Your future role
Blueair is seeking an experienced Europe Supply Chain Operations & Planning Manager to lead demand and supply planning, 3PL operations, and regional logistics execution for our growing European business.
As the regional supply chain lead, you’ll ensure our European and UK warehouse operations run smoothly, inventory flows efficiently, and planning inputs are accurate for our global S&OP; cycle. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, and finance to drive process discipline, operational visibility, and scalability as Blueair continues expanding DTC, Amazon, and omni-retail channels across Europe.

What You’ll Do
Lead regional demand and supply planning — aligning forecasts, inventory, and inbound shipments from China.
Manage day-to-day performance and relationships with 3PL partners in Germany and the UK.
Monitor and improve key metrics: on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, cost-to-serve, and warehouse efficiency.
Ensure trade and customs compliance for EU–UK transfers and exports under approved SOPs.
Facilitate EMEA S&OP; reviews and provide regional data inputs into the global planning process.
Identify process and system improvements to strengthen visibility, reduce cost, and enable future growth.


What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or logistics management within Europe.
Proven track record working with 3PLs and managing regional warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of EU/UK customs, VAT, and intra-company stock transfers.
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar), Excel, and ideally Power BI.
Excellent communicator who thrives in a global, cross-cultural environment.
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Account Management
Serve as the lead sales contact for key MEA markets: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman
Own and deliver revenue targets across assigned markets
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, distribution, and in-store execution
Support pricing, promotions, and channel strategy in alignment with global direction
Provide actionable insights based on performance metrics and ROI analysis
Assist in the management of BMI (Brand & Marketing Investment) and budgeting

Partner & Retailer Support
Support key retail partners and distributors on strategic sales and activation plans
Collaborate with global brand marketing on digital content and website updates
Conduct quarterly audits to ensure partner pricing and messaging compliance
Identify opportunities for joint marketing, co-branding, and PR initiatives
Act as a liaison between partners and Blueair for customer service and compliance issues

Product & Technical Support
Coordinate product technical support and training for regional partners
Lead product warranty review processes and ensure partner alignment
Facilitate knowledge sharing on the Service Portal and technical product updates



Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in distributor or retail account management
Experience with regional sales in the Middle East preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or Lebanese is a plus)
Strong sense of ownership and bias for action

Position Description:
As an R&D and Concept Engineer at Blueair you will primarily be working in the concept phase of development projects, responsible for performance and technical solutions such as airflow, motors, and filters in the project phase. You will design, perform, evaluate, and analyze ideas, prototypes, and tests within various areas (airflow design, energy consumption, CADR, noise, etc.)
You are a practical engineer who can build functional models, prototypes, and test rigs. In addition, you will also work with verification of product performance and functionality of our products in various stages of projects.
This role is Hybrid/Onsite and requires applicants to work from our office in central Stockholm for a minimum of two days a week.
Responsibilities and Functions:
Run research projects focus on air treatment technologies, evaluating and testing new technologies, developing new products, and improving current products.
Concept and product development
Performance system/sub-system development and optimization during concept development
Performance testing
Develop and design test rigs and define test equipment/facilities.
Research in new technology
Verification according to reference standards and internal standards.
Developing and executing reliability tests and accelerated life test methods both for products and components

Must Have Qualifications:
Completed engineering degree in technology or higher education/master’s in engineering. In addition, you have 3+ years of work experience. You have excellent English skills, oral and written.

This is a short assignment on 4-6 months. As our Interim IoT Software Quality Assurance Lead you will establish the Quality Assurance process for a new Business Unit working with Connected Products. Quality Assurance process should be defined, documented and signed-off by Blueair stakeholders. Then cascaded to the roles within the Business Unit before the assignment is complete. As part of the completed assignment there should be complete RACI matrix, UAT process and test protocols and Release Management Procedure.



Who you are:

We are looking for you who have solid and demonstrable experience and understanding of Quality Assurance in general and a high level of general technical understanding of embedded systems knowledge preferably connected to Internet. You have a passion for documentation and defining processes. We believe you are an excellent problem-solver who takes ownership of areas of improvement. You are good at prioritizing and you have high analytical skills.

