Dina ansvarsområden

- Ge support till användare och vara den första kontaktpunkten för felrapportering

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating the role in the company, as this is a newly established service. You will work strategically and operationally with our presence on social media, globally.
What you’ll be doing
You will define our social media strategy in our various markets, analyze, create content, propose strategies, and also work hands-on to manage all our social media, in the English language. It is thus a role that is both operational and strategic! You will work closely with our creative team, our sales director/founder, our event department, and the design team. Your everyday life will be characterized by peace, growth, creativity, and a great opportunity to influence and shape your role.


Is this you?
You have acquired adequate skills on the job in an international company with a few years' experience from a similar role, preferably from an international environment in a start-up or growth company in tech or in a media content company. You work comfortably with different tools on different platforms, both own channels, and purchased posts. If you have experience in influencer marketing, you’ll feel right at home here at ICT. You might have studied social media, digital marketing, or similar.
Furthermore, you have an analytical ability to be able to make accurate quantitative and qualitative analyses of the data we have available to optimize our presence on social media globally and translate them into structured plans.

Jobbet
Till vårt dotterbolag i Stockholm, ICT Scandinavia söker vi nu en driven ekonom som kan axla rollen som ekonomiansvarig. Du kommer självständigt ansvara för den löpande hanteringen av bokföring, fakturering, kund- och leverantörreskontra, kontakten med vår lön- och redovisningspartner samt driva, och stötta i, budgetarbetet för ICT Scandinavia. Du rapporterar till vår Group Controller i Madrid och arbetar i nära samarbete med den lokala ledningen i ICT Scandinavia. Då vi är ett nytt och snabbväxande bolag kommer du att vara med och ta fram processer och rutiner för den lokala ekonomifunktionen tillsammans med den centrala finansavdelningen i Madrid och ledningen i dotterbolaget. Du kommer att vara en aktiv del av koncernövergripande projekt inom finans och compliance. Rollen är väldigt bred och innefattar allt från enklare administration till strategiska analyser, budgetprognoser, kassaflödesplanering, m.m..
Din profil
För att lyckas i denna rollen tror vi att du är en proaktiv och ansvarstagande person. Vi söker dig som har jobbat några år som ekonomiassistent/junior controller eller liknande och vill ta klivet över till en mer självständig roll. Du är prestigelös och gillar att jobba i högt tempo med varierande uppgifter. Du har:
Relevant akademisk utbildning
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av liknande uppgifter
Goda kunskap inom ekonomi, redovisning, rapportering, skatt- och momsdeklarationer m.m..
Intresse och fallenhet för IT samt är en fena på Excel/speadsheet
God kommunikation- och prestationsförmåga. Du behärskar flytande Svenska och Engelska, ett plus om du även kan Spanska men det är inte krav
