The Waiter Role
Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests. 


Our F&B Service Team are keen as mustard where service is concerned! 
Serve our guests in a prompt and courteous manner in accordance with our Food & Beverage service standards 
Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell 
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the food & drink menus items to be able to advise guests on selection

Key Responsibilities of the Breakfast Host:

Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved
Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Breakfast Host:
Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential
Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
Strong communication skills

Bidra aktivt till gästens uppfattning om hotellet samt se till att möta gästens förväntningar så att gästen fortsättningsvis väljer att bo på Radisson Blu.

HUVUDSAKLIGA ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Förberedelser inför våra konferenser såväl som att finnas där för våra konferensgäster när de konfererar genom att hjälpa till med konferensteknik, kopiering och materialhantering etc.
- In- och utcheckning av konferenser
- Bokning
- Möta avdelningens och hotellets högt uppsatta mål och policys samt följa Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts gemensamma riktlinjer och servicekoncept

Additional Information
Radisson Blu Airport Terminal Hotel is in the middle of the airport where you can really feel the vibes of the airplanes and the airport atmosphere. Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel is close to the Arlanda Airport, minutes away from the terminals.
It is very easy to get to the hotels. It only takes 20 minutes with Arlanda Express, 40 minutes with the airport buses (Flygbussarna). The commuter train (Pendeltåget) takes 38 minutes to Stockholm C and 17 minutes to Uppsala C. If you prefer to take the car to work, we have our own parking spaces available. If you live nearby there are buses around the clock.
