Challenges you will work on

As a Base Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role from planning to coordinating execution of base maintenance events for the whole SAS aircraft fleet. You will ensure aircraft remain safe, airworthy, and compliant with EASA regulations, operational requirements and national aviation authority rules. 

Your responsibilities include: 

* Planning and scheduling of base maintenance tasks to keep aircraft safe, airworthy, and cost-efficient

The team

SAS CAMO is a highly skilled, collaborative team of engineers and planners dedicated to maintaining one of Europe’s most modern fleets. Within this team, you will be part of a group of six Base Maintenance Planners, working closely with Technical Representatives, maintenance providers, engineering, logistics and operations. You will contribute to daily maintenance meetings and support critical operational decisions in collaborative, and international environment.

In this highly dynamic role, you will oversee the daily airworthiness coordination of our Embraer E195-E1 fleet and play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient operation within the SAS Link CAMO team. As an Maintenance Control Leader, you will guide a dedicated, international team of nine Maintenance Control Engineers who work fully remotely from various locations. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Operations Control Center, and Flight Ops, and work hand-in-hand with Carlos, the overall team leader.

About the position - Production Planning
We are looking for a Production Planner for SAS Maintenance Production at Arlanda
P-145 Production Planning is primarily responsible within the SAS maintenance organization for all processing, coordination and planning of the technical maintenance carried out in SAS Regi. Production Planning is responsible for compiling our customers' maintenance orders, ensuring its preparation, and planning of its execution in production and continuous follow-up of the work carried out. It is a department that works closely with the various airlines' own planning departments, where SAS's various platforms are the largest customers. Duty Maintenance Planner

SAS Duty Planning is a function within the Maintenance Operation Control department, part of the SAS CAMO organization.The main purpose of Duty Planning is to ensure the airworthiness of the SAS aircraft fleet by planning, controlling, and following up on maintenance events to Part-145 (Maintenance Production). This role also includes various operational responsibilities related to airworthiness control in a dynamic and operative environment. In this key role, you will act as an interface between SAS CAMO and both internal and external Part-145 organizations. You will be part of AOG coordination and handle all AOG situations related to the planning and control of affected scheduled maintenance events.
Furthermore, you will:
•    Be mainly responsible for securing the accomplishment of Airworthiness Directives (AD) within the defined time interval
•    Seek opportunities to plan proactive maintenance, especially in relation to repetitive defects, in cooperation with the STOMO-C group
•    Ensure all ordered maintenance is cost-effective, performed at minimum cost while maximizing available ground time
•    Handle various mandatory documents according to regulations and SAS procedure requirements
•    Establish clear handovers to ensure clarity and continuity of ongoing maintenance plans


Challenges you will work on

•    This position involves several time-critical and operationally significant tasks, such as:
•    Monitoring, controlling, and securing the 72-hour short-term maintenance plan in relation to fleet operations and Part-145 agreements (internally and externally through Line Maintenance)
•    Being responsible for short-term maintenance checks and the planning of unscheduled or deferred maintenance in line with aircraft operations
•    Managing the re-scheduling of maintenance events when deviations from the original plan occur (Job drop/Re-planning)
•    Ensuring maintenance is performed and CRS (Certificate of Release to Service) is issued within the allocated ground stop duration
•    Keeping the Maintenance Forecast updated and accurate at all times

Duty Maintenance Planning is a function of Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) – department of CAMO organization. In this role, you'll maintain communication with stakeholders like operations control and engineering to ensure aircraft safety and availability. As a Manager Maintenance Control at SAS you will:

•    Work closely with the planning department to develop and optimize maintenance schedules, ensuring aircraft availability meets operational requirements.

To be successful, we believe you should have:

•    EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) Category B/C preferably with an aircraft rating of one aircraft type in SAS fleet (does not need to be valid but shall cover relevant SAS operated aircraft type(s)) or other relevant education.
•    Minimum 5 years relevant experience within the aviation industry, related to continuing airworthiness or aircraft maintenance, preferably with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
•    Proven leadership and team management skills
•    Good understanding and experience with maintenance contracts and interface procedure manuals.
•    Experience and track record with project and business management.
•    Practical experience of working with Swiss AS Amos MMIS system
•    Understanding of IOSA Standards (Section 4. MNT) EASA (EU) Continued Airworthiness No 1321/2014 Regulations, ICAO Requirements of Extended Range Twin-engine Operations (ETOPS) and Safety Management Systems.

