Your Role at a Glance
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them get the most out of our AI-powered feedback and insights platform. This role can be based in either our Frankfurt, Helsinki or Stockholm office.

Your Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to Netigate’s customers by responding promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.
Contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.
Support the continuous improvement of team processes and workflows.
Facilitate the sharing of insights and experiences across the company to drive alignment and efficiency.


Your Profile You get energy from working with people, whether your colleagues or customers, and enjoy helping them out with issues.
At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Your past job title is less important than your hands-on experience with customers and being tech interested. 
Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Passionate about new technologies and solving technical problems.
Big plus if you have knowledge of, or an interest in, coding languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Working as a student in the Consulting team you will assist our consultants in designing and creating surveys, quality-assured respondent lists and reports, setting up reporting solutions via our platform, and other technical solutions.
You often have several projects running in parallel with different tasks and deadlines, while you collaborate with and support colleagues in the team. You will work about 8-20 hours per week, depending on workload.

Have already experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar CS position.

Job description
Presenting our feedback management solutions at the decision-maker level
Responsible for expanding existing accounts
Respond to and act as a central contact for tenders
Identifying and contacting decision-makers at the subsidiaries of your Accounts
Going from research to initial contact and online presentation to the conclusion of a contract
Actively conducting negotiations, from the individual presentations to the conclusion of a contract
Working closely with the new and existing customer team, mainly with your Customer success manager

About you
Successful completion of studies or training with a commercial and/or business management focus
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
A strong and winning personality and an unbeatable communicator in the field
You are willing togrow with the company and in your role as Account Executive
Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in-person, business fluent with a high level of initiative
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Ideally a confident user of MS Office and Salesforce

About the role
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven Accountant to our team! As a fellow Accountant, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and overseeing the financial management systems at Netigate. Financial management is crucial for our company's performance, you will play an essential role in Netigate’s continued growth and success. You will Identify accounting and financial issues or risks and suggest timely solutions and drive improvement projects. The role includes supporting month-end and year-end close processes in our legal entities and requires that you are familiar working with balance sheets, cash flow, income statement, and VAT declarations. You will be actively involved and often drive finance-related development projects and report findings to senior management.

Cooperate in various accounting operations (e.g. monthly-, quarterly-, annual closings, reconciliation, tax-related topics, and reporting)

As a Data Scientist in the Business Analytics team, your main objective will be to manage and analyze various types of data to help colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organization improve their decision-making and better understand challenges and outcomes. The data you will be working on will vary and include product, usage, sales, and financial data. You will also in your day-to-day work communicate with, collaborate with, and support members of the entire leadership team at Netigate - from regional sales and marketing managers to product development managers and the executive team. Requirements

- 3+ years of working experience in a similar Data Scientist role
- You have a degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Experience in for data analytics
- Experience of Power BI
- Experience with MS Office
- Fluent in English


In addition, previous experience of working in/with functions such as Business Control, Accounting, or Finance in general, is meritorious.

About the role

We are now looking for our next marketing star for our Swedish marketing team! As a Marketing Manager, you will be a part of the Growth team and work in the marketing growth department. You will be measured on the Marketing Funnel and report to the Head of Field Marketing.

About the role

In the role of Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will take care of all our incoming leads. Incoming leads are coming through the Netigate website: you will take care of the website chat, inbound phone and make sure all potential customers filling out our forms on the website are contacted within minutes. You will also be a crucial part of the Netigate marketing team and work as a bridge between marketing and our sales department.

As an inbound sales development representative, you will:

- Be responsible for the website chat in Sweden and in Norway
- Be responsible for the inbound phone for Sweden and Norway


- Make sure all potential customers that fill out forms on our website is contacted within minutes
- You will segment all leads and make sure they are tagged correctly in our CRM and make sure we are targeting our personas
- You will give feedback on our leads on a daily basis so we can improve our efforts
- You will be measured on conducted booked meetings held by Sales Executives


Requirements

- You speak/write Swedish and English fluently

- Responsible for expanding existing accounts
- Respond to and act as a central contact for tenders
- Identifying and contacting decision-makers at the subsidiaries of your Accounts
- Going from research to initial contact and online presentation to the conclusion of a contract
- Actively conducting negotiations, from the individual presentations to the conclusion of a contract


- Working closely with the new and existing customer team, mainly with your Customer success manager

About you:

- Successful completion of studies or training with a commercial and/or business management focus
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
- A strong and winning personality and an unbeatable communicator in the field

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you play an important role in helping our customers get maximum value out of our platform. You collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing to evolve and improve our customer's success.

The Senior Customer Experience Product Manager is responsible for defining and building a premier product experience that is desirable, feasible, and viable. In your role as Product Manager, you will discover what users need, prioritizes what to build next, and rallies the team around a product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, someone who will learn, understand and advocate the customer’s needs. They will use that deep understanding to execute the business strategy for the product, as well as specifying the functional requirements needed.

Qualifications

As a key player on our Product team, you will work closely with back-end engineers focusing mainly on infrastructure development. The role entails active collaboration with Product Management leadership and other stakeholders.
