ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining us means working in our Global Tech team that operates in an agile manner within a dynamic and innovative product organization. As a key player, you'll have the opportunity to enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in our product development process and shape the path of our cutting-edge products.
You will be part of a team of experts, developing synergies with the other Business Engagement Leads across Pernod Ricard, and work closely to C3 Proximity Lead, Corporate & Operations Proximity Lead and Tech Success Director as well as other key internal and external stakeholders.
Finally, you will report to the Brand Co’s Proximity Director, building jointly the strategy and long-term roadmap for your Pernod Ricard affiliate – The Absolut Group. This is a permanent position based in Stockholm.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Securing market relevancy of Tech strategy and roadmap: Create a strong relationship with the Senior Leadership Team members. Understand business priorities and monitor pain points within TAG, coordinating with Proximity Leads to identify needs by domain, and interacting closely with your business counterparts at TAG. Translate business priorities and pain points into ideas for product backlog and articulate them with global product teams.


Managing and steering of TAG Tech roadmap: Working with affiliate Senior Leadership to understand business priorities and roadmap, own and communicate Tech roadmap to key stakeholders (TAG leaders), ensuring regular communications to affiliates and Brand Co Proximity Director.


Driving business engagement across TAG: Act as TAG´s single point of contact for all tech-related matters and participate in the Affiliate Leadership Meeting on the tech agenda, to present the evolution of the tech roadmap and lead arbitrage. Promote and align with TAG leaders on tech strategy and roadmap.


Securing deployment and adoption of global products at TAG level: Oversee and support roll-out and change management activities performed by Proximity teams to ensure local adoption and value realization of global products.

ABOUT YOU
You possess a strong background in Tech, combined with a keen strategic vision and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. You are highly organized, structured, and agile, with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments. You foster cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships to drive Tech initiatives and overall strategic growth.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or relevant experience within Tech.


Experience within consulting firms together with ERP implementation experience would be highly appreciated.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of our valued employees prepares to retire after several years of dedicated service, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the Facility, Security, Health & Safety Manager position. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of our organization, and we are looking for someone who can step into this role seamlessly and continue to drive success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees and property, and keep on implementing health and safety protocols for The Absolut Group's Headquarters in Stockholm.
In this role you will report to VP Human Resources and lead a team of 4 people responsible for Office Services, Reception and Canteen.
You have 3 main areas to manage: Facility, Security and Health & Safety. Some examples of responsibilities you will have:
Facility
Ensure our amazing office is running properly on day-to-day basis and continuously develop and improve our workplace including design, furniture, office equipment, mail and shipments etc
Manage all outsourced suppliers and services (maintenance, cleaning, parking, utilities, security, Post and couriers)
Be responsible for facility routines, policies and guidelines and ensure they are implemented, documented, and communicated to employees

Risk & Security
Ensure the compliance of Pernod Ricard strategic and operational risk & security requirements for non-industrial site
Increase risk and security awareness via trainings to our employees
Be the contact person for all subcontractors/cooperation partners linked to security and risk
Ensure that laws, regulations, new technology and other requirements are complied with and followed up

Health & Safety
Lead the implementation of H&S roadmap in accordance with Pernod Ricard H&S roadmap and in cooperation with H&S Manager in Åhus
Manage and lead Safety Committee meetings
Be one of the Group's Safety Champions and our Health & Safety Coordinator within Pernod Ricard network

- Liaise with our internal and external agency partners on the above and lead ongoing project management (including budget tracking) and the end of year performance assessment.
- Be the key Malibu and Kahlua contact to facilitate In-House Studio scope of work: from ATL to BTL, ensure visibility on the FY initiatives that will allow us to act nimbly and effectively for the appropriate projects.
- Ensure internal visibility of the creative content within the Pernod Ricard network – from myPortal, to leadership support of key initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Following a reorganization that expanded The Absolut Group brands’ portfolio as well as its geographical reach, a need has been identified to welcome onboard a new addition to the HR and Finance team to bring HR controlling to the next level and drive capability elevation.
We added a brand-new position as a Senior HR Controller to ensure that TAG can analyze, follow up and proactively manage employee-related costs, harmonize and step change in HR Controlling processes across Sweden, Finland, UK, Mexico, Germany and Japan.
This role provides understanding and analysis to leadership to support decision making, acts as a link between HR and Finance, provides expertise and support to the team including coaching a HR Controller.
You will be based in Stockholm, TAG Headquarters, and you will report to the Director of C&B and People Analytics, and dotted line to the Director Controlling & Accounting. You will be part of the HR Specialist team consisting of 5 people whose scope covers Payroll, Mobility, C&B, HR Information System (Workday) and HR Controlling. The wider HR team is 16 people based in Stockholm, Åhus and Turku.
In this role you will:
Consolidation & Coordination
Understand key drivers for P&B cost across the TAG entities and act as business partner to management and other decision makers
Lead on creating the approach and process for the consolidation of TAG management reporting
Support affiliates by developing and implementing robust processes, counselling, and sparring
Drive the planning and reporting cycles
Drive the FTE reporting across TAG, including refinement and elevation of process
Design process, templates, guidelines etc. to drive elevation of capabilities and harmonization across TAG