SAS Link operates a fleet of 10 E195-E1, mainly in the Scandinavian intra-domestic market. This function is part of SAS Link CAMO team to serve as key element in securing materials are in place for all our reactive / proactive / predictive maintenance. The Materials Controller liaises with the contracted AMO’s to ensure that all materials, spares, equipment that are required to support aircraft maintenance are available on time and at the correct locations.

Challanges you will work on

As a Materials Controller, you will:

•    Monitor consumption and stock level of rotable and consumable components.

CAMO is a part of SAS Technical Operations and is accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. CAMO includes the departments Aircraft Transfer, Contracts, Engineering and Maintenance Planning & Control. CAMO Systems Engineer

Base Maintenance Planning is part of the Continuing Airworthiness Organization of SAS. Our team of Base Maintenance Planners ensures the planning and preparing of SAS Fleet base maintenance, modification, and defect rectification is performed in compliance with the approved AMP, TCH, and NAA requirements while helping to ensure that the required tasks are performed within the allocated ground time and in the most cost-efficient way. 
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the maintenance is planned in an airworthy, safe, and economical condition for SAS's fleet under the restriction of the requirements imposed through regulations of European Aviation according to EASA Part-M, Part 145 and EU Ops.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, control, and manage heavy maintenance requirements (internal and external maintenance providers)
* Secure that tasks will be performed in accordance with AMPD, taking into consideration ETOPS, Critical Task, and CDCCL requirements.
* Plan accomplishment of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
* Handle MEL and Defect Deferments such as structural repairs potentially addressed

SAS Technical Operations is a team of 100 people accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including negotiating and managing supplier contracts, engineering, and planning maintenance.
As Manager Maintenance Planning you will be reporting to Head of Maintenance Planning & Control. You will be responsible to ensuring that maintenance is planned in an airworthy, safe, and economical condition for SAS's fleet under restriction of the requirements imposed through European Aviation regulations and according to EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145 and Ops.
Your responsibility is to manage maintenance planning activities and technical representation for Base and Line maintenance of the SAS fleet. You will lead a team of experts, that will deliver on all aspects of maintenance planning. From airworthiness control, preparing maintenance work packages including component and engine replacement, timely planning of maintenance tasks and airworthiness directives (AD), collaboration with key stakeholders like Engineering, Network and Operations Control Center.

Main tasks and responsibilities

* Ensure that maintenance is planned in an airworthy, safe, and economical condition and complies with the regulations imposed through EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145 and Ops and National Aviation Authority
* Perform process confirmation and development of planning procedures laid down in operation governing manuals CAME and CAME-P
* Participate in the preparation of the department and maintenance budget,
* Participate in the maintenance service provider (AMO) tender processes and ensure the execution according to agreed terms
* Secure maintenance ground time for planned and unplanned maintenance events
* Ensure that all maintenance is performed within approved maintenance data
* Ensure the operational availability of SAS fleet through strategic and tactical planning activities
* Ensure planning of aircraft defects within time limits
* Establish and ensure timely planning criteria agreement between the production units
* Host and participate in governance meetings between stakeholders and sharemen
* Ensure development and timely updates of short and long-term maintenance visit plan
* Ensure maintenance package optimization in view of aircraft lease contract conditions and lifetime cost optimization
* Ensure proper functioning of all planning staff and related issues by assessments and continuing process confirmation.


Qualification & Experience

* University degree within aviation, or other relevant background from the aviation industry Additional education within business administration is desirable.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within aviation industry, whereof minimum 2 years in an appropriate management position
* Experience of practical leadership with a minimum at a tactical level
* Experience in team leadership and development
* Practical experience of managing large contracts with suppliers and internal stake holders, with associated budget processes and cost saving programs
* Practical experience of business transformations and change management
* Practical experience of working with AMOS maintenance management system
* A high proficiency in English, both written and oral

Reliability Engineer

SAS Technical Operations is a team of 100 people accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including negotiating and managing supplier contracts, engineering, and planning maintenance.

