Who we are looking for

Are you a marketing and communications wizz with a passion for all things that drive sales and customer success forward? Are you strategic, a doer, an entrepreneurial marketer and a communicator that can make magic happen? This may be just the challenge you are looking for!

In this role you will be responsible for the marketing and communications at Addressya and report to the Head of Sales and Marketing. We are growing, and you will have the opportunity to build a team in the future.


Tasks and responsibilities:

- Develop and operationalise the global marketing and communications strategy, including company profile.
- Lead generation for inbound sales
- Build and develop the Addressya community for sales referrals and engagements around our contribution to achieving the UN SDGs
- Create opportunities for Addressya in new segments and markets through communication and community building
- Develop standards and ascertain quality assurance in all communication and materials
- Develop product/sales marketing material
- Build the Addressya brand through communication, thought leadership and relevant content.
- Manage Addressya’s marketing and communication channels (website, SoMe, Web, Print, etc)
- Project manage events and participation of C-level / staff on panels, talks etc.
- Coordinate applications for awards and incubator support.






Skills and requirements

- Experience of successful lead generation through communication, community building and social selling.
- High level of technical understanding to be able to translate product specifications into customer value
- Growth, impact and revenue driven
- Experience in building successful and engaging communities
- Experience in brand building and creating successful viral content and communication trends
- Exceptional communications skills (English, Swedish, a plus if you also have any of the following; French, Kinyarwanda, Luganda, Swahili)
- Leadership skills and passion for leading, developing and managing teams and projects

Who we are looking for

We are at the beginning of our journey and are looking for someone who will take the lead on our commercial operations and drive our sales and marketing departments to success. In this role you will be leading, developing, and growing an international team of sales and marketing officers, be part of the company's management group and report directly to the CEO.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Execute sales towards an annual sales budget
- Drive our sales and marketing departments in EA and RSA
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable
- Daily operations and sales activities in collaboration with HQ and the sales teams
- Report sales progress to top management, team performance and strategy feedback
- Create brand and partnership opportunities for Addressya through consultative selling with corporate businesses, NGOs:s and government agencies
- Development of long-term partnerships and analysis of business value over time
- Own, follow up and develop the Addressya sales process
- Ownership of all sales materials such as demos, value proposals, pitch decks and marketing material
- Set a strategy for inbound lead generation and work actively with Social media to create brand awareness

- Leadership skills, proven track record of leading a sales team to success and achieving KPIs and targets

About the job
You’ll be part of the Product Management & Analytics Team and report directly to the CTO. You’ll be working in an international environment.


Your main responsibility will be to improve the code base and work on updates and bug fixes for the creation of Firebase Analytics and bigQuery data from the apis, backend and frontends of the Addressya platform; and to maintain and update the bigQuery data warehouse supporting the development of dashboards and reports in Data Studio. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Business Analyst in the preparation of reports and analyses.

About the job
You’ll be part of the Product Management & Analytics Team and report directly to the CTO. You’ll be working in an international environment.
