We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our customer.

Candidate Requirements
To be overall responsible and give diverse administrative support to book and coordinate group and event meetings organized by our customer and segment leads, in line with the business needs. Coordinate communication, registration, send out agenda, book room/Teams Meeting etc. Handling various administrative tasks, and ability to streamline business processes for increased efficiency and ability to prioritize business needs.
· Mainly responsible for coordinating offsites, meeting events, owning the process for PO (purchase orders) and ensuring that we are compliant.
· Responsible for creating and monitoring PO requests, Follow up invoices and report proof of executions (PoEs)
· Assist and responsible for placing catering orders and follow up with PoEs.
· Communicate and coordinate cross-departmental projects and objectives.
· Supporting leadership team with any other ad-hoc responsibility

Job qualifications:
· Experience in administrative assistant work in a fast-paced environment required.
· Proficiency in Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
· Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills. Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once with compressed lead time, in addition to dealing with ambiguity.
· Ability to manage multiple projects along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective verbal and written communicator.
· Positive, can-do attitude, eager and able to work effectively under pressure with time constraints and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations, as well as the ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations, while maintaining a calm demeanour.
· Able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside the groups with varying levels of collaborators, and accommodate the working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.

Vi söker en redaktör med spetsig kunskap i digitala medier vars roll är att kvalitetssäkra vår kunds Sveriges nyhetsplattformar. Här får du chansen att bli en del av vår kunds strävan att vara en nyckelpartner till Svenska medier och att utveckla det digitala nyhetslandskapet. I rollen ingår ansvar att noga följa KPI:er och ha daglig kontakt med, samordna och utvärdera våra redaktionella partners. I rollen som Content Manager granskar du innehållet på vår kunds plattformar som utgörs av webläsaren Edge, Internet Explorer, samt MSN.com och Mobila app.

Vi siktar oavbrutet på att utveckla våra tjänster och ser det som positivt att du besitter ett intresse för teknologi som Artificiell Intelligens och Personalisering. Som skicklig kommunikatör erbjuds du en unik möjlighet att utvidga ditt nätverk till de över 50 marknader som vår kund finns i. I rollen som Content Manager jobbar du nära och rapporterar till Market Lead, Sweden.

Ansvarsområden

• Agera som vår kunds kontaktpunkt gentemot redaktionella underleverantör.
• Bevakar noggrant KPI:er som sidvisningar, unika användare mm.
• Hanterar uppkomna problem på sajten tillsammans med teknisk PM och våra ingenjörsteam utanför Sverige.
• Föreslår i god tid en handlingsplan för att vända trender som innebär att KPI:erna inte nås.
• Kommunicerar med våra Svenska Nyhetspartners inför större event som folkliga val eller OS.
• Upprätthåller en hög kvaltitetsnivå på våra sajter
• Koordinerar arbetet tillsammans med våra innehållspartners vid problem med feedar, skrivfel eller för allmänna diskussioner om att höja kvaliten.
• Stödja intäktsrelaterade initiativ och events.
• Samla feedback och förfrågningar från redaktörer och innehållspartners för att förbättra tjänsten.
• Bevaka användarfeedback och korrigera befintliga fel och brister.
• Utvärdera och rapportera prestandan i det redaktionella arbetet regelbundet.

Kunskap och erfarenhetskrav

• Minst 3, helst 5+ års erfarenhet från arbete med onlinenyheter
• Vana av att använda CMS och statistikverktyg, t ex Omniture, Google Analytics, Chartbeat etc.
• God kunskap om det svenska medialandskapet
• Har god koll på allmänna trender och skeenden i Sverige
• Talar och skriver svenska på modersmålsnivå
• Mycket god förmåga att tala och skriva på engelska. (Kommer bland annat att dela med dig av ditt arbete med andra marknader än den svenska samt delta i globala samtal mm)
