Summary
Are you our next Account Manager focusing on our Advanced Surgery portfolio? We are replacing an exciting role covering Sweden central/north (Stockholm, Uppsala,Dalarna, Vastmanland, Gavleborg). Ideally you are based in Stockholm or Uppsala area. This is a key role and requires that you already have some sales experience and are ready to learn more and grow into a more senior role on a long-term basis. The role requires presence in surgical settings during live procedures.
You will continue to expand Baxter’s Advanced Surgery business and bring our fantastic product portfolio (Floseal, Tisseel, Hemopatch, Perclot, Seprafilm and more) to the market. Baxter is evolving digitally, leading to an increase in remote sales activities, although travel remains an integral part of the role. Collaboration with the wider sales team, as well as commercial and medical functions will allow you to have insight and possibilities to influence marketing, pricing and market access activities. You will be instrumental in driving the business forward.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, expand existing accounts and build new relationships within your territory.
Develop strategic plans (account plans) for the products and related services in Sweden central and Västerbotten.
Achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, customer growth and customer satisfaction for the portfolio.
Implement targeted account plans; you will propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will improve opportunities both for the customer and for Baxter.
Actively drive development and implementation of targeted tender plans, including pre-tender strategies and tactics.
Demonstrate the product portfolio for our clients.
Prepare sales presentations that provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations, and pricing quotes to prospects.
Monitor competitive activities and communicate intelligence to the marketing team.
Acquire and deploy therapeutic and application expertise to improve adoption and market penetration of new product launches.

Qualifications
Sales experience in pharma/med. tech/life science, preferably surgery.
An academic degree with experience working in a surgical environment.
Knowledge about value-based selling.
A genuine drive for sales with a developing understanding of strategic account planning.
Ability to work in an operating theatre environment.
Selling, educating, and informing is natural to you and you are easy to create and develop long-term relationships.
Preferably experience in selling into a theatre environment or other clinical setting
Business acuity and proactive approach.
Analytical skills (understand your sales data).
Adaptable, solid communication, collaboration and team building skills.
Basic understanding of the tender process and pre-tender work.
Digital skills (Zoom, Teams, digital platforms).
Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English

Om rollen
Som Account Manager kommer du att ha en nyckelroll i att stärka Baxters position på marknaden. Du ansvarar för att:
Utveckla och förvalta kundrelationer, framförallt mot läkare, dietister, farmaceuter och sjuksköterskor inom neonatal-, barn- och vuxenslutenvård.
Uppnå försäljningsmål och implementera strategier som driver tillväxt och kundnöjdhet.
Delta i utvecklingen av strategiska planer för produkter och tjänster i Sverige.
Aktivt arbeta med upphandlingsprocesser, allt från kontakt med inköpare till att bistå vår upphandlingsavdelning med produktdata och analyser.

Du kommer att ingå i vårt nordiska team – en grupp engagerade och professionella kollegor som samarbetar nära för att hitta de bästa lösningarna för våra kunder.
Kvalifikationer:
Medicinsk bakgrund, gärna som dietist, sjuksköterska eller liknande.

Summary
Join us on our journey to save and sustain lives in a strong experienced Regulatory Affairs/Country Quality Assurance Nordic team.
In this meaningful role you will work with both medical devices and pharma products.
As a Country Quality Assurance specialist, your main responsibility will be to drive quality work within the marketing companies in the Nordics.
This means, among other things, that you manage our quality system, implement local and global instructions, participate in projects related to the quality area and train colleagues in the Marketing company in quality.
You will also have the possibility to develop and manage some additional RA related tasks.
To thrive in this role, you should be a confident and humble person with the ability to navigate and build strong internal relationships.
The position is based in Kista/Stockholm and you will report to the Manager Regulatory Affairs and Country Quality Assurance Nordics.
This is a temporary position for 1 year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CQA related tasks:
Manage and continuously work to improve our quality system.
Support the Responsible Person and/ or Qualified Person in areas related to QA and compliance to and with National Regulations.
Initiate, participate and lead quality-related projects within the Marketing Company.
Ensure control of approval, distribution, and filing of quality documents.
Support the implementation of the Quality Manual including monitoring of the performance of the quality system.
Implement and Manage Nordic Field corrective actions for both medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Coordinate Complaint management process in the Nordics.
Handle non-conformity reports for Marketing Company. CAPA-initiator.
Ensure that systems and instructions are in place and maintained to train employees in quality system compliance.
Support business leaders in the assigned countries in quality related matters and inquiries.
Support Baxter customers´ quality related inquiries.
Support the Nordic Region audit program for local Quality Management System and Distributor compliance.
Support in Audits and Inspections (internal/ external) as needed.
Support the implementation of the Corporate Quality Manual and the applicable ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards and GDP requirements at the Nordic level.
Support in application of the processes and development of procedures related to above mentioned activities.
Have continuous contacts both with country Regulatory Affairs Specialists as well as Country Regulatory Affairs authorities.
Act professionally and efficiently to serve customers (internal and external) with high-quality information in a timely manner.

Possible/Potential RA tasks:
Where required, the CQA specialist may have additional responsibilities including but not limited to:
Working closely with other Nordic and Global RA leads to managing and implementing regulatory strategies for assigned product portfolio and Life Cycle Management Submissions for medicinal products.
Maintain internal and external product information databases and change controls.
Handle product information updates, review translations and labelling updates for both pharma and medical devices.

