Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR and Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and HR-related support. The role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting HR activities, and delivering a positive experience for employees, guests, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Support
Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Be the first point of contact for anyone contacting Tenure Facility (e.g. answering the organisational email and phone)
Coordinate and arrange internal meetings, including room bookings and logistics
Provide technical support during meetings (e.g., video conferencing, equipment setup)
Liaise with staff and external suppliers (e.g., office equipment, furniture, home office equipment)
Manage relationships with service providers

HR & Onboarding Support
Support HR officers with administrative HR tasks
Assist in arranging onboarding activities, including scheduling meetings for new hires
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a welcoming experience for new employees
Coordinate internal HR-related meetings and documentation as needed
Arrange office services such as ordering fika, office supplies, gifts, and flowers

· Support to COO: Assist the COO with all tasks related to our internal portals, including uploading documents, maintaining records, and helping create new documents when needed.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, such as submitting expense reports and supporting other routine administrative processes.


Guest Apartment & Visitor Coordination
Manage guest apartment logistics, including check-in and check-out arrangements
Coordinate with cleaning companies to ensure the apartment is prepared for guests
Act as a point of contact for guests regarding access and basic inquiries


Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative, office support, or HR support roles
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Service-minded with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers
Solid technical skills to support meetings, digital tools, and office systems (e.g., video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools)
Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are an advantage

Key Responsibilities
The main duties of the Accounting Assistant include:
Continuous bookkeeping in Business Central (BC)
Review, coding, and posting of supplier invoices using Readsoft/Exflow AP

Key Qualifications & Competencies

Over 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in international or nonprofit organizations.
Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and monthly/quarterly closings.
Experience with Business Central (BC) and AP workflow tools like ReadSoft/ExFlow.
Strong understanding of Swedish bookkeeping principles and accounting standards.
Proficient in Excel and digital finance systems; familiar with bank payments and internal controls.

Overview of the position
The Communications Officer reports to the Chief Development Officer of the Tenure Facility. She/he supports the design and implementation of the Facility’s communications and outreach strategies, in support of Indigenous Peoples and local communities’ efforts to secure their land and forest tenure and improve local governance. The main target audiences of this strategy are funders and potential funders, Indigenous and community organizations, and opinion makers concerned with Indigenous Peoples, climate, and forests. The position requires an individual who writes well, thinks strategically and creatively, and has experience both in communications and the topics Tenure Facility works on. Experience working with funders is a plus.
Overarching responsibilities
Contribute to establishing the Tenure Facility as a highly credible and respected foundation among funders and opinion makers concerned with Indigenous Peoples, forests, climate change, biodiversity, and human rights.
Ensure that Indigenous, Afro-descendant, and local community leaders are familiar with Tenure Facility’s work and that the organization’s communications and outreach respects their rights and cultures and fosters mutual trust with their organizations.
Contribute to a collaborative and productive internal working culture, which favors sustained progress on the Tenure Facility’s strategic goals and objectives.
Specific responsibilities
1?Help to develop communications and outreach strategies with clear objectives, designed to reach target audiences with messages and materials that contribute to meeting those objectives, including:
-Assisting senior management to define objectives and key messages.
-Working across units to gather and archive information relevant to the Tenure Facility’s donors and other stakeholders.
-Identifying communications channels appropriate for reaching them.
-Coordinating efforts to prepare and disseminate materials.
2-Create or collaborate with others to produce communications and outreach content, including:
-Generating and updating a set of key messages, data points, and examples to be used in Tenure Facility communications and development materials.
-Preparing timely up-dates and newsletters about Tenure Facility’s work and related issues.
-Regularly updating content on the Tenure Facility´s website.
-Writing or commissioning short essays about Tenure Facility’s partners and achievements (including travel to project sites to gather content.)
-Collaborating with Tenure Facility leaders on the preparation of op-eds, white papers, and other thought leadership pieces.
-Supporting the preparation of Powerpoint Presentations and basic institutional communications materials.
-Contributing to the Development Unit’s reporting and information sharing.
3-Network with communications professionals in allied organizations to organize events, amplify messages and raise the profile of Tenure Facility and its partners.
4 - Assist with editing of materials written by other Tenure Facility team members.
5 - Monitor traditional and social media related to Tenure Facility and its partners.

