What you'll do
As a GenAI Developer, you own the AI application layer end-to-end: the systems that ingest, retrieve, reason, and respond, plus the lightweight interfaces that put them in front of users. You're the person closest to the end customer. You turn a business problem into a working use-case, from gathering requirements and aligning stakeholders to shipping a production system people actually use.
You come in before the solution is defined. Together with the client, you shape what gets built, then you build it. You work alongside Data Engineers and Platform Engineers, each owning a distinct layer of the stack. Your layer is where the model meets the business problem, and where the user meets the product.
A few examples of what this looks like in practice:
A production RAG system for a financial services client, letting internal teams navigate regulatory documentation using generative AI. From ingestion through to answer generation, quality evaluation, and a lightweight front-end for day-to-day use.



An agentic AI solution in the FinOps space, applying LLM reasoning over infrastructure data to drive cloud cost optimization beyond what rule-based tooling can handle.



AI capability building at enterprise clients: use-case workshops, requirements definition, and architecture advisory on agents and coding tools for senior technical audiences.



The bar for what "done" means here is high: production-grade, observable, secure and used.

Who you are
You care whether your AI systems actually work, not just whether they run, and you have an instinct for finding failure modes before they reach production. You care about how users interact with it, and you don't consider a use-case done until it's working end-to-end, interface included.
You might come from a fullstack engineering or traditional ML/Data background. What matters is that you're already building AI solutions, whether that's a side project, a POC, or a deep dive into a new framework. Curiosity is a given. The question is whether you act on it.
You like being close to the people who'll use what you build. You can run a requirements workshop, figure out what a stakeholder actually needs versus what they asked for, and explain why a retrieval pipeline is underperforming, all with the same clarity.
What you bring
Strong requirements engineering and stakeholder management skills, you can drive a use-case from problem definition to delivery, keeping technical and non-technical audiences aligned throughout



Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, version control, system design



Production experience with RAG architectures: chunking strategies, embedding models, vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and retrieval evaluation



Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI, including tool use, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration



Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI, including integration across Azure services in production environments



Ability to build lightweight front-end interfaces for AI applications to make prototypes and internal tools usable beyond the terminal



Strong plus: multi-agent architecture design, front-end development skills (React, Streamlit, or similar), containerization and MLOps awareness, experience in regulated industries, Azure AI-102 certification, prior consulting experience, Swedish language skills.

What you’ll do
As a NetOps Engineer, you’ll join our Ops team in Stockholm and abroad, and work closely with one of our largest enterprise clients. Your main focus will be operating, improving and troubleshooting their Fortigate environment, while navigating a complex network setup spanning on-prem components and Azure cloud.
Your work will range from daily tickets and change requests to deeper troubleshooting, log analysis, policy refinement, and larger initiatives such as network segmentation or cloud networking improvements. The environment is large, fast-moving, and business-critical, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn, collaborate, and solve real problems with experienced engineers.
You’ll primarily work from our Stockholm office, with flexibility to work from home at times, and occasional on-site days at the client’s office when the work calls for it. This role also includes a rotating on-call schedule (one week at a time, with additional compensation).
What you’ll grow into
You’ll deepen your skills in Fortigate, FortiManager, cloud networking and enterprise-scale ops. But your growth won’t stop at this client. As Redeploy continues to build out its networking capabilities, you’ll be able to work on additional NetOps projects, influence our network practice and collaborate across delivery teams.

You have solid hands-on experience with Fortigate firewalls and enjoy tackling complex network challenges. You take ownership, stay organised under pressure, and collaborate well with others who value clean, reliable and well-engineered solutions. You communicate clearly, think proactively, and feel confident working independently when needed.
Fluency in English is required, and Swedish is a strong advantage.
What experiences you bring
Hands-on expertise with Fortigate firewalls (rule creation, security profiles, IPSec VPNs, log analysis, troubleshooting).
Experience working with FortiManager (sync status, pushing changes, working safely in the platform).
Strong networking fundamentals at a CCNA-equivalent level: VLANs, trunk/access ports, port-channels, routing (BGP/OSPF), switch configuration.
Understanding of cloud networking on a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Ability to self-manage and deliver reliably in a demanding ops environment.
Fluency in English, spoken and written.

What you’ll do
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll join our AI Engineering team, working alongside Oskar, Oskar and Cong – the trio leading some of our most advanced AI deliveries. As part of project-based teams, you’ll collaborate with cloud, data and platform specialists from across Redeploy to design and build smart, scalable solutions that solve real problems.

What you’ll do
As a JuniorData Engineer at Redeploy, you’ll be joining a team of cloud and data specialists working on large-scale projects for clients across the Nordics. From day one, you’ll be learning by doing - getting hands-on experience in real projects alongside more senior colleagues, while taking part in onboarding, certifications and team knowledge sharing.
You’ll work in tech-focused delivery teams and support in building modern data platforms using tools like Databricks, Azure or AWS. What the role is about As a Cloud Specialist at Redeploy, you’ll work as a consultant in projects where infrastructure, automation and scalability are in focus. You’ll help clients modernize their cloud environments in Azure or AWS – whether that means a large-scale migration, a new platform build or targeted optimization. The projects vary, but the role is always hands-on and solution-oriented. You’ll work closely with developers, architects and stakeholders to design and implement smart, cloud-native infrastructure. You’ll have plenty of ownership, but never on your own. About the Role
As a Junior Software Engineer at Redeploy Run, you play a key role in developing and refining our platform products. Leverage the capabilities of Azure and AWS, working on:


Platform Product Development: Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of scalable platform products on Azure and AWS.
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform: Learn and apply Terraform for efficient provisioning and management of Azure resources.
Programming: Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable code under the mentorship of experienced engineers.
DevOps: Participate in the implementation and maintenance of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
Kubernetes Management: Gain experience in leveraging Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product management, operations, and other teams to integrate and deploy platform features seamlessly.
Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging trends in cloud computing and DevOps, actively contributing to the application of new techniques and improvements.
Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Benefit from guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.



To be considered for the role, we see that you come with the following experiences and skills:
1-2 years previous experience of either backend development or programming with Go
Knowledge and experience with cloud infrastructure and/or platform development
Experience with CI/CD
Experience in building pipelines
Knowledge and experience in infrastructure as code, preferably with Terraform or Bicep