Qualifications
Based in Sweden and familiar with GDP requirements and the regulatory environment in all Nordic countries for pharma products and/or medical devices.
Self-motivation and ability to work in a cross-national and cross-functional matrix organization.
Skills and personal attributes for international teamwork, dedication to meet both internal and external customer expectations.
Ability to liaise with different functions involved, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Nordic Warehouse, Technical Service and Business.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High work ethics and deep understanding of the quality requirements with medicinal products
Communicate fluently in Swedish and in English internally and externally.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Pharmacy, Life sciences or corresponding Chemical engineering.
Minimum 3 years professional experience of Quality Assurance work in pharmaceutical companies and in quality systems.
Familiar with the regulatory environment in all Nordic countries.
Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards, EU GDP and Local GDP requirements at Nordic level
Experience in National Competent Authorities (NCA) communication in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
Preferred/Advantage: Experience of working in Regulatory affairs, working in a UK/Ireland/Malta/Nordic QA/RA environment, Medical Device and EU Medical Device Regulation.

The Field Engineer is responsible for the service activity on products supplied by Baxter/Hillrom in Nordics and base of operations is in Rosersberg - Stockholm. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate in finance/accounting
At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance; Must be familiar with U.S. GAAP
Proven experience in a multinational environment and/or audit.
International experience required; Experience with U.S. company strongly preferred
Full or partial accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is required
Fluent in English and Swedish

The role of the NORDICS Accounting Manager is to ensure accuracy and integrity of US GAAP and statutory financial reporting within the Nordics region, provide expertise in complex accounting matters and decisions, and build strong partnership with Shared Service Centre, local country finance, commercial and other functional organizations to support financial and accounting processes in compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements and company’s policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:
You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of US GAAP and statutory financial reporting for the countries in scope and provide expertise in complex accounting matters and decisions.
You will be responsible for statutory tax compliance for the countries in scope and completing tax filings.
You will be also responsible for ensuring all external legal and statutory reporting and filing obligations are met on behalf of the Directors. Examples such as Intrastat, VAT, Government mandated statistics, Income tax and other.
You will provide local support to country management.
You will maintain strong relationship with key partners: local business, operations and decision support management. Provide Country sales and service management support as necessary.
You will be responsible for ensuring the completion of all accounting transactions (Accruals, prepaid, Revenue deferments) in an efficient, cost-effective manner, and supports Account Receivable and Accounts Payables when necessary.
You will ensure that the timely completion of all period closing requirements and the consistent application of all accounting & company policies
You will prepare country level balance sheet and cash flow reviews
You will ensure the timely completion of all local statutory reporting, audit, and tax requirements
You will provide JDE expertise; coordination of training to fulfill local needs
You will coordinate of local efforts to achieve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX), including any required testing, training and process or control improvements required
You will be the contact person for authorities or other external parties, such as auditors, banks, etc.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate in finance/accounting
At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance; Must be familiar with U.S. GAAP
Proven experience in a multinational environment and/or audit.
International experience required; Experience with U.S. company strongly preferred
Full or partial accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is required
Fluent in English and Swedish
Inquisitive nature
Detailed knowledge of local GAAPs for the countries in scope
Strong process and continuous improvement skills

Summary
Our Technical Service team is in need of extra support to be able to provide our customers with preventive maintenance on our Artis/AK98 machines. You are able to quickly jump into the role and help the team during a 6-month period and ideally you are based in Stockholm or the northern part of the country, but the right skills is more important then location.
You will part of a critical work to help us on our mission to save and sustain life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance of critical medical devices on a regular basis.
Responsible for repair, install, maintain and decontaminate medical devices distributed by Baxter.
Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework. (SOPs)
Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.

Qualifications
A technical degree (preferably in medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics) or equivalent experience (at least 2-3 years)
Ability to use a wide variety of tools and test instruments
Good written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English
Proven troubleshooting skills
Good customer facing skills
Capability to remain calm and controlled within pressurized circumstances, whilst maintaining level of urgency
Disciplined, independent in executing tasks, but also a strong team player
Customer and results focused
Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively

We are looking for our next Account manager in the southern part of Sweden focusing on our Acute dialysis machines and the important treatments related to acute kidney failure. Qualifications
In this role the clients require our Account Managers to be able to answer clinical questions, so we prefer if you have experience from Acute dialysis or HD and are used to the clinical language.
Our client act in a hectic environment so you need to understand how to sell to them so experience from pharma/med. tech/life science is to prefer.
A genuine drive for sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account development.
Strong business acumen and proactive approach.
Strong negotiation skills with good knowledge about the health care system and the relevant stakeholders involved in the selling and tender processes.
Have a structured work methodology and accountability in your pre planning of customer meetings and driving outcomes in the meetings.
Adaptable, solid communication, collaboration and team building skills.
Selling, educating and informing is natural to you and you are easy to create and develop long-term relationships.
It is an advantage if you are used to remote and digital sale.
Driver’s license is required.
Fluent in Swedish and strong English-skills

I rollen som Pricing & Avtalsadministratör hamnar du i centrum av Baxter och kommer få god inblick i både den privata företagsvärlden och den offentliga. Ansvarsområden
Du kommer säkerställa att databasen uppdateras med rätt priser när en upphandling är klar, förlängd eller nya produkter läggs till (Baxter använder JDEdwards)
Du kommer bevaka och se till att priserna höjs enligt indexreglering inom kontrakt samt se till att kontrakt förlängs eller annulleras i rätt tid och enligt avtal
Du kommer vara en intern servicekontakt vid interna och externa frågor kring pris
Du kommer sammanställa rapporter från CRM-systemet samt jobba aktivt i Excel

Vem är du
För att trivas i rollen behöver ha god vana av att jobba i flera olika datasystem dagligen (CRM-system, upphandlingssystem, logistiksystem eller liknande)
Det är viktigt att du ser detta som en servicefunktion då du kommer samarbeta med många, både internt och externt.
Grundläggande förståelse om upphandlingar är en fördel
