In this role, you will work close to both hardware and testing, taking ownership of EMC-related lab activities. You will be involved in designing test setups, developing test methods, executing tests, and supporting engineering teams with technical expertise. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working practically in a lab environment while also contributing to structured, standards-driven development work.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop EMC test cases for systems and sub-components using LabVIEW with Q-Max as interface
Create and maintain test documentation and manuals for EMC test methods
Configure and develop test setups using existing lab equipment (e.g. PLC systems, I/O boards, inverters) or customized solutions
Select and integrate sensors and hardware components for test environments

For one of our end clients in Stockholm we are searching for a Projectmanager who will help with the international rollout of Dynamics 365 ERP.

Role:
Project manager to lead the ERP roll?out for a key brand in Europe and North America. The rollout is part of a larger transformation program with several projects, building on a template solution that is live and being extended to additional parts of the organization. 
The Project Manager is expected to lead the project on a very short timeline in close cooperation with the business and together with the Program Manager, Transformation Leads and Project Managers for the other tracks.

Background and context:
The transformation program is a large strategic initiative, closely monitored by the executive management team. About the role
We’re looking for a curious and self-driven Electrical Automation Engineer to join our clients team for an exciting assignment within a large and advanced lab environment at a leading international manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys technical experimentation, to learn new things through problem-solving, and developing smart testing solutions. Here you get the chance to be part of a global engineering organization with advanced products and technology, where the consulting role has long-term potential and great opportunities for growth.
You will become part of a large engineering organization of about 80 people, with a dedicated lab team of 20–25 engineers. The lab offers strong senior competence and experienced colleagues who can support and guide when needed - while still expecting you to be curious, work independently and take ownership of your tasks. Your main focus will be on electrical automation, prototype work, test development, and preparing the hardware needed to verify functions and repeat behaviors. You’ll analyze test requests, understand the method behind them, and build or adapt the hardware setups required. You will also help create reliable test methods, including identifying potential failure paths and ensuring tests are performed correctly.

Build and prepare electrical/automation hardware used to run and repeat specific tests

This is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone with extensive experience in mechanical design and a strong ability to work collaboratively in technical teams. In this role, you will be involved throughout the full mechanical design process, including requirements handling, technical specification, detailed design, and documentation. - A good understanding of the typically used methods for carrying out safety studies
- A good understanding of the industrial permitting process and local legislation relevant to safety
- Value adding skills; functional safety and ATEX know how

Starting from April 2024, we opened our first branch in Stockholm, with focus on IT professional interim placements, similar to our operations in the Netherlands.

As a Lead Recruiter, you will play a key role in building and leading new teams of Recruiters and Account Managers across Sweden. You’ll work closely with us to establish these teams, starting from the ground up, with growth dependent on how quickly you can scale the teams. It’s a thrilling challenge that will require both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

What We’re Looking For
