What you'll be doing:
Model, texture, and implement detailed vehicle assets in alignment with artistic, technical, and gameplay requirements
Apply real-time PBR workflows and shader setup to ensure materials are consistent, performant, and visually accurate
Follow concept art and reference materials, contributing creatively while maintaining stylistic alignment
Identify and solve challenges related to real-world mechanical function, modularity, and in-game performance
Collaborate closely with Tech Art, Animation, and Design to ensure vehicles function properly and integrate seamlessly into gameplay
Take ownership of the vehicle asset pipeline, contributing to documentation and process improvements
Provide structured feedback and mentorship to junior and mid-level artists to support team growth and consistency

You love solving complex online challenges, and you can adapt your solutions to fit production constraints and changing requirements.

You're a clear communicator who can influence and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders toward alignment and smart decisions.