Reporting & Analysis
Create a seamless end to end process for the analysis and reporting of payroll and other HR data
Drive budget, Rolling Forecasts and analysis of Payroll & Benefits
Track, analyze and advise on organizational costs evolution
Track and report on all HR overheads as part of the TAG financial reporting cycle
Liaise with key stakeholders in the HR Business Partnering team to understand the organization structures in the business and movements in all headcount and related costs
Be the key point of contact with Finance to ensure a seamless roll up of payroll data to summarized levels and that all key reporting deadlines are respected
Drive the development and follow up of HR KPIs and related people analytics in TAG
Contact and coordination with HQ on People Analytics topics

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our current Accounting Manager decided to embark on a new adventure within The Absolut Group. Therefore, we are now looking for our next leader to join us and inherit a strong team of 6 Accountants based in Stockholm and Åhus, Sweden. You will be part of the TAG Sweden Controlling & Accounting team which consists of passionate and committed professionals working across business and financial controlling, reporting and accounting. You will report to the Controlling & Accounting Director.
In this role you will drive The Absolut Group accounting agenda forward together with your team, cooperate closely with several internal and external stakeholders, and drive innovation within processes and tools.
You will notably:
Ensure correct and efficient accounting in line Swedish GAAP and internal control policies
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department while managing, supporting and developing a team of 6 dedicated accountants
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings in accordance with Swedish accounting principles and tax regulations
Design, develop and implement efficient and secure processes and routines
Secure safe monetary flows according to set rules of segregation of duties, approvals and internal control
Be a business partner to key internal and external stakeholders including other Finance teams and external partners or auditors
Initiate or participate to transformation initiatives within the Accounting scope (eg. ERP implementation, Digitalization, Harmonization of ways of working etc.)

Source and purchase Point of Sale (POS) products globally to ensure cost effectiveness and quality, with strong focus on product development.

· Together with Director Strategy, Portfolio & Innovation, take an active role in developing the Kahlua portfolio strategy and lead evolution of core product range. Drive projects of portfolio evolution of core spirit range (re-design, wet goods development)
· Own the global innovation strategy, long term growth opportunity mapping and global pipeline overview for Kahlua. Collaborate with and support global innovation projects led by the Innovation Hubs and act as the global brand and innovation guardian for the hubs. Close collaboration with hubs for innovation project realisation (North America and EMEA LATAM)
· Take an active role in building the sustainability & responsibility strategy & implement roadmap
· Lead and shape portfolio strategy, range architecture, global concept, design, and wet good development for core product portfolio with internal and external partners in line with our sustainability agenda
· Drive performance (range, sizes, mix, pricing strategy etc) of our portfolio in key strategic markets
· Define how to best communicate our portfolio in partnership with central creative team and Creative Content Managers
· Develop brand, portfolio and innovation guidelines that are clear, understood and implemented with Hubs & Global Convenience Unit
· Analyse trends, market & consumer insights to help identify global business opportunities and drive innovation culture within the organisation
· Support NPD development (If required) for licensing products

In this role, you will be our functional expert, bringing key accounting expertise and building strong partnership and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, globally.

In this role you will also
· Coordinate the Financial Reporting to the HQ based in Paris, ensuring correct application of IFRS principles
· Drive the preparation, review, and submission of the annual reports in compliance with Swedish GAAPs
· Coordinate all internal and external financial reporting activities, including monthly reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet, Forecasts and Budgets, Annual reports, Tax declarations, Statistics etc.
· Provide guidance on accounting principles to the Finance team and to the rest of the organization
· Prepare and file Corporate Tax returns to the applicable tax agency as well as submitting applicable Tax reporting to the Group
· Participate to or lead different projects related to processes, ways of working, changes in company structure etc.
· Lead and develop further a team of 2 direct reports

Our Communications & Content Team for Absolut brand is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Director Global Comms & Content in the creative development of the various global and Drive Market campaigns, with the ambition to enhance the boldness of our communication whilst ensuring global consistency.
In this role you will responsible for:
-Support the Global Director in the following, for all of Absolut's brand and product storytelling, which includes:
Communications Planning,


Content Strategy,


Creative Concepts,


Creative Executions – including image assets for Channel.

