As a Clinical Research Intern, you will support the trials management team across a range of tasks while serving as a point of contact for research participants.
Day-to-day, this includes monitoring data collection, troubleshooting, managing inventory, and assisting with logistics — all while helping look after participant well-being and engagement.
You will work closely with the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and HR.
The role is primarily local, supporting a Stockholm-based team. As most participant communication — both verbal and written — takes place in the Stockholm area, proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Strong English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
Given the nature of clinical trials, workload can vary, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working flexible hours.
What you will be doing
You will assist the team with the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, from the initial setup to participant offboarding. Your focus will be on the following areas:

Monitor the recruitment of the trial participants and the collection of signed documentation.


Assist with onboarding trial participants, including scheduling and preparing materials.


Assist with trial daily operations: monitor data collection, address participants' questions and issues, schedule additional meetings when necessary, and send out follow-up emails.


Oversee the inventory and shipment of replacement devices and other materials. Occasionally, you will test devices yourself.


Assist with the offboarding of the trial participants, gather the study material when applicable, and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure the compensation is processed.

What you will be doing
Running FP&A at Natural Cycles: from financial planning to reporting of financial performance
FP&A and budgeting

Own recurring FP&A processes end to end: monthly reporting packages, forecast updates


Improve financial model and update rolling forecast based on pacing, ensuring accuracy of inputs and assumptions


Main responsible for budgeting incl. compiling annual budget, leading the planning process and coordinating stakeholders


Lead dialogue with senior leadership on budgeting; cost control and follow up

As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for research participants. You play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and engagement of participants throughout their clinical trial journey. You will be part of the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate with several other teams, including the Regulatory Team, Product Team, UX Team, Logistics Team, Finance Team and People Team. This role involves supporting a global team and engaging with participants across different time zones, and therefore, we are looking for someone who can work flexible hours when needed. Mission
In this role you will have a broad range of responsibilities and tasks that touch most of our technical components and teams. We’re looking for a passionate, self-starting Designer for our Product team to help us define how our users interact with customer care. You’ll take a broad approach to our customer care, designing experiences across our app, help center, and chatbot.

By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects with a team of product designers, engineers and customer support agents in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. What you will be doing

- You’ll be a part of the product team and work on products across the app but your main focus will be on our customer support journeys, helping our users find answers to their questions and simplifying the daily work of our customer care agents.

Mission

Mission of the role

We’re looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, analytical and agile environment and is inspired to use their talents to help us in our mission to pioneer women’s health with research and passion. You will join the App team and work on developing the Natural Cycles° app by building new features inside the app that increase the value of the product for all our users.

We are looking for a new team member who can communicate with ease in English, who is passionate about technology, teamwork and is willing to learn and grow. In addition, we are looking for someone who is also able to work efficiently in a remote work environment in a setting where online and asynchronous communication is the foundation.

Please note that since the majority of the App team is located in Europe, we are hiring for this position in our Stockholm location or remotely within the European timezones.

What you will be doing

- Work in a team composed of a product manager, frontend and backend developers, product designers and testers

- Be a part of a bigger cross-functional technical team, help to shape (or follow) a technical direction of the engineering organization

- Ship top-quality, performant, accessible, inclusive user interfaces, features and products

- Work on developing the Natural Cycles° app (built as a Hybrid Web application, packaged for iOS and Android)

- Ensure continuous delivery of new releases while working in an agile way

At NC° we continuously run trials to collect new types of data in order to further our understanding of women's reproductive health. The complexity and number of these trials has now significantly increased, and we expect to have more and more trials in the future. Therefore, we are excited to now hire a team member who will be dedicated to the day-to-day management of these trials.



As a Clinical Research Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for research participants. You are vital for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants throughout their clinical trial journey. You will collaborate closely with both the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and the Hardware team, and report to the Medical Affairs Manager.

What you will be doing

- Assisting the clinical trial team in the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, during set-up, conduct and until archiving. Assisting tasks will include setting up systems for filing, document management, document distribution and study management, and preparing, assembling and distributing study materials

- Set up systems for filing: prepare documentation to safely store participants information and data

- Coordinating the preparation, review and distribution of all operational trial-related documents (e.g. study consent, guides, etc)

- Coordinate with the regulatory team to ensure relevant ethics applications are submitted, and documentation is complete

- Coordinate the recruitment of the trial participants: coordinate with relevant stakeholders to select and recruit trial participants; collect signed consent forms from all participants

- Coordinate the onboarding of the trial participants: for in person onboarding, schedule sessions with each participant and prepare relevant documentation; for remote onboarding, schedule sessions and shipment of trial material if applicable

- Manage trial daily operations: address participants' questions and issues, schedule additional meetings when necessary, send out reminder emails and surveys.

- Is compassionate, understanding and patient whilst tailoring communication to the individual participants needs.

- Coordinate the offboarding of the trial participants: collect relevant feedback from the participants, gather the study material when applicable, and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure the compensation is granted

- Contribute to the optimization of processes related to clinical trials





What skills and experience we think that you have

- You are organized and structured, and you are good at preparing and maintaining documentation

- You can work independently

- You have a good attention to detail while maintaining an overview on the whole project, making sure everything is taken care of

- You can collaborate with key stakeholders in the company

- You can collaborate with external partners and have great communication skills

- You have experience in running clinical trial

- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)

- You speak Swedish at least at an intermediate level

What you will be doing

- You’ll be working in a tight-knit agile team with a product manager, another designer, and developers on a day-to-day basis. You’ll often work with stakeholders from across the organization, from marketing to R&D. - You’ll work on projects from start to finish - sketching, mapping out user journeys, wireframing and creating polished visual mockups, with support from your product manager and other designers.

- You’ll create designs for A/B tests and other quantitative tests on our website and acquisition funnels. Once test results are in, you’ll iterate and build on your work

We are looking for an administrative superstar with interest (and ideally experience) in payroll, finance or HR who is eager to join us in our mission to pioneer women’s health!

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Payroll and HR functions within the Finance team. With the right individual we will be able to support you in developing skills in both Finance and HR depending on your interest. You will be a team player and also work independently on your own initiatives, and most importantly always aim to deliver great service for our employees.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting and Junior Accountant and assist with daily tasks such as Accounts Payable, payments, general ledger entries but also month and year end closing and audits. In addition, you will assist the HR team with various tasks such as onboarding/offboarding activities, employee relocation and compensation and benefits.

The role is based in Stockholm and it is a temporary contract for 12 months (with possibility of extension), starting in mid-August.
