DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer and skilled in Python, Java, and Kubernetes to join our data and analytics development team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be an integral part driving product development by adding AI/ML capabilities to the products that unlock valuable insights from traffic data, empowering mobile network operators and creating smarter customer solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data pipelines to extract and analyze insights from large-scale traffic data.
Collaborate closely with product management to translate AI/ML requirements into actionable solutions and code, working alongside the team on implementation.
Actively contributes to the development team, sharing knowledge and supporting team members, while learning from peers.

REQUIREMENTS
To ensure you can hit the ground running, we’re looking for the following qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years of hands-on, practical experience building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML models.
Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects, including data pipelines, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
Proficiency in AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, and NumPy.
Experience in Jupyter Notebook for data analysis.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and support team members through clear communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Familiarity with MLFlow is a plus.

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, develop, maintain, and support high-quality, scalable software solutions to meet customer needs.

As our Software Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.

REQUIREMENTS

We believe you are strong in Java but also willing to accept not to program in Java if that is the current need. You learn new domains quickly and are willing to take on and complete assignments in new areas as needed. You are creative and think outside the box but also understand when there is a need to stay within the box when reality so demands.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer.
Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Java programming languages.
Experience of REST APIs.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud technologies, CI/CD, automation, and pipelines.
Experience in Apache Kafka.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

As our new Manager Support in Stockholm, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver an effective and world-class support organization. You will be one of two Support Managers handling customers all around the globe, reporting directly to the VP & Head of Support.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a highly experienced and business-oriented leader with a passion for customer service and complex problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You bring a positive attitude, an open mindset, and a deep technical background to the team.
A University Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related technical field.
Extensive experience in senior technical roles within the telecom industry, including deep expertise in OCS/VAS.
Several years of experience in a leadership role, managing technical teams in a global context.
Significant experience with customer interaction and management, ideally across regions like Asia, Africa (AMEA), and LATAM.
Proven expertise across multiple vendor technologies for OCS and VAS platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in English.

Knowledge of business cultures in the Middle East.

As our Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will work in a team of total 3 engineers, together being responsible for setting up and running our infrastructure, including managing data centers, internal systems, networks, and customer-related systems, from hardware, virtual environments up to OS level and 3rd party software.

Overall architecture for infrastructure (data centers, network)
Setting up, configuring, administrating (Linux/Windows servers, firewalls, virtual and cloud environments, storage)

5+ years of professional experience in IT, the majority spent in IT infrastructure and related areas, and you have experience working with customer-critical systems
Strong knowledge of scripting and infrastructure as a code
A security-oriented mindset and are familiar with current industry standards in security
Strong sysadmin knowledge, mainly Linux but also Windows Server
Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls etc.

You will be a good match for the role if you have worked with:
Virtual infrastructure (VMware, AWS)
VDI (VMware Horizon)
IaaC (infrastructure as a code) using Ansible, Terraform or similar
Database administration, preferably My
Cisco, Fortinet and PFsense

You normally work office hours, but you might need to be available outside that time frame on some occasions.
In this role you will report to the Infrastructure Manager and we prefer that you are based in Stockholm, but you can also work remote from other cities in Sweden.
If you are based outside of Stockholm, a few travels to the Stockholm office are required each year.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
4+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, or data architecture.
Experience building data pipelines and data warehouses.
Experience of Snowflake, AWS (or equivalent cloud-based tech), , and Python.
A Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, software engineering, or similar.
Bonus: Experience with Telco and Financial data analysis.

Role and Responsibilities
As Infrastructure Engineer – Active Directory you will play a key role at Sinch. We are looking for a proactive individual who will be responsible for AD related migrations and maintenance within Sinch. You will also be working with improving the infrastructure in general for Sinch’s Business IT. You will be part of a great team with architects, infrastructure engineers and support technicians building a world class tech backbone at Sinch.
Key responsibilities
This is a varied business-facing role, with the following key responsibilities:
Improving and administrating Sinch’s mostly Microsoft based solutions for access management
Supervising the integrations between the HR systems and Active Directory
Writing and improving scripts and automations for efficient and secure people management
Driving and participating change and improvement projects
Working in close collaboration with business stakeholders, being able to advocate tech solutions and finding solutions to complex security/functionality/agility related concerns
Implementing federation with cloud solutions and other systems (SSO)
Independently lead technical dialogues with other teams
Technical troubleshooting as part of our infrastructure support team


In order to contribute to this role, you have:
Advanced Active Directory administration (Azure and on premise)
Domain consolidation and migration
Windows infrastructure (DNS/Network/DHCP/PKI)
Powershell
Microsoft 365 with extra focus on:

o Identity & Access management
o Security
o Exchange
o Administration

Experience from integrations with and processes for HRIS, ERP and Payroll.

Essence of the role

You will be part of a small team and work with the Operator sales department across the globe.

Here are a few examples of the tasks:
· Manage the support renewal process, including quotation and invoicing, for parts of the Operator sales’ global customer base using Salesforce and our ERP system SAP Business By Design.
· Assist sales teams in larger offers and bids, ensuring information is readily available.
· Assist our Sales organization in complying with and constantly improving our sales process using Salesforce, business case analysis tools (Excel) and supporting documentation.
· Closely collaborate with Business Control and Management, ensuring timely and accurate financial forecasts are made available.
· Qualify inbound leads from mail or web and in this process communicate with potential customers through phone, web conferencing tools or mail.
· Assisting our global sales teams in opportunity follow-up and reporting using our CRM tool Salesforce.
This is you
The successful candidate is a committed and pragmatic self-starter who thrives in a high pace environment and possesses a “whatever it takes” attitude. You have a strong
sense of accountability and perseverance to pursue any task until completion with the help of your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· 2-5 years of experience from a role in finance, sales operations, back office or similar from Telecommunications (not hardware) or SaaS.
· University degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong computer skills – easily and eagerly learns and utilizes new systems and is a comfortable and efficient Excel-user (basic pivot, formulas).
· Language: Fluency in English and used to using English daily in your job.
· Basic knowledge of Sales performance metrics and KPI’s but more importantly a clear interest in learning.
The following is not mandatory but will be a big plus:
· Experience using, Salesforce,SAP By Design, Tableau.
· Additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, French or Arabic
· Experience from an international company and role.

Main responsibilities
You will work in direct contact with the product side to describe and implement the solutions for their needs and requirements
Responsible for the delivery and quality of the coding framework
Break down epics from the product owners into stories and tasks and then decide how to implement it in the best possible way
Independently take requirements in the form of user stories and writing well documented, tested, robust, stable and scalable software code
Develop and execute Unit tests and Integration tests and participate and contribute in Team’s backlog analysis and estimating effort and complexity for items in backlog
Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline
Ensure high availability and service within agreed SLAs
Ability to engage internal and external customers, develop relationships, and solve problems
Provide input for process improvements

Normal working hours are weekdays, but the role includes that you are available outside normal office hours in case of major emergencies on systems where your expertise are required.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Strong analytical skills
At least 4 years of experience from Java software development
Experience in My, Spring, React, gRPC and Rest, Spring boot applications, Pearl
Experience in AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
Fluency in written and spoken English

It is a big plus if you have worked with Frontend development!
