About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

-Checks that the shipments comply with the order/delivery note/invoices in terms of weight, quantity and quality. 
-Handles the administrative part associated with inventory management such as registration in P2P of incoming goods and outgoing goods to     the company's various departments. 
-Have good order in the storage rooms and nearby area such as loading dock, delivered goods are unpacked in the warehouses or are placed in chronological order. FIFO principle applies. 
-Goods are delivered or returned/empty drums are picked up from different departments in the company.

Se till att vi har en hög och jämn servicenivå i  receptionen 
Övergripande ansvar för driften av hotellet och receptionen under natten  
Samordna och följa upp kedjans lojalitetsprogram och kampanjer 
Använda yield management för att maximera intäkter och beläggning 

Assistera vår Front Office Manager i personal, bemanningsfrågor samt påverka teamet och avdelningens utveckling

Vem är du?
Vi ser att du har flera års erfarenhet av hotellreception. Vi ser att du har förmågan att leda andra. Som Night Manager är du tydlig, rak och kommunikativ. Då säkerhet är en stor del utav vår vardag på natten ser vi att du kan hålla i säkerheten på en hög nivå. Du har god datorvana. Kandidaten ska vara strukturerad och har god planeringsförmåga. - Performs night audit duties as required

Requirements of Night Receptionist:
- Previous experience in similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience

The Night Receptionist works from 22:00-07:30 and reports to The Night Manager. The position is a part time position, scheduled 7 nights off 7 nights.

Vem är du?
Vi ser att du har flera års erfarenhet av hotellreception. Vi ser att du har förmågan att leda andra. Som Night Manager är du tydlig, rak och kommunikativ. Då säkerhet är en stor del utav vår vardag på natten ser vi att du kan hålla i säkerheten på en hög nivå. Du har god datorvana. Kandidaten ska vara strukturerad och har god planeringsförmåga. Vi förutsätter att du kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift i både svenska och engelska, kunskap i ett ytterligare språk är meriterande. -Supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level
-Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to enquiries and problem resolution
-Delivers on plans and objectives where kitchen initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
-Supervises the kitchen team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
-Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
-Takes ownership to review and scrutinize the performance of the food offering, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