Your future role

As a part of Blueair´s Global Marketing team you will have an end-to-end responsibility for our global social media channels and our PR/Influencer programs. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and implement the global social media marketing strategy (social media, PR, and influencer) based on insights and analytics that are aligned with global brand and business objectives

- Create social media content based on briefs, insights, and analytics; Monitor KPIs and creates performance reports

Who You Are

We believe you are passionate about digital communication and in touch with trends and best practices in social media, PR, and influencer marketing. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience from a PR agency or in-house communications team with digital and social media as substantial area of expertise

Your future role
As a part of Blueair´s Global Marketing team you will have an end-to-end responsibility for our global social media channels and our PR/Influencer programs. This is an operational role which requires previous hands-on experience from similar type of work preferably at a PR agency. All communication, including content creation such as translating complex messaging into engaging social concepts, is in English so proficient written and spoken English is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement the global social media marketing strategy (social media, PR, and influencer) based on insights and analytics that are aligned with global brand and business objectives
Optimize the digital ecosystem to create impact and reach across owned, earned, and paid channels using an audience centric approach
Create social media content based on briefs, insights, and analytics; Monitor KPIs and creates performance reports
Manage and develop Blueair’s global social accounts and strengthen the brand equity across social channels
Develop innovative ideas for brand contents and optimize campaign launches and channel activities on social media
Thought leadership in managing existing/new social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and other popular social media channels locally)
Collaborate, coach, and advise local and regional teams on how to maximize impact through social media influence marketing
Together with Customer Support provide customer service via social media channels where and when necessary
Manage and maintain an approved content library of assets



Who You Are
We believe you are passionate about digital communication and in touch with trends and best practices in social media, PR, and influencer marketing. As this role requires interactions with various stakeholders, locally and globally, you need to have the ability to communicate clearly new ideas and have a proactive mindset. Service mentality will be key to succeed in this role.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience from a PR agency or in-house communications team with digital and social media as substantial area of expertise
Significant social media marketing experience, including hands-on development of creative materials and copy
Experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, end-to-end execution of social media campaigns
Experience working with social listening tools and scheduling tools (e.g., SproutSocial, Meltwater, etc.)
Strong sense of design and aesthetics
An aptitude for great storytelling with creative writing skills
Experience working with global organizations

Your Future Role
As a Concept Validation Engineer at Blueair you will primarily be working in the concepting phase of development projects, responsible for performance and technical solutions such as airflow, motors, and filters in the project phase. Who you are?
To be successful in the role as Systems Engineer we believe you have previous experience from systems engineering of connected/IoT products who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your role:
This is a short assignment on 4-6 months. As our Interim IoT Software Quality Assurance Lead you will establish the Quality Assurance process for a new Business Unit working with Connected Products. As part of the completed assignment there should be complete RACI matrix, UAT process and test protocols and Release Management Procedure.

We are looking to strengthen our IoT & IT Team with a devoted, experienced, and organized IoT Program Lead. For this role we are open to hire a consultant or employee with start as soon as possible.
Your role
In the role as IoT Program Lead, you will be part of building and taking the IoT solution for our connected air purifiers to the next level. You will be leading Product Owners in their work and be responsible that the Product Owners have understood requirements and purpose as well as timeline and quality target. You will, together with Global IoT & IT Solution Architect, be responsible for making sure that all requirements are broken down in respective backlog for the Product Owners. Furthermore, you will own the technical roadmap for connected experience. As IoT Program Lead you will report a consolidated view of the progress vs roadmap from the team to different stakeholders.
· Report escalations and any major deviations from Product Owners to relevant stakeholders
· Ensure that the day-to-day efforts and agreed to governance are being managed with all suppliers
· Oversee that suppliers delivers on agreed goals and timeline
· Work with Head of IoT & IT and key stakeholders to establish the organizational setup and make sure that roles and responsibilities are well defined and understood
Who we believe you are
To succeed and thrive in this role we believe you have a demonstratable experience and understanding from driving teams within complex IoT solutions, preferably within consumer goods. You like to work in a fast-paced and international environment. We believe you are a team player, have a great ability to communicate and work with different stakeholders. You have a positive can-do attitude, structured and thorough in your work as well as you good at prioritizing and a true problem-solver. We believe you have a will to develop as well as developing and leading others.
· 2-3 years of experience working as a Team Lead or Line Manager for Product owners
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with different time zones, languages and cultures
· Experience in developing and delivering solutions to be deployed in over 30+ markets around the globe
· Well documented skills as Team/Line manager with emphasize on ensuring a “well-oiled” machinery with clear roles and responsibilities
· Knowledge and experience of agile methods, preferably Scrum/ Kanban

