About the role
As a core member of our Card Services team, you will own the mission-critical systems defining the Qred VISA experience. This role bridges the gap between high-resiliency financial architecture and the future of AI-driven development, providing end-to-end ownership of features that solve complex cashflow problems. You will be instrumental in Scaling our product across new markets. If you want high-impact ownership in a fast-moving, mission-critical domain, this is it.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain highly resilient backend services using Node.js to support massive transaction volumes and real-time payment features.
Drive the evolution of our AI-SDLC, leveraging advanced tooling to accelerate delivery speed without compromising on security or performance.
Ensure system stability by taking full ownership of automated testing and DevOps practices within a microservices environment.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to drive Fintech innovation.



What we're looking for
We are looking for a senior engineer with a structured approach to problem-solving and a drive to build scalable frameworks. You should be motivated by technical precision and thrive in environments where you can drive alignment across teams and maintain a high bar for code quality.
Qualification
A few years of experience in backend development, specifically with Node.js.
Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and microservice architecture.
Proven experience with RESTful APIs and modern DevOps/Continuous Delivery pipelines.
Background in Fintech, banking, or regulated environments, specifically within cards and payments, is highly prefferd.
Strong interest or experience in AI-augmented development and integrating LLM-based agents into production systems.

As a UX designer at Qred, you will be a crucial part of a cross-functional team, developing user-centric digital solutions. You will also work closely with your UX colleagues to work on common initiatives and develop the competence. Responsibilities

Working as the UX Designer in a cross-functional team, responsible for the user experience as well as the user interface aspects of our products

Who we're looking for

You have 2+ years of experience as a UX designer, creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience of digital products

You’re used to interacting with users and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback


Previous experience collaborating closely with developers and product managers


Experience working with design systems and design tools (we use Figma for UI)


Experience with UX research and a strong proponent of data driven decisions. You are comfortable defining and maintaining UX metrics.

As an MLOps Engineer at Qred, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between machine learning development and production operations. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust, scalable, and automated ML infrastructure to enable the seamless deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of machine learning models. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to streamline workflows, implement CI/CD pipelines for ML, and ensure reproducibility, versioning, and model performance in production. A key part of your role will also involve integrating explainability tools and ensuring model transparency and compliance in real-world deployments. This is a hands-on, impactful position that supports the operational backbone of our AI initiatives.

We like to use the term “full stack data science”, meaning that you would both own and support the delivery of data-driven solutions end-to-end. This includes doing the following:
Data pipeline development:

Identify and collect relevant data with a strong focus on quality and consistency.


Collaborate on defining data needs and ensure accessibility through well-structured data pipelines.


Model Development and Deployment:

Collaborate on the development, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning models in production environments.


Integrate models into scalable systems using microservices and APIs.

Cloud Infrastructure and Scalability:

Build and maintain robust AWS-based infrastructure to support data science workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements

Cloud expertise: Experience working with cloud platforms. We use AWS but it doesn’t specifically have to be AWS experience as long as you have relevant knowledge from other cloud environments.
Testing skills: Being comfortable writing and executing tests for your own code.
Communicative and team-oriented mindset: That you like working within a team, enjoy sharing knowledge and contribute to building a strong team spirit.
