Electrolux Central Marketing Organization for Europe is looking for an In-Store Marketing Specialist to join our Conversion team.


The Mission of the Conversion Team is to deliver a best in class shopping experience to drive conversion through our Retail partners In-store and Online.


In this role, you will report to the In-Store Marketing Manager, and you will mainly take lead to create, develop and coordinate packaging for the range of Consumables and Accessories for the AEG, Electrolux and Zanussi brands. Moreover, you will work together with the In-store Marketing Manager on the Factory Fit process and Special Placement Display projects across product category and channel in Europe.


This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office!


Key responsibilities


•Project management and coordination of development of packaging for the range of Consumables and Accessories products for the brands of AEG, Electrolux and Zanussi. This incl. new products as well as changes/ updates on packaging of existing products.
•Project management and the capability to support the In-store Marketing Manager working independently, effectively and efficiently.
•Working closely with design agency and retail agency in developing C&A packaging including briefing, project management, coordination and follow up.
•Working closely with the Content Marketing team as well as with the Retail and Shopper Marketing Managers.
•Collecting and coordinating input from key stakeholders in the projects.
•Setting clear priorities to efficiently manage workload/ key milestones.

• Support the design, implementation, management, and interpretation of primary cross touchpoint activation to build optimized audiences and other cost optimizations cross touchpoints. Support at data driven comms planning to secure we are using data driven learnings (POE) to fuel the next planning of a Key initiative/ product launch and always on. By this point, your organization should be creating significant value for our customers through your high-impact recommendations.
 
EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ statistics/ computer science/ economics/ related field
• You have 2-4 years experience in digital analytics/ digital media / marketing analytics

The team is now looking for an engaged OEM Demand Planning Projects Manager to drive various cool projects including working closely with data science team to develop new ways of working in demand planning, as well as to drive cross-functional collaboration forums in order to respond better to changes/challenges in supply strategy, and support the Business Owner with driving business transformation and change management.

Your everyday challenge 
 
Improve availability of OEM products through better demand plan accuracy (DPA) 
Reduce obsolete/slow moving stock of OEM products 
Support in achieving best in class supply chain service for OEM products 
Drive new initiatives to enhance demand planning function through new methods and channels of planning 

 
Operational responsibility 
 
Drive projects in the Demand planning area, such as direct to consumer planning (D2C), usage of data science and AI/machine learning in planning, etc.

Monitor and follow up the operational performance in demand planning in all sales companies, identifying problem areas, improvement potentials as well as suggesting and following up on agreed action points 
Support with S&OP; process preparations and facilitation, both on local and central levels 
To implement and drive continuous improvement in planning for OEM products securing all requirements from supply chain perspective 
To drive and roll out a project to implement a new process for direct to consumer (D2C) planning on central level 
To drive the “Phase-in/Phase-out process” on a European level for OEM products, i.e. making sure that this process is set up correctly involving factory planning, demand planning, product line and the IT Master data team 
To facilitate and support in driving the Demand Planning forum for OEM products, ensuring that user requirements are taken care of, developed and implemented across the sales companies 
To regularly visit the sales companies to drive change mgmt., give training to demand planners and KAM’s regarding planning processes for OEM flow

Competencies needed

A typical day
As Quality Controller, you are part of the European Quality Leadership Team and the European Operations controlling community as well as work closely with the Global group.
You are the finance business partner for the VP Quality and you ensure understanding, communication and implementation of the financial and business strategy in the Quality leadership team. Thanks to your valuable knowledge and analysis you make sure that data and business are connected between each other in order to provide financial, KPI and business insights to support decision-making. 
You play a key role in the organisation by advising on major business planning assumptions and opportunities with a forward looking and proactive attitude in touch with the industry, competitor and economic context. You translate data and information into recommendations and you build healthy and close relationship with many functions in the organisation such as Consumer Care, Sales and Manufacturing.  


Tasks and responsibilities
• Coordinate and drive the budget, forecast and strategic plan process within the Quality function
• Within Operations be responsible for the Warranty costs, i.e Mix Adjusted Variable Costs and Warranty Cost Bridge “in cooperation with Consumer Service”
• Support and give input to financial estimates of central Warranty cost adjustments.
• Responsible for the Quality Functional costs in Central team and Plants
• Responsible for the Quality functional KPIs, such as; Service Call Rate, Not Right First Time, Consumer Star Rating
• Work closely together with Sales and Consumer Service Organization with Standardization of Warranty cost calculation/reporting across the Sector, including tool development
• Preparation and analysis of financial results - Create deviation analysis vs budget and forecasts - Report monthly and quarterly key figures with necessary accuracy and completeness in time
• Coordinate and support common method use within the Quality community and in relation to factories, European and Global organization

• Identify and challenge critical areas for improvements and drive understanding of correlation between figures and activities
• Ensure the correct use and maintain the correct calculation methods, processes and procedures in Quality
• Service Call Rates estimates and follow-up
• Financial reporting and alignment between Quality, Consumer Service and impact on Warranty cost for both Cluster and Product line dimensions, and proposing corrective actions and focus areas based on financial impact
• Support preparation of project Business Cases and project approval documentation (IR) in project preparation phase and definition of measurable project business goals
