The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Production Manager to help drive operational and creative excellence for our Nordic Marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with our Title- and Social Marketing Managers, and be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process with our vendors and partners. Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Marketing Production Manager / Project Manager. Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.
Proven track record of executing creative productions from brief to final delivery for large 360 campaigns (which include, but are not limited to; online- and offline marketing assets, AV & print finishing, localization, and event production).
A good understanding of the Nordic media-, vendor-, and production landscape and experience working with a diverse set of agencies (media, creative, production houses).
Able to provide clear and actionable creative direction throughout the production process while effectively communicating with multiple creative partners and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities of the role include:
Develop and execute strategy for the Nordics region, per project/title, to capture, produce and utilise creative material to enhance and support the publicity campaign throughout its lifecycle

The role involves managing communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders in different regions, tracking and managing dependencies and moving targets, predicting and mitigating risks and ensuring our titles launch with a full suite of assets. You will be part of a larger Product Creative Operations team who will innovate approaches to tooling, external partnerships and quality, to develop scalable solutions and measurements for the quality of our on service assets.


What You’ll Do:
Own the end to end, on service project management of a title. While multiple teams (internal and external) are responsible for creating and delivering assets, you will be responsible for ensuring those assets are coming in at the right time and keeping the project moving towards a predetermined launch date that all of your stakeholders are aligned to.
Be a Netflix product expert. Make recommendations to our stakeholders based on your product expertise and knowledge of member experience in different markets.
Partner with internal and external teams and serve as the primary point of contact on operational matters related to the title.
Exercise sound judgment and risk mitigation to create/modify delivery and launch plans including use cases that fall outside the norm.
Constantly evaluate our workflows with the intention of improving our efficiency and effectiveness in launching titles.
Partner with our Systems, Engineering, Partnerships and Quality teams within Global Product Creative Operations, to guide tooling, workflow, and vendor needs to help scale operations.

What You’ll Need:
Mid-to senior-level project management experience (Lean or Six Sigma would be a bonus)
Previous work experience in one or more EMEA territories

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join the Nordics Production Management team based out of Stockholm. This position would organize vital information and workflows with an increasing slate of original films and shows in th Nordics from pre-production through archive & wrap. In this role, you will be working closely with Netflix external partners (talent and producers) and our internal cross-functional teams.
The role is not an entry-level position and requires previous extensive experience on set and inside of a large film studio and/or TV network.
We are looking for someone passionate, flexible and able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization, interest in production apps and tools, and great attention to detail at all times.
Responsibilities:? Coordinate the onboarding process for production companies and freelance producers to the Netflix ecosystem, tools, and resources.
? Set up, schedule and coordinate initial kick-off and ongoing production meetings for and partner-managed productions.
? Serve as primary production contact through pre-production, production and wrap for Production Management.
? Track and manage writing/development and production schedules along with overall local content slate, keeping stakeholders apprised of status.
? Research, curate, and develop relationships with vendors, while continually analyzing cost efficiencies from vendor bids.
