The role
As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving our platform - across the entire stack.
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just want to ship features, but wants to influence what we build and how we build it.
You will:
Design, build, and scale product features used by thousands of companies worldwide
Work across the stack (React + .NET/C#), contributing to both frontend and backend architecture, and shaping scalable systems on Azure
Explore and apply AI and new technologies to rethink how we build and improve our product
Prototype and validate new ideas, from internal tools to user-facing features
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to turn real-world problems into elegant solutions
Continuously improve how we work - code quality, deployment, testing, and team practices
Take ownership of problems end-to-end, from idea to production



Who you are
You’re a builder at heart - someone who enjoys taking initiative, figuring things out, and making things better than you found them.
You likely have:
5+ years of experience building production-grade applications across the stack
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or similar) and backend technologies like C#, Java, or Kotlin
Familiarity with relational databases
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for scalable, maintainable systems
The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)

???? The role as Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, your job is to make sure our customers thrive in our platform and thereby succeed in their efforts to become a more sustainable company. Worldfavor works with both Nordic sustainability leaders as well as large global companies, and we’re on an ambitious, fast-paced growth journey to expand both locally and internationally. You will help these sustainability champions reach their goals by using Worldfavor in the best way possible. Amongst that, you’ll:
Take ownership over the entire customer journey from their start as customer;
Onboard new customers and ensuring they get the best possible start with Worldfavor to successfully reach their goals
Train customers in the platform and deliver Worldfavor’s domain expertise, best practice and guidance to our customers to empower them to unleash their full sustainability potential
Proactively check in with and meet with customers to ensure they stay on track and reach their goals
Work to ensure high adoption and retention
Ensure customers get a best-in-class experience and service
At times join sales meetings with potential customers to support and advice with your product and domain expertise.



As part of the Customer Success team you will be at the heart of the business and collaborate tightly with both the sales team as well as the product team, to constantly innovate and optimize our ways of working and offer a leading product. You will serve as the internal voice of the customer, and therefore will have an important influence on our very core - our product. If you have a strategic mindset and carry experience from Customer Success and/or optimizing CS processes, there will be opportunities to also contribute in these areas.

About the product team
You’ll be joining an amazing team, committed to solving new user problems each week. On a day-to-day basis we work a lot in mobs, even designers. We believe that our different backgrounds gives us an edge, and learning from each other spurs personal growth. We keep a fast pace in our implementation, but as a part of the design team, you’ll be crucial to forming the product and design vision that’ll help us keep the speed without compromising on the experience.
QA Engineer
As we grow, we'll both have more users, and a more advanced product. If we are going to save the planet, we need everything in our application to work not only as expected, but like a charm.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about well crafted digital products. You love the sensation of using an app that delights you with every click and scroll.
As a person, we think you like working closely not only with your testing tools, but also designers, PMs, engineers, and meeting users to understand their needs.
We'd love for you to:
Have at least 3 years of working experience as a QA engineer
Have programming skills enough to write automated tests
Have experience in API testing

It'd be awesome if you also:
Have experience in pipeline integration testing (we use Kubernetes & Docker & all that jazz)
Have used Cypress for JS testing

The Role as Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer, you are at the heart of our engineering process. You’ll develop high-quality, scalable, and predictive software solutions using React for the front end and .NET/C# for the back end.

???? The role as Account Executive
As part of our new sales team, you will play a central role in the growth of the company. Your main objective will be to expand our product offerings to new customers, and to drive the upsell plans with those you have signed. The role requires not only excellent sales skills but also a strategic mindset where you can lead the way as we scale our business. The sales are mainly done with C- level decision-makers at medium to large enterprises in the Nordics but also beyond due to our global product appealing to international clients.
The main responsibilities as account executive are:
Manage complex sales cycles, negotiation, and contract management
Independently set and update your business strategy and lead the way to further expand your business, with the help of other functions
Identify sales strategies and ensure sales targets are reached
Collaborate efficiently with the SDR- function booking meetings and the CS- function managing signed customers to ensure an excellent customer journey

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience from successful B2B sales during min. 2-5+ years, track record of reaching or exceeding targets
Experience in managing complete and complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers
Strategic and agile mindset that thrives with the opportunity to develop your business in a fast-moving startup environment
Bachelor’s degree or similar
Have an interest in technology and sustainability
Excellent communication skills in Swedish or English, spoken and written

The role as Sales Development Lead

As a Sales Development Lead, you’ll lead our SDR team into delivering great results. This is a new role for us at Worldfavor, which means that there are no set ways to reach our goals, you will be a part of shaping that. You will be an essential part of our sales team, driving change in how we are working with parts of our sales cycle. These are some activities we believe will set the foundation for how we’ll take this team to the next level:

