The Financial Controller has a critical role within the organisation, ensuring accuracy and improving efficiency of Sellpy’s financial operations. As the team's financial expert, you’ll review our financial records, oversee our tax declarations and lead the in-depth aspects of accounting.

We are looking for a Digital Analyst who will take full ownership of Sellpy’s digital tracking and continuously improve it with a clear focus on business goals. As a Customer Support Team Leader you are responsible for providing high quality and efficient customer support through overseeing a team of agents and several customer service channels. Sellpy’s new Product Design Lead will lead our talented product design team in creating user friendly features across our wide range of products. We do our best to think big, do small and scale later to enable us to move quickly while focusing on the most important tasks at hand.

Therefore, we’re looking for a Business Developer to help us take Sellpy to the next level.

In this role you will get broad exposure across all of Sellpy. You will report to and work with Sellpy’s Chief Business Development Officer with a variety of tasks including project management and analytical work. This is a demanding role where you will have to be able to think and work strategically as well as operationally. For lack of a better description, you will be Sellpy’s Swiss army knife. You will join the newly formed Business Development team so this is a great opportunity to leave your mark in the rapidly growing second hand industry.

What you will do:

- Support the CBDO with a broad range of tasks including analysis, conceptualisation work, customer a/b tests etc
- Synch with other stakeholders internally and externally to drive new projects forward
- Lead and participate in projects to improve Sellpy across the board


Your qualifications:

- Degree in engineering, finance, mathematics, business or similar
- Data-driven decision mentality and strong analytical thinking
- Great communication skills in English
- Communication skills in Swedish or German is a plus
- Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / Powerpoint

We want to provide our customers with top quality service, quick responses and creative solutions. We are growing quickly and are looking to strengthen our Customer Happiness team. In this role you will be a key figure in our continued expansion across Europe, contributing to starting up our service in Denmark. What is a Customer Happiness Hero at Sellpy?

As a Customer Happiness Hero, you will mainly work with our Danish customers and website. This involves supporting our customers via email, chat, telephone and handling ongoing translation work.

You have an important role in understanding what our customers think and feel about Sellpy as a service. This is very valuable so that customers feedback can result in real improvement within the company. You also have the opportunity to greatly influence Sellpy's development going forward as a sustainable retailer, sales service and tech company.



You’re a skilled and fast writer with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Danish and English. Spoken and written Swedish skills would be an advantage in this role but not necessarily a requirement. Experience in customer support is also something we value highly.



You are expected to:

- Have excellent Danish and English language skills

- Be a great communicator and handle customers with confidence

- Be able to structure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Have the ability to actively analyze different situations and identify the best course of action

- Feel driven by finding solutions

- Get involved and show interest in our customers and being a part of Sellpy’s journey on becoming a top quality customer service provider