-Liaise with our external for Agency partners on the above, and help manage:

-Work directly with the In-House Studio:

-Help the Global Director "PR" our brand and product efforts, to ensure internal visibility of the creative content within the Pernod Ricard – from myPortal, to leadership support of key initiatives.
-You will also need to connect with and counsel the other Absolut drive market Creative Content partners:

-Support the Global Director, and in some instances drive Functional POV on the Strategic Brand Plan with Brand Strategy & Innovation, as well as the FY Budget Plan.
-Develop Creative Briefs for Comms Projects
-Drive project management and budget tracking responsibilities for all other projects not listed above.

The Customer Service (CS) Department within TAC handles all customer orders from "order to cash" globally, with customers in 126 countries. Some of your responsibilities
Support Director - Brand Creative in crafting overarching positioning, strategy, objectives and concepts behind partnerships and collaborations
Understand and predict where culture is shifting, leveraging Creative Content Managers' (CCM) insights from Drive Markets
Build the global strategy for the culture elements ensuring the integration of culture, collaboration, partnership and licensing in TAC's annual Marketing and Communication plans

As the Senior Brand Manager for Malibu, you will lead the strong performing brand into creative and disruptive spaces. The main purpose of this role is to increase the creative height of the brand, specifically on our digital and social channels, and begin to disrupt the narrow way in which the brand has been perceived the last years. ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Absolut global brand team, the Marketing Manager will support the development and implementation of the Absolut brand strategy in collaboration with marketing expert functions, drive markets and organizational stakeholders. He/she will also lead and support on the Pernod-Ricard and TAC brand planning cycle as well as other high-profile strategic projects.


Support the development and implementation of the global Absolut brand strategy. This includes brand positioning, master brand identity, and other brand fundamentals as required. It also encompasses being a champion for the Absolut global strategy to ensure all cross-functional teams (TAC, regional hubs, and market affiliates) have a clear and common understanding of our strategic direction.
Lead key transformational projects, as well as support other transversal projects as a strategic partner (scoping, analysing, briefing, etc.). Coordinate implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders at TAC, HQ, regional hubs, and markets as needed.
Drive the Absolut brand planning and long-range planning workstreams, including annual budget plans and executive reviews. Track and analyse trends, competitors & consumer insights to help identify new business opportunities.
Partner on the development of expert teams’ (comms, channel, digital, etc.) briefs in close collaboration with counterparts from respective teams. Partner with Consumer Insights on Absolut’s closeness agenda (brand equity reporting, consumer councils, etc.). Act as the marketing point of contact on our sustainability strategy.
Coordinate internal engagement efforts on Absolut and provide inspirational information to the broader Absolut marketing team on relevant topics.
Support on ad hoc business request including strategic presentations to senior leadership.

ABOUT YOU
Academic & Professional experience required


University Degree, most likely Business or Communication.
Solid strategic and/or operational marketing experience
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Brand Management, Strategic Planning, Consumer Insights, or related marketing discipline.
Ability to travel.
English spoken and written with great proficiency.

Overall responsibility
Absolut Global Ambassador Program: This role will be joint-responsible to drive the program forward, by identifying, educating & supporting Ambassadors to create a close community of impactful brand believers. This includes finding innovative ways to fuel the community, host annual Ambassador Summits, facilitate best practice sharing, and provide guidance to champion local market opportunities to recruit genuine brand advocates.
Champion of Brand Education Modules & Tools: The Brand Manager will be responsible for evolving our premium product offering in educational materials & hosting brand education sessions, with the long-term goal to organically drive preference, brand awareness and improve quality measures. This requires a robust and deep-rooted understanding of brand qualities, characteristics and heritage in order to inspire the receiver to communicate detailed information in a convincing & compelling way.
Support Advocacy Endeavors: As part of a highly collaborative team with many responsibilities, the role includes supporting various cross-functional projects. Some examples of this include strategic support in developing the Global Advocacy Strategy, tactically creating necessary Point-of-Sales & physical tools fit for educational purposes, operationally managing, maintaining and evolving the Absolut eAkademi (internal onboarding trainings), and more.

YOUR PROFILE

Our Global Marketing team is looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of digital initiatives and working with digital projects for several brands at The Absolut Company, but with a focus on Absolut & Absolut Elyx.
We are looking for an ambitious and digitally savvy person with a consumer-centric point of view that will focus on managing digital projects with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be part of the team handling all permanent digital touchpoints such as absolut.com (global and market versions), absolutdrinks.com and the Drinkspiration app for Absolut and will be driving several projects on the various permanent platforms. You are the one driving these projects forward making sure we deliver the right asset at the right time for the right budget.