Prerequisites
-At least three years professional experience in a position where writing in English was one of the primary tasks.
-Previous work experience helping to develop communications and outreach strategies.
-At least three years working on rural social justice issues related to climate / nature / natural resources / environment.
-Ability to work well in teams and to be flexible in a rapidly evolving organizational environment.
-Provide at least three writing samples prepared by the applicant with limited external support.
Desirable
-Proficiency in one or more of the following languages (Bahasa Indonesian, Lingala, Portuguese, Spanish).
-Experience with one or more of the following: social media, multi-media materials, videos, photography, editing, event coordination, data base management.
-Experience working with funders (either providing or requesting funding).
Qualifications and experience
-Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations or journalism. Other degrees are also welcome if the working experience is relevant to communications. A Master’s degree is a plus.
-At least 3-5 years’ experience supporting communications and/or public relations
-High-level knowledge and experience developing social media strategies and managing social media tools
-Track record of on-time and high-quality delivery of communication initiatives
-Strong writing skills, including the ability to effectively translate technical content for specific, non-technical audiences;
-Strong visual design experience, including creating or contributing to print and web products
-Keen aptitude for determining and internalizing organisational goals and using them to be a proactive member of the Tenure Facility team

3. Finance Officer Responsibilities (for assigned projects)
? Conduct ?nancial due diligence and risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
? Assist partners in budget development and ?nancial planning, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
? Analyse and review ?nancial reports submitted by project partners, identifying risks or inconsistencies.
? Develop ?nancial capacity-building plans for partner organizations and ensure their implementation.
? Ensure that ?nancial reports from project partners feed into the Tenure Facility’s aggregated ?nancial reporting.
? Monitor and assess ?nancial compliance and proper use of funds by project partners, including participation in ?eld visits.
? Oversee and coordinate external audits of assigned projects, including the development of Terms of Reference (ToR) and liaison with auditors.
? Collaborate with Grants O?cers and Programme O?cers to address ?nancial and administrative challenges in project implementation.
4. Audits & Financial Reporting
? Lead all improvements in project audit processes, including the regular update of terms of reference to ensure alignment with best practices and organisational needs.
? Oversee the preparation, execution, and review of partner project audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and donor requirements
? Continuously evaluate and strengthen internal ?nancial controls and reporting mechanisms.
? Provide guidance to Finance Officers about the implementation of improvements proposed by each project audit, aiming for a continuous reduction in the number of observations made across projects.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
The Chief Development Officer reports to the Executive Director and is part of the senior leadership of Tenure Facility. The Chief Development Officer will be responsible for overall development activities, working closely with the Management Team and the Board of Directors to build Tenure Facility’s visibility, financial resources, and donor relationships. The Chief Development Officer will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Lead to develop and implement a fundraising strategy. The Chief Development Officer should be well?versed in fundraising strategy, proposal development, donor reporting, communications, compliance, stewardship, and strategic communications designed primarily to influence funders and potential funders and inform Indigenous Peoples and community organisations, and NGO allies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OVERARCHING RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for the development and execution of the Tenure Facility’s fundraising strategy working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Lead, Executive Director, Management Team, and Board members, and other Tenure Facility staff and consultants.
Develop, write, or oversee the writing of, and track proposals for a range of donors, including but not limited to bilateral development cooperation agencies, individual philanthropists, and foundations.
Develop, write, or oversee the writing of, and maintain high quality and timely reporting, and updates to maintain good relationships with partners and donors, especially Tenure Facility’s major donors, and set up a systematic manner of report tracking, and record keeping.
Help to ensure Tenure Facility activities meet the commitments it has made to its donors and live up to their expectations.
Co?create and oversee the implementation of Tenure Facility’s communication strategy, which is focused largely on donors, prospective donors, and individuals who influence donors and on Indigenous Peoples and community organizations and NGO allies.
Supervise the Development team, i.e. Senior Communication officer, Communications officers, and Development officers, and provide oversight and guidance on the execution of their work.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TEAM MANAGEMENT
Supervise all the staff and consultants in the development unit and ensure that they fully understand and implement the unit’s strategies.

2. DONOR MANAGEMENT
Strategy
Contribute to the development of Tenure Facility’s annual and multi?year fundraising strategy, with Strategic Partnerships Lead and the Management Team and Board members.
Work with the Strategic Partnerships Lead and ED to implement the fundraising strategy.
Prepare materials and presentations for the ED and/or TF team, with guidance StrategicPartnerships Lead, for its positioning in conferences and international meetings that advance Tenure Facility’s credibility.

Donor relations, proposal writing, and due diligence.
Manage existing and future donors, especially bilateral and multilateral agencies, and work with Strategic Partnerships Lead and ED on other donors’ engagement for fundraising.
Develop, write, and track proposals for all fundraising activities.
Lead in due diligence of potential donors in terms of alignment of values, the integrity of the institution and potential risks to Tenure Facility’s reputation.

Reporting
Develop and maintain an ongoing database/matrix of all current and potential future donors, and oversee and participate in donor reporting and preparing other deliverables, update donors’ situation or priorities.

Compliance
Work with the COO and CFO to ensure compliance with donor funding requirements and expectations.
Collaborate with the Programs team and Communications team to prepare periodic and ad hoc donor reports as required for compliance with donor requirements.