We are looking to strengthen our IoT & IT Team with a dedicated and driven Procut Owner – IoT Cloud. For this role we are open to hire a consultant or employee with start as soon as possible.
Your role
You will be part of a team of three Product Owners, each with their own area within IoT solutions and your focus will be on the IoT Cloud. You will be responsible for keeping an updated product backlog that contains support for new products and features as well as necessary corrective changes. In this role you will work with gathering market requirements and roadmap and take it forward to the suppliers. You will work closely to different stakeholders and suppliers to make sure that we are going in the right direction and align with roadmap.
· Work with supplier for sprint planning and sign-off to ensure deliverables matched the product backlog
· On an ongoing basis work with the supplier to monitor product and service performance versus agreed to deliverables
· Following up with KPIs and SLAs
· Together with Solution architect and Project Managers identify new features and necessary changes
Who we believe you are
To be successful in this role we believe you have previous working as a Product Owner before with consumer goods or other consumer-oriented products/close to consumers. You are hands-on, structured and a true team player who enjoys challenges. We believe you have a great interest and experience in IoT as well as you are driven and a strong will to develop and learn. Since you will be working with different stakeholders and suppliers you have a great ability to communicate and solve problems. In addition, you are fluent in English and have previous experience from working with Scrum or Kanban, certification preferred.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with IoT Cloud projects
· 1-2 years of experience in Software/programming development
· Experience with IoT Solutions for consumer goods
· Previous experience working external and offshore suppliers
· Worked with PaaS based solutions and projects
· Experience in capturing and writing functional and non-functional requirements as well as reviewing documentations vs requirements
· AWS experience and certification is not a must, but a plus

Your role
As a systems engineer at Blueair you will work closely with the product development team to support the development of product systems for both new and existing products. The day-today work will consist of follow-ups for development work, taking lead in system investigations and defining functional specifications. Who you are?
To be successful in this role we believe you have previous experience from systems engineering of connected/IoT systems who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Project manager R&D.
As a project manager at Blueair you will responsible of one or multiple product projects within the organization and work towards securing efficient and timely projects. Qualifications.
5-10 years previous work experience as a project manager.

Digitality Technical Project Lead
As a Digitality Technical Project Lead you are responsible for creating and maintaining the overall Digitality development plan for the IoT development teams. Your role.
As a senior accountant at Blueair you will be a key player in the month end activities. Security & Compliance Officer
We are looking for Security & Compliance Officer who will be part of establishing and maintaining the IT Security Program at Blueair.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Blueair reaches the required legal data privacy and IT security compliance levels set out by Unilever and local regulations.
You will be involved in a large set of Digital Transformation project spanning over four main areas: IT Security Compliance, Data Privacy Compliance, Service Manager for Gigya and PCI DSS Compliance .
Main responsibilities:
·      Plan and execute the Unilever Cyber Security Framework within Blueair.
·      Work closely with the Unilever IT Security Team to report compliance with defined frameworks and regulations.
Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations;

 
Maintain a current understanding the IT threat landscape for the industry;

 
Translate that knowledge to identification of risks and actionable plans to protect the business;

 
Actively participate in the planning of the future IT roadmap (based on standard IoT frameworks)

 
Review investigations after breaches or incidents, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities



Your Profile:
We believe you have minimum 10 years of experience in IT Security and Privacy. You have a solid knowledge of global Cyberlaws in the key markets such as Europe, US and China.
You have an expertise in Cyber Security aspects related to IoT and you are up to date with the latest trends in Cyber Security Threats.
You possess strong analytical skills and have a data-driven mindset. As we are a global company you must know English both spoken and written.
Experience and knowledge in the following areas are necessary: CISSP, ISO27001, NIST/CIS, PCI DSS, CIPT, CIPMs, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPP/US
It is advantageous if you have experience from Asian regions.

Marketing Manager – EMEA Region
We are looking for a versatile and business-oriented Marketing Manager who will drive the total marketing strategy of the Blueair brand expansion in the EMEA region.
 