The Engineering department within CAMO is responsible for the implementation of all applicable maintenance and authority requirements, monitoring of the fleet reliability, and maintenance budget of the aircraft and engine types operated by SAS. The Engineering department employs 42 persons working closely with the rest of Technical Operations, Flight Operations, Network Planning, Fleet Management, Finance, Aviation Authorities, Suppliers, et cetera.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the AMP & Reliability team you will work on a variety of aircraft types such as A320/A330/A350/EMB195 and B737NG. Your main responsibilities consist of development and continuous review of an effective Reliability Program that is acceptable by the regulatory Authority. Apart from this, you will ensure:
* Periodc reliability reports are compiled and published in a timely manner
* Reliability performance Measurement Standards are defined and reviewed Periodically
* Fleet Reliability performance parameters are monitored regularly, and unacceptable trends or Alerts are identified and analyzed
* Timely collaboration with Respective ATA specialist to complete the process of root cause identification and recommendation
* Regular follow-up of corrective action implementation and review of its effectiveness
* Identifying ways to the Continuous improvement of reliability processes and utilization of digital transformational solutions.

* Experience and Training in Statistical Analysis Method and Root Cause analysis of Failures, Faults
* Minimum of 2 years working experience in CAMO-environment
* Knowledge in EASA Part-M & Part-145 regulations

Challanges that you will work on

The Engineering department within the CAMO is looking for an experienced and motivated engineer to join our Systems & Structures Team. The right candidate will have the skills and personality to fit within a small, multi skilled team that is responsible for the continuing airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft and components in line with the manufacturer recommendations and the regulatory requirements. As a Structures Engineer you will be part of a team who aims to continuously improve SAS products and processes with cost saving initiatives to help our service in a complex and demanding environment. You will work with aircraft structures on a variety of aircraft types, such as Airbus A320/A330/A350, Boeing 737NG and Embraer E195. The focus is to maintain the Continuing Airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft and components in line with the manufacturer recommendations and the regulatory requirements. In addition, the Structures Engineer continuously improves our product and processes with cost saving initiatives to help determine our service in a complex and demanding environment

In this role you will...

* Provide substantiation data for maintenance program task escalation and de-escalation.
* Ensure that Airworthiness Directives are being processed through technical assessment and preparation of Engineering Orders.
* Review and recommend incorporation of Service Bulletins to enhance safety, operational performance, and reliability to gain lower cost during operation.
* Support the 145 maintenance organizations, logistics and planning sections.
* Ensure the achievement of technical reliability targets.
* Carry out occurrence/Incident investigations.
* Control the configuration status for the aircraft/components.
* Define and ensures the implementation of actions resulting from non-conformance findings as part of Quality Audits, Quality Inspections or Airworthiness Review.
* Participate in projects which could be commercial or flight operation oriented, when deemed appropriate.
* Interface with OEMs and TC holders.



Experience & Qualifications

* University degree or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of engineering experience within aircraft structures.
* Relevant experience of aircraft types A320/A330/A350 and E195 is advantageous.
* Demonstrative working experience within a CAMO is advantageous.
* Knowledge in EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M & Part-145 regulations.
* AMOS experience is advantageous.
* Experience of Airbus Skywise platform is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in English – verbally and written.

CAMO – Fleet Maintenance Analyst

As the Fleet Maintenance Analyst, you will be reporting to Head of Maintenance Planning & Control. This position will be a split duty between CAMO Maintenance Planning & Control and CAMO Contracts. You will be working as a highly qualified specialist supporting CAMO with analyses and evaluations. The group is responsible to ensure optimal maintenance concepts. Reduce aircraft and component life cycle cost as well as phase in and out cost of aircrafts and components. Handling of tactical and strategic planning elements to increase efficiency and aircraft availability to maximize network opportunities. The group consists of two analysts and one senior analyst.

As a Fleet Maintenance Analyst your main tasks will be:

•    Deliver all long-term planning tasks related to continuing airworthiness
•    Ensure optimal and economical efficient long-term base type maintenance plans for all scheduled maintenance       of  SAS's fleet
•    Support with the establishment of the aircraft and component maintenance budgets
•    Assist planning departments with achieving, technical and financial business targets, and support identification         and delivery of break through targets