3. COMMUNICATIONS
Co?design the communications strategy of Tenure Facility with the Executive Director, Management Team, and Senior Communication Officer, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s overarching strategy and development needs.
Oversee the preparation and promotion of Tenure Facility publications, social media posts, website material, updates for donors, and related material and ensure that it is well suited to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
Ensure that all communication activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of the Tenure Facility and abide by donor requirements.

4. MANAGEMENT TEAM
As a member of the Management Team, demonstrate leadership in strengthening internal and external communications, with staff from different units and at all levels and with partners; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.

-Oversee the design and application of narrative and spatial reporting systems, independent evaluations, and the management and analysis of the resulting information.
-Oversee the design and implementation of training, technical assistance, and organization of learning exchanges by Tenure Facility team members, project partners, and/or service providers.
-Help to prepare and monitor the Programme Unit budget.
-Provide input into the design and application of the Tenure Facility project-management, budget, and donor information systems in NGO On-line (“Roots”).
-Serve as primary focal point for the Board of Trustees and the other Tenure Facility units for programme-related matters.
-Supervise Tenure Facility staff members and consultants who report to her/him.
-Represent the Tenure Facility in meetings with relevant external stakeholders.

Qualifications and requirements
-Commitment to the Tenure Facility’s mission and goals
-Proven experience and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and consultants and to develop and implement new systems to track projects around the world
-At least 8 years’ professional experience, with a minimum of three years’ managing international programs
-Advanced degree in fields of forestry, natural resource management, social or natural science, public policy, international development, organizational and project management, or related fields
-Successful track record in project reporting and communicating project impacts, preferably experience with both bi-lateral donors and private foundations
-Prior experience working in senior management in non-profit organizations, or related alliances and networks

Overview of the position
The Operations Officer for Administration Support reports to the Chief Operating Officer and forms part of the Operations Team. The Operations Officer is a key resource for support, implementation, and coordination of the operational processes within the Tenure Facility. The position may involve in-country visits to project partners.

· Contribute to establishing the Tenure Facility as a highly credible and respected foundation among international development institutions and donors.
· Coordinate and facilitate support actions to Tenure Facility Units as needed, that generate mutual trust and respect between Indigenous Peoples and local community (IPLC) partners and networks with Tenure Facility, its donors, relevant governments, other stakeholders with full awareness of the intricacies of culture, relationships among the IPLC partners and their own allies and supporters.

Specific Responsibilities
· Contribute to an efficient management of external relations and expansion of funders and linkages with other stakeholders’ networks.
· Support the COO in communications, response and contact with the Tenure Facility Donors.

Overview of the position
The Grants Officer reports to the Chief Operating Officer and forms part of the Operations Team. The Grants Officer plays a key role in the implementation of the Tenure Facility´s grant-making and grant supervision processes. He or she will be responsible for undertaking activities related administering and supporting the programmatic aspects of the Tenure Facility’s projects and for ensuring that the Tenure Facility staff, consultants and project partners operate within existing policies guidelines and procedures. While the position comes under the Operations Team, given its strong programmatic focus, the Grants Officer works in close coordination with the Programme Team. The position may involve in-country visits to project partners.
Specific Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
· Review grant concept notes, proposals, risk registers, Quality Assurance reviews, Grant Agreements, and ensure that they are complete and in alignment with Tenure Facility policies.
· Work with Program Officers to provide prompt and sensitive responses to all unsolicited requests for funding and record related information.
· Shepherd grants and contracts through the review and approval process.
· Prepare first draft of standard grant management documents, such as grant agreements, extensions, and amendments, for Program Officers and Financial Controllers to finalize, and manage related correspondence with grantees.
· Ensure timely submission and approval of grantee reports by tracking and monitoring the status of reports, and sending reminders to grantees
· Assist with grant payment schedules, disbursement, and monitoring grant balances in coordination with financial controllers.
· Track progress of project preparation, implementation, disbursement, reporting, and closure in NGO On-line and prepare related reports for management, donors, communications, and others.
· Coordinate the procurement of consultants and programme-related services, help to prepare consultant contracts and assure they comply foundation regulations, and handle related queries, invoices, and payments.
· Ensure that the data related to grants and grantees in NGO On-line is complete and meet Tenure Facility Standards.
· Assist with programme-related travel preparation and reporting.
· Train new program staff on grants/contracts processes and the use of NGO OnLine.
· Advise Tenure Facility staff members, consultants, and grantees about policies and procedures related to grant management.
· Work to enhance and improve grants management processes and increase efficiencies.
· Undertaking special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferably masters degree in social sciences and finance; or bachelors degree with at least five years of comparable actual work and direct experience in grant administration, supporting, granting or administering partnerships for human rights, environment, policy change, and or managing related systems. Overview of the position
The Head of Development reports to the Executive Director and is part of the senior leadership of the Tenure Facility. The Head of Development will be responsible for all fundraising and development activities, working closely with the Management Team and the Board of Directors to build Tenure Facility’s visibility, financial resources and donor relationships. In addition, the Head of Development will work closely with the Strategic Communications and Outreach to ensure Tenure Facility’s messaging positions it as a global financial mechanism, influences donors’ policies and longterm support to IPLC. Overarching responsibilities
· Develop and execute the Tenure Facility’s annual and multi-year fundraising goals, strategy and plans, working closely with the Executive Director, Management Team and Board members

