digital and OT environments, supporting transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance to production and manufacturing teams on information and cyber-related matters.

Policy Development & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce security policies, directives, and requirements.
Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

Risk Management

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are meritorious.
Proficiency in security tools, technologies, and frameworks, including cloud, OT, network, and application security.
Experience with security automation and architectural guidelines.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex systems, identify security risks, and develop effective solutions.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams or/and projects successfully.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment and integration of security measures across the organization.

As Area Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director, and you will assume responsibility to execute the area scope from execution to hand over to operation. Fluency in English

About the role
As a Digital Workplace Technician Intern, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality support experience for colleagues at Stegra. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to work with modern tools and systems that enable and improve everyday work across the company.
You’ll be the first point of contact at our Digi Bars – walk-in tech support hubs – and support a wide range of digital tools and services. But this role goes beyond troubleshooting. You’ll also help develop smart automations, improve support processes, and create helpful content for users. Together with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to building a digital workplace that is efficient, inclusive, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert in-person and remote support via Digi Bars, Slack, and ticketing systems

Cost Controller Analyst
We are looking for a Cost Controller Analyst to support our industrial project delivery by ensuring accurate cost allocation, supplier communication, and robust invoice verification across multiple EPCM partners. This role is key to securing financial integrity and timely payments while improving collaboration across vendors, contract managers, and internal teams. You'll play a central role in streamlining processes, ensuring transparency, and enabling effective financial tracking and cost control across the project.Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify man-hours, travel expenses, and other reimbursable submitted by EPCM contractors such as McDermott, IDOM, Fluor, and others.
Ensure proper documentation and correct calculations for payment approvals, using ACC and in collaboration with scope owners and contract managers.
Coordinate the review and processing of owner’s cost invoices, ensuring correct cost center allocation and compliance with Stegra’s procedures.
Communicate with suppliers regarding rejected invoices and coordinate the correction process, including credit note requests and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain a historical cost allocation record to facilitate the creation of accruals and track all project CAPEX payments accurately.
Conduct weekly audits and reviews with the Accounts Payable team to monitor progress and resolve delays.
Act as the liaison between Accounts Payable and Cost Control teams, supporting data flow and system updates in NetSuite.
Take initiative in improving internal processes and reporting systems.

Qualifications:
Background in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong experience in cost tracking, invoice review, or project accounting in an industrial or EPCM setting.
Excellent attention to detail with a structured and process-driven mindset.
Confident communicator with experience managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Software Developer 
We’re looking for a Software Developer with a strong interest in microservices, business-focused system management, and sustainable digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, solution architects, and fellow developers to turn business needs into scalable, maintainable services. You’ll be part of a team building Kotlin-based Spring Boot microservices that support our core business operations, particularly within Procurement and Payment.
Your work will focus mostly on development, but also include configuration of third-party systems, integrate them into our architecture, and make sure they support our business goals. If you enjoy blending technical challenges with real business impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of our factory from the ground up.

As a Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Partnering with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and align data solutions with business goals.

Qualifications:

Head of Project Finance As our Project Finance Lead, you will be responsible for leading Stegra’s project finance and debt funding processes, overseeing existing financial structures, and securing funding for new projects. You will play a key role in negotiating financial terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality financial analysis to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Stegra’s project finance and debt funding efforts.
Manage the existing project finance structure, including lender updates and model updates.
Maintain and develop relationships with key lenders and investors.
Oversee and manage Stegra’s project finance and debt advisors.
Lead due diligence processes and providers for new projects and ongoing reporting requirements.
Negotiate terms with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.

Extensive experience and understanding of debt structuring, documentation, and negotiation.

In the Head of Area position, you work in a matrix structure in close cooperation with Site Execution, Project Control and Engineering to optimize delivery.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with regular travel to various project, contractor, and fabrication sites as required.

Qualifications
Minimum 15 years industry experience, of which at least 10 years with hands-on project leadership experience in demanding industrial environment (e.g. Steel, Oil & gas, semiconductor, automotive, battery manufacturing)
Engineering degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar) or similar is required
Fluency in English
Track record as project manager driving complex projects, covering both planning/designing phase as well as execution phase
Experience working on an owner’s team is a plus

Lead Planner
Join Stegra as a Lead Planner in Boden, a key role within our Project Services team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll take ownership of the project schedule for a designated area in the Boden project and lead a team of Planners working in that area.
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning activities in all project phases. You will collaborate with the project management team and other project functions to ensure that the planning and scheduling are working efficiently, making sure you deliver on project milestones.

In this role, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing our physical electricity trading operations. You will be responsible for day-ahead and intraday market trading in the Nordic region. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical foundation, proven ability to handle complex negotiations, and the expertise required to navigate demanding project requirements. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is based in Boden or Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with power equipment OEMs to ensure equipment engineering, arrival, and installation gets delivered on time with the functionality requirements met as agreed.
Lead technical dialogues with grid providers to optimize power quality at site and within the grid.
Provide technical guidance for new projects in different regions.
Manage a team of engineers, ensuring effective design and operational management.
Interface with departments including growth, project delivery, operations, and digital solutions.
Technical guidance towards operations during commissioning and ramp-up.

Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience leading and managing power equipment procurement, design, and performance.

Lead Planner
Join Stegra as a Lead Planner in Boden, a key role within our Project Services team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll take ownership of the project schedule for a designated area in the Boden project and lead a team of Planners working in that area.
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning activities in all project phases. You will collaborate with the project management team and other project functions to ensure that the planning and scheduling are working efficiently, making sure you deliver on project milestones.

- 760 MW H2 production facility
- 2.1MM MT DRI Production Facility

8-10 years of experience in project planning, with a focus on large-scale projects.