The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of developing the global leading brand within air purification. You will be the key player to oversee our marketing initiatives to help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
 
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on project management skills and be able to turn ideas into effective advertising projects with a data driven approach.
Responsibilities:


•      Develop, implement and follow up on the Blueair EMEA marketing strategy and plan
•      Ensure and adjust Blueair global marketing efforts and material (POS, brochure, websites, ads, movies, etc.) according to the needs of the EMEA partners and customers
•      Develop local campaigns, cooperation's and material such as POS, ads, texts etc.
•      Be the link between the EMEA markets and the Global Marketing team
•      Ensure that the EMEA efforts will be activated in set time and that partners and customers receive marketing material needed on set dates
•      Represent Blueair and manage relationships with key accounts in EMEA (from a marketing perspective) in cooperation with country heads
•      Responsible and primary contact for the EMEA media partners; advertising agencies, PR and media planning etc.
•      Responsible for the visual and content part of the Blueair EMEA websites and social media channels
 
 
Qualifications:


For this role we believe you are creative, and solution oriented with a strong passion for marketing.
 
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and cooperating with internal and external stakeholder. You are the focal point towards agencies and partners. You will be the one representing Blueair in our marketing initiatives, therefore we see you as an excellent relationship builder and great ambassador for Blueair brand.
 
As you will manage multiple projects going on the same time, we value your ability to work independently but also being able to build consensus within the teams.

Technical Product Development Lead


As a Technical Product Development Lead, you are responsible for one or several cross-functional projects with the goal to deliver products with outstanding functionality, service design and quality.

You will work in an international environment close to Engineers, Product Managers and Project Managers. This role will have a focus on the technical aspects of the projects to analyse, develop and test solutions.


You will play a key role early in the product development stage and often take a project the whole way to a complete product.


Responsibilities


·      To - together with the project team - define key specification targets, with emphasis on technical feasibility.


·      To develop, test, and analyse technical solutions during all phases of the development of new Blueair products, features or services, typically within a project.


·      To steer external resources such as mechanical, system or electrical engineers in both off-site consultancies and suppliers to ensure the total product offering is on target.


·      Assistant project management, typically as a manager for a technical sub-project.


·      Product development: contribute to design and development on evaluation/concepting level, continuous review on detail assembly level, steer external resources, facilitate and contribute in problem-solving sessions in all development phases.


·      Technical ownership of developed platforms.


Who are you


-       Academic degree in an engineering field, preferably mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, product development or fluid mechanics.


-       You have 3 years work experience in an engineering position, preferably in a setting with international contacts. 


-       You are fluent in English, written and spoken.


-       You have good knowledge of at least one CAD system like CATIA, SolidWorks or equivalent.


-       You have experience from appliance development, preferably air purifier development.


-       Experience from embedded systems development and/or IoT product development is preferable.


We believe you possess strong project-management skills with a passion for the technical fundamentals. You have a systematic and well-organized way of working and you define clear priorities. You are motivated to find solutions to problems and be able to describe those situations and solutions to involved stakeholders in a comprehensible and tangible way as possible.


You will need to have excellent communication skills in order to cooperate cross-functionally with our global teams in Asia. We also value your negotiation and presentation skills.

As a Digitality Test Lead you are involved in the quality assurance stage and have an important impact on the quality of Blueair’s growing portfolio of products. We are 3 persons in the test team that works with quality assurance of the digitality system. As part of the Digitality team you will also give input to the road map for coming features and functionality.
We are looking for a tester for our cloud connected sensors and air purifiers. Your main responsibility is to plan and test software/IoT products, apps (Android, IOS), Web, E-commerce and give technical support. You have experience from and a great interest in new technology.  
 
Responsibilities:
·      Plan, write and execute test cases for all Blueair digitality products.
·      Develop and improve Blueair test methodology with worldwide deployment
·      Secure quality assurance for Blueair’s full IoT system
 
Your Profile: 
We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience from testing app and devices. You have preferably worked in a global setting with system testing and are familiar with efficient testing from A-Z. You also have experience from test frameworks such as OpenTest and script languages. 
As we work in an international environment it is essential that you are fluent in English both spoken and written. Advantageous if you have Asian experience.
You are a fast learner and loves to spend time in a lab testing environment. We believe you are accurate, analytical, responsible and proactive. You are well organized and thorough.
What is most important is your attitude and team spirit, that you are engaged and skilled in system and integration testing.
