What you’ll be doing
As our Billing Specialist, you will have a key position in the revenue cycle at ICT. You will be responsible for overseeing the billing operation from gathering and analyzing information to processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, aide reporting, calculating bill totals, and issuing the necessary paperwork with attention to detail. You will work closely with suppliers and stakeholders, check for calculation errors on invoices, other billing statements, and records.

Key responsibilities

- Performing daily billing transactions which includes classifying, computing, posting, verifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Calculating and tracking various company financial statements, identifying inconsistencies, and conducting account reconciliations.
- Validating debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
- Collaborating with suppliers and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
- Working closely with Project Managers and IT to ensure processes are maintained & updated.
- Ability to assist with other finance functions if and when needed (AP, AR, Reconciliations, etc).


Is this you?

- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in operating accounting and spreadsheets software with advanced excel skills, know formulas for reporting.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English.

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and is suitable for broadcasting. Ultimately, as a Film and Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity

How you will make an impact
