We are looking for a Supervisor that will be a part of our team in Stockholm. Your responsibility will be having an overview of our processes with the store pickers and riders. This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! Din roll som Head of Accounting hos oss på Kavall

Rollen som Head of Accounting är bred och omväxlande, såväl strategisk som operativ. Du att ha ett övergripande ansvar för redovisningen och rapporteringen för koncernens bolag. Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av bokslutsarbete, säkerställande av effektiva ekonomiprocesser samt bistå med analysarbete. Bokföringen är idag outsourcad, men ska med hjälp av dig byggas upp in-house.

I rollen som Head of Accounting ansvarar du för:

- Kvalitetssäkra löpande bokföring inför månads kvartals- och årsredovisningar.
- Sammanställa bokslut (månads, kvartal, års) och övriga rapporter till CFO, Bank och Styrelse.

We are looking for a Supervisor that will be a part of our team in Stockholm. Your responsibility will be having an overview of our processes with the store pickers and riders. This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! You will work in close collaboration with our Store Manager and work hands-on with our picker and rider process.

You will be supervising our pickers and riders.
Help onboarding of new pickers and riders.

Your sweet spot as a Campaign Coordinator ????

As a Campaign Coordinator at Kavall, you’ll be the important puzzle piece between our Marketing and Assortment departments. You will be working closely with our Marketing and Category Managers to make sure that all of our in-app campaigns and partnerships are delivering sales, growth, and engagement.

- Be responsible for developing and optimizing Kavall’s campaign strategy in order to ensure sales, partnerships, and growth.
- Plan and manage all campaigns in-app and in other marketing channels such as newsletters.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Optimize for campaign conversion and prioritize campaign efforts according to set targets from Marketing & Assortment.
- Analyze and forecast volumes together with the Supply Chain Managers and E-com Manager.
- Close collaboration with Category Managers to monetize and push key partnerships on product or category level in-app and owned channels.




We believe that you ?

- Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields.
- 2+ years relevant experience in campaign planning, marketing, category management, or equivalent.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English (and other Nordic languages is a big plus).

- Have great time management skills in order to meet deadlines.

VAD DU KOMMER ATT GÖRA (MEN INTE UTESLUTANDE)

- Ansvara för ordrar ut till kund; att rätt varor av högsta kvalité plockas inom utsatt tid för avlämning till vårt rider team
- Inleverans av varor, inventering samt säkerställa att butiken upprätthåller god standard
- Hjälpa vårt rider team med att ibland hoppa upp på elcykeln för att leverera orders


VEM DU ÄR

- Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från liknande arbete ex. detaljhandel, butik eller livsmedel.
- Vi ser gärna att du är detaljorienterad med en hands-on mentalitet.
- Du kommunicerar obehindrat både på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

We are Kavall & we give you fresh groceries on-demand. Delivering groceries in 10 minutes was up until recently unimaginable, but we believe that is how it should be, giving you what you want when you need it. By offering food of the highest quality from the producers you love, we transform the grocery industry through our own local stores, one at a time.

We are looking for a Picker that will be a part of the team in our team in Stockholm, packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Picker you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one making sure that our customers orders are accurate and fresh!

What you will do (but not exclusively)..

- Responsibility for the accuracy in both item-level as freshness of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers

- Managing inbounds and inventory controlling of the store

- Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it


Requirements

- Previous experience in similar environment such as Retail/Warehouse/Groceries
- Hands-on mentality and detailed oriented
- A fast-paced environment does not detract from your quality of work
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