- You will drive team deliverables and scale your experience and expertise to help your team to excel

- Book and conduct customer meetings and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team

- Set, monitor and coach towards meaningful KPI's for individual targets as well as on team level

- Create feedback loops between Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Development teams

- Oversee Marketing and Sales alignment on go-to-market and business strategy

- Develop the team and individuals further in alignment with our strategy, including 1:1's, team meetings, recruitment, onboarding and trainings

Essential experience for the role:

- You've been working in sales and business development, ideally within a SaaS organization and have great understanding of the activities needed to generate sales

- You’ve previously had the responsibility of leading a team successfully. You've also coached direct reports and defined and followed up on team metrics and milestones

- You’ve defined and executed on the necessary processes to reach sales development goals for you and your team

- You’ve worked in a data-driven environment and know how to use data and analytics as a North Star in your decision making

- Solid knowledge in inbound and outbound lead generation

- You can easily navigate different CRM systems. If you’ve worked in Hubspot, that’s even better!

- Fluent in English. Fluency in Swedish is a plus

- University degree or equivalent

Hi there, I’m Sophie ???? A while back, I started as Head of Design at Worldfavor with the aspiration to help companies become more sustainable. And I’m so happy that I joined. Not only do I feel proud of what we build, but I really enjoy building it with this group of friendly, curious and passionate people ????

At the moment, we are a ? design team of two ? and I'm now looking for our third designer - someone who wants to help us create the best possible experience for our users and drive change. In return, I’ll offer you mentorship, coaching, and the freedom to drive your own initiatives.



About the product team

You’ll be joining an amazing team, committed to solving new user problems each week. On a day-to-day basis we work a lot in mobs, even designers. We believe that our different backgrounds gives us an edge, and learning from each other spurs personal growth. We keep a fast pace in our implementation, but as a part of the design team, you’ll be crucial to forming the product and design vision that’ll help us keep the speed without compromising on the experience.

You will also:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team (minimum 3+ years)

The role as Head of People & Culture

We are continuing to grow and scale fast - building a strong team and culture is key to our future success. As Head of People & Culture, you will help us build a workplace where people thrive as we evolve. You will lead the People & Culture department in handling the full spectrum of people & culture functions and strategy, with emphasis on employee wellbeing and engagement, DEI strategy, development and performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and more.

You will also:

- Lead Worldfavor’s People and Culture team, reporting as well as being a strategic partner to the leadership team - you will create and implement strategy, processes, guidelines, and plans that align with our mission and core values

- Design initiatives, guidance, process, and strategy for leadership learning and development across the organization in line with our core values, mission, and strategic goals

- Hire, grow, and develop our amazing people and culture team - with high-performing team members - and inspire them to deliver on the team's & company’s goals daily

- Together with the HR manager coach, guide and support managers with employee relations matters

- Report and establish effective processes and workflows to enable data collation, insights, and trend analysis of people and culture metrics

- Provide expert input across a range of HR topics, including advice on complex matters

- Help us build a strong employer brand and represent Worldfavor at relevant events, podcasts, in media, and more

- As a key contributor, drive and foster true collaboration across teams

- Stay up to date with the latest in all things P&C and other for the role, relevant areas (and, of course, share your knowledge with your team and colleagues)



We are looking for you who:

- Minimum have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

- Have 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably from both fast-growing scale-up and enterprise sized/larger organizations

- Are a great leader with the ability to inspire and motivate the team (minimum 4+ years of leadership experience)

- Have a strong and proven track record within people and culture as well as talent acquisition

- Are an entrepreneurial spirit who proactively takes ownership, always evolves, and is excited to scale our team and company

- Are an excellent project manager with a proven ability to design and implement people operations strategies that drive business results

The role as Senior Content Manager

In the role as the/Senior Content Manager, your job is to, together with our rock-star content team (small but growing), create, improve and manage all our content marketing as well as social media activities and strategy to achieve our goals while building and maintaining our brand. You will be in charge of and oversee the entire process, from strategy to publishing, and you will manage all kinds of content (articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.)

Key responsibilities

- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person. This is to be done for the ICP, primary verticals, and each buyer persona within the enterprise

- Mapp a content strategy that supports and extends short- and long-term marketing initiatives and determine which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.

- Development and maintenance of a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals and defining the owners in each vertical to particular persona groups.

- Supervise content marketing team members (as well as support the entire marketing and communications team); be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.

- Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gather data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results. Work with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals.

