About the Position
Sting is looking for an AI & Digital Innovation Lead to drive our use of AI and automation across the organisation. You will work at the intersection of business and technology. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, shaping solutions, helping and enabling our teams adopt AI and new ways of working.
You will work closely with team leads across operations, programs, marketing, and the investment team, acting as a bridge between business needs and practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
Drive the design and continuous improvement of AI-powered workflows across the organisation, from how we process and evaluate companies to how we run internal operations.
Look for opportunities to simplify team processes and create reliable automated workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or similar
Evaluate emerging AI tools and bring forward concrete recommendations on where they create the most value for Sting.

AI Adoption & Innovation Initiatives
Champion AI adoption internally into day-to-day processes, fostering a culture of experimentation, and supporting the team through onboarding, guidance and documentation.
Play a central role in the design and delivery of internal AI challenges and workshops, helping colleagues discover practical applications in their own work.
Actively contribute to the development of innovation initiatives, including potential external partnerships with technology companies, working closely with the heads of marketing and programs to shape and move these forward.

Scouting & Inbound Pipeline
Own and evolve our AI-powered scouting platform, building workflows that analyze and structure large volumes of ecosystem data to surface and evaluate promising early-stage companies.
Use automation and digital channels not only to find relevant companies, but to attract them, strengthening how Sting is positioned to the founders we want to reach.
Contribute to the development of smarter matching capabilities that connect startups with the right investors, customers, and partners.

CRM & Data Infrastructure
Own and manage HubSpot as the single source of truth for all startup, investor, partner, and alumni relationships, maintaining data quality, pipeline structure, and workflow integrity.
Own the organisation’s technology tools, defining which tools the organisation uses, ensuring best practices for adoption, and keeping our stack lean and effective.
Build and maintain data platforms that keep information clean, structured, and actionable across the organisation.
Work with coaches and program managers to ensure consistent data practices and process adherence.
Identify gaps in our data infrastructure and drive initiatives to address them.

Advanced HubSpot knowledge: pipelines, custom properties, workflows, reporting, and integrations. Experience with other CRMs is a bonus.

I samarbete med vår Community Manager planera och genomföra mindre events, såsom frukost- och lunchseminarier, community-kvällar och workshops. Detta inkluderar att ansvara för logistik, catering, inbjudningar, att välkomna gäster och se till att allt löper smidigt.

This is a 24-month position located in Uppsala, with the possibility of joining full-time in Stockholm at the end of the contract. You will focus on developing functional zinc electrodes by evaluating and optimizing zinc plating and stripping processes in varying conditions. This role will work closely with other team members to refine and maintain our brand and communication guidelines, and will work to both serve current communication needs and create new opportunities.

Advanced knowledge of amorphous metals and bulk metallic glasses
Advanced knowledge of alloy selection and alloy development
Practical skills in analysis methods used for amorphous metals, and deep understanding of interpreting results (DSC, XRD, EBSD, etc)
Ability to communicate and network with colleagues, customers, external partners, R&D funding organizations, and others; both orally and in writing. Fluent English is a must; Swedish a merit.

Interest in combining pragmatic and academic approaches to solve technical challenges



Job Responsibilities
Execute R&D of amorphous materials, including development of alloys and of manufacturing processes
Utilize laser-based additive manufacturing technology, “metal AM”, for processing
Handle metal powders, including sourcing, utilizing, and analyzing
Develop and utilize conventional manufacturing technologies to complete the process chain to final component (machining, surface treatments, etc)
Initiate, plan, execute, and report research work internally and externally

Du kommer arbeta nära vår fabrik i Lettland där du också kommer vara på plats några gånger om året för att tillsammans med deras ingenjörer förfina material och byggprocesser. Din hemmabas är på vårt kontor i Stockholms innerstad. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer variera då vi är ett nystartat och växande bolag. I huvudsak kommer du arbeta med att säkerställa kvalitén på husmodulerna, arbeta med kundfrågor som offerter, grund, V/A och framkomlighet, arbeta med totalentreprenader samt titta på hur vi i framtiden ska bygga vårt egna byggteam.
Som byggledare kommer du att ha det övergripande ansvaret för utförandet av byggprojekt samt det ekonomiska budgetansvaret för totalentreprenader tillsammans med externa byggkonsulter. Som byggledare har du samordningsansvar på byggarbetsplatsen.
Kvalifikationer
För att lyckas i rollen som byggledare har du förmodligen arbetat som platschef, arbetsledare, entreprenadingenjör eller projektledare inom byggindustrin för småhus.
Du trivs i en utåtriktad position där samarbete, initiativtagande, kvalitetsmedvetenhet och prioriteringsförmåga är nyckelord. Då vi är inne i en uppstartsfas är det viktigt att du är öppensinnad och att du har förmåga att skapa strukturer som stödjer och underlättar. Att du är målmedveten och energisk tar vi för givet. We need someone that really takes full ownership of our tech. You will work closely with our product lead and our three developers.
