Your role
Own the end?to?end bid lifecycle for RFXs and proactive pursuits, ensuring timely delivery of high?quality, compliant proposals aligned with client requirement
Act as the central orchestrator of the bid process, coordinating Sales, Solution, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Delivery, and Business Risk Management stakeholders across Capgemini entities (GBLs, SBUs, BUs)
Drive opportunity qualification, supporting Bid/No?Bid decisions, win themes, and Winning Sales Plans in collaboration with Sales and Solution Leads
Lead solution and proposal development, including RFX analysis, proposal structure definition, content coordination, and client?focused value articulation
Orchestrate internal governance and formal reviews, ensuring compliance with Capgemini bid management processes and approval frameworks
Manage bid planning, budgeting, and controls, including bid costs, resourcing, timelines, and deliverable readiness
Ensure risk awareness and mitigation during the pursuit by working closely with Business Risk Managers, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams
Coordinate stakeholder communication internally and externally, maintaining alignment across pursuit teams and engaging with client stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle
Lead proposal defenses, orals, and due diligence activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with client business objectives
Ensure smooth handover from bid to delivery, including transfer of solution assumptions, risks, commercials, and commitments
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Min. 5 years of experience in bid/proposal management in Engineering and RD Services.
Strong understanding of Automotive, LiveScience and Telecommunication sectors and good technical understanding and commercial awareness.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Other AI Tools) is an asset.

Your Role
We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to our compliance, quality and regulator teams either in Malmö, Stockholm or Gothenburg. The primary role of this position is to be responsible for timely planning and proper execution of the risk management in medical device development projects, based on identified and agreed needs to fulfil objectives on project level(s). Your Role
We’re looking for experienced ARAS PLM Solution Architects, who can bring value to the team and work as a key resource in our PLM projects. You are an experienced Project Manager who can quickly familiarize yourself within new organizations, network with stakeholders and hit the ground running. Your Role
As a consultant in our life science team, you will be leading quality management in development projects related to Computerized System Validation. In many of our client assignments, our consultants work in teams provided to the client by Capgemini Engineering – but in close collaboration with employees of the client. You may be working in accordance with clients processes as well as with applicable standards and legislations in order to ensure quality assured activities and documentation throughout the process.

Your profile
You have:
A degree in engineering, a master of science, data/IT science degree or similar,
Long experience within GxP computer validation in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries.
Knowledge of and/or experience of working accordance with regulations, guidelines and standards such as: GAMP5, EU GMP, US GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, ISO 27001 etc
The ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

Your role

- Define test plan, verification strategy and specifications for IP/Subsystem/SOC Design’s.
- Implement testbench infrastructure and create testcases and sequences in UVM-SV(System-Verilog).
- Implement and work on to close Functional verification using coverage driven methodology.

- Hands on experience in creating Test bench environment from functional requirements using UVM.

Your role
As a Product Developer Engineer Life Science, you can be part of various projects, internally with other colleagues within Capgemini or at our customers, locally and globally. We have specialized competence centers globally which we cooperate closely with.
Your role will be to take responsible for parts of the development or the maintenance of the products or tools in the projects related to life science.
You will probably work in cross functional teams in an agile environment. The more experienced you are, the more you will get an opportunity to share your knowledge and help our customers implement processes and methodologies. If you are a leader personality, there are big chances that you can take on the role as technical project manager or team leader and lead the development of medical devices.
Being a consultant within Life Science, means working in a shifting environment, with new technologies arising and often according to strict regulations. Having an open and curious mindset will therefore benefit you in this role.
Basic Requirements
You have a BSc or MSc in Engineering: Mechanical, Electronical, Computer Science or equivalent

Du ska ha

Ingenjörsexamen, Master of Science, Apotekarexamen eller likvärdigt

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med QA eller RA inom life science

Kännedom eller erfarenhet av arbete utifrån en eller flera av standarderna ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14971, IEC 62366, IEC 62304, GxP

Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Your role
As a Software Developer you will be developing and maintaining the embedded software for Radio products. Responsibilities include all stages of the software life cycle from planning, requirement analysis, software and system design, implementation and testing, integration, and verification to continuous improvement. As a Software Developer you have strong competence in and passion for testing of embedded software. You will be part of Agile Scrum practices. As a team you will on a day-to-day basis interact with other product development and continuous integration teams.

- Test Driven Development
- Unit, Component, Functional and System Testing
- CI and Quality
- Java

You will probably work in cross functional teams in an agile environment. The more experienced you are, the more you will get an opportunity to share your knowledge and help our customers implement processes and methodologies.

Higher educational background in Computer Science or equivalent

You are passionate about Telecom Embedded System Engineering with primarily Java and/or Python development and have at least 2 years of experience from this, preferably within some of these areas:
JavaScript, NodeJS, React Backend, Springboot, OpenAPI, Swagger, Jenkins, GITs Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Perl, TCL, Bash

You have experience from working with Scrum, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

You are fluent in English, and preferably in Swedish