- Develop standards, processes, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies

- Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to maintain, build and strengthen Worldfavors position as a thought leader, as well as develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that lead to critical behavioral metrics

- Conduct competitive audits

- Ensure consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation strategies

- Set, report, and follow up on KPIs and other relevant metrics

- As a key contributor, drive and foster true collaboration - within the marketing team and - across teams (including product, sales, and customer success)

More about the internship

The Worldfavor team is now looking for interns to our sales department for the winter/spring of 2022. We offer you as a student an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of working life, learn about sustainability at a SaaS company, and of course also plenty of opportunities to develop professionally and personally. During the internship, you will learn about (and contribute to!) business development and market expansion activities in the form of e.g. lead generation, customer qualification, market analysis, and much more. During your internship, you will mainly participate in the daily operations of our sales department. You will also have to take personal responsibility for tasks assigned to you and space to be creative, of course with the supervision of one or more people in the team.

- Ongoing 1:1s and feedback with your supervisor during the internship period (introductory meeting, regular follow-up meetings, closing meeting), as well as other colleagues

- Work with us from our office at Norra Bantorget in central Stockholm, and/or remote work


Qualifications to apply

- Fluent in Swedish or English (both speech and writing)
- Students in relevant education and CSN-eligible (the internship is unpaid), the internship must be part of your education and at least 10 weeks but preferably more
- Available for start in January 2022, but can be discussed.
- Have studied at least two semesters, more are meritorious
- Experience from customer contact is an advantage
- It is also an advantage with previous experience linked to sales and/or sustainability

The role as Financial Strategic Account Executive
As part of our new sales team, you will play a central role in the growth of the financial segment and the company. Your main objective will be to own and execute the sales strategy to new customers in the financial sector, where we see a huge and growing demand for sustainability data. The role requires not only excellent sales skills but also a strategic mindset where you can lead the way as we scale our business. The sales are mainly done with C- level decision-makers at medium to large enterprises in Europé. As we see vast opportunities beyond our home market in the Nordics, experience and interest in other markets is a big plus!

The main responsibilities as account executive are:

- Manage complex sales cycles, negotiation, and contract management
- Independently own and execute your business strategy and lead the way to further expand your business, with the help of other functions
- Identify sales strategies and ensure sales targets are reached
- Collaborate efficiently with the SDR- function booking meetings and the CS- function managing signed customers to ensure an excellent customer journey


Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience from successful B2B sales of complex sales cycles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience from working in the finance industry or selling into C- levels at financial organisations (banks, asset managers, private equity, etc)
- Experience in, and passion for, working with sustainability

The role requires not only excellent sales skills but also a strategic mindset where you can lead the way as we scale our business. The sales are mainly done with C- level decision-makers at medium to large enterprises in Europé. As we see vast opportunities beyond our home market in the Nordics, experience and interest in other markets is a big plus!

The main responsibilities as account executive are:

- Manage complex sales cycles, negotiation, and contract management
- Independently own and execute your business strategy and lead the way to further expand your business, with the help of other functions
- Identify sales strategies and ensure sales targets are reached
- Collaborate efficiently with the SDR- function booking meetings and the CS- function managing signed customers to ensure an excellent customer journey


Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience from successful B2B sales of complex sales cycles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience from working in the finance industry or selling into C- levels at financial organisations (banks, asset managers, private equity, etc)
- Experience in, and passion for, working with sustainability
- Strategic and agile mindset that thrives with the opportunity to develop your business in a fast-moving startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish or English, spoken and written
- We are looking for a team player who is proactive, takes ownership and makes stuff happen! You also have the ability to sell the vision and wow our customers.


Extra qualifying experiences:

- Deeper understanding of/experience in corporate sustainability
- Experience from selling SaaS solutions, Software, or other digital or IT solutions
- Involved in market expansion or strategy work

The role as Account Executive
As part of our sales team, you will play a central role in the growth of the company. You get to use your aptitude for sales and new business development, leading yourself independently with lots of responsibility while of course having the support from your team. This role requires not only good sales skills but a high strategic mindset, leading the way as we scale our business.
The sale is mainly done with C- level decision-makers in the Swedish and Nordic mid-market and enterprise segment. We are also starting to expand internationally and hence there are good opportunities to expand your sales geographically. As AE, your main responsibilities are:
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing (increasingly supported by BD- function)
Manage complex sales cycles, negotiation, and contract management
Independently set and update your business strategy and lead the way to further expand your business, with the help of other functions
Identify sales strategies and ensure sales targets are reached or exceeded



Required Qualifications:
Proven experience from successful B2B sales during min. 2-5+ years, track record of reaching or exceeding targets
Ability to manage complete and complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers
Experience in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closed agreement
Goal-oriented with high capacity
Fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing



Extra qualifying experiences:
Experience from selling SaaS solutions, Software, or other digital or IT solutions
Bachelor's Degree or other for the role, relevant education
Understanding of/experience from Corporate Sustainability