· Curate events and actively plan for webinars, engagements, ensure special donor updates apart from regular reporting, including finding and/or supporting the Executive Director appearances in strategic donor events/engagements, and/or in initiating these events/engagements
· Oversee research of funding sources and trends, to help position Tenure Facility ahead of major funding changes or trends

Qualifications
A natural leader in the field of institutional development and financing, experienced in working deeply with a valuable network of donors, partners and allies in the field of human rights, environment, social, governance, with the following qualities:
· At least 10 years' experience in institutional development, philantrophy and fundraising and/or is part of building or growing a successful institution
· Minimum of 8 years in a management position within an international organisation
· A facilitator, a ‘bridge-builder’, with experience in working with a diverse group of people such as thought leaders, activists, governments, impacts investors, donors, innovators and thrives in networking with them
· Versatile and works well with visionaries and who are relentless in pursuing their vision

Overview of the position
The Executive Assistant reports to the Chief Operating Officer and forms part of the Operations Team. She/he shall support the ED with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings, including all Board and Board committee meetings, and any other administrative tasks that help the ED perform her job. Tasks within the Operation team are expected to be parts of the work.

Specific Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:

Job functions
In your role as a Controller the main responsibilities will be to carry out the following:
Analyse and assess grant budgets in project proposals
Risk management:
Perform risk assessments of partners regarding financial management and internal control
Participate in quality assurance of project proposals and assist in preparation of project agreements.
Assist in monitoring risks and ensure appropriate risk mitigation and support/follow up measures are taken



Financial reporting and audits:
Monitor and analyse financial reports submitted by the project partners
Participate in ensuring the financial reporting from project partners feeds into the aggregated TF reporting
Assist in analysing and addressing issues identified in project reports
Assess project partners audit reports and coordinate with program officers to address any issues



Capacity building and compliance:
Coordinate and ensure capacity building within partner organizations on internal control, organisational management and financial issues
Evaluate and follow-up if funds forwarded to project partners have been spent in compliance with signed agreement
Ensure compliance with relevant internal control regulations and adherence to anticorruption policies

Qualifications and experience

Overview of the position
The COO reports to the Executive Director (ED), and is part of the senior leadership of the Tenure Facility, the COO will play an integral role in building the organization and providing leadership to a growing team. The COO will lead all operations (HR, policy development and implementation, compliance with national laws and contracts, IT), administration, planning and reporting for the TF. In addition COO will manage good communication and linkages with the Board of Directors, the Advisory Group, the donors and other stakeholders. The COO is the deputy ED in the case of occasional absence of the ED.
Overarching responsibilities
Work with the Executive Director and Management Team on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide and implement strategic recommendations based on compliance rules, financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
Work with the Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer on financial innovation and resilience, including engaging the Audit Committee around issues, trends, and changes in the Tenure Facility operating model and operational delivery, in line with the Tenure Facility strategic plan.

Job Description & Overview
The Quality and Systems Manager (QSM) reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays an integral role in continuously improving the Tenure Facility’s (TF) operating model to meet the TF long-term objectives through increasingly efficient and effective means. Working closely and acting as a nexus between the Programme and Finance Units, the QSM is the project manager and product owner for the TF digital system for grant and project management (DigiPING) and oversees the effective integration of all relevant workflows, processes, tools, and templates into DigiPING. Responsibilities include engaging TF staff, particularly senior decision-makers, in different phases and activities related to the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the TF quality assurance and information systems. The QSM strives for enhanced compliance with donor requirements (e.g., GCF accreditation criteria), while maintaining systems and tools that allow for partner ownership of project design and implementation, in line with approaches such as IPLC-Driven Development.
Qualifications and requirements
· At least 10 years of professional experience overall, with a minimum of 8 years in management of multiple international programs/projects.
· Advanced University degree in International Development, International Relations, Project Management, or related field.
· Successful track record of project management, implementation, monitoring and reporting.

At least two years of experience working directly with Indigenous Peoples and/or local communities in Africa, Asia, or Latin America
Proven expertise and ability to successfully manage grants and consultants, including risk management and due diligence in project appraisals and compliance.
Broad experience gained by working in different contexts and with different financial institutions, consulting companies, civil society organizations, and/or related alliances and networks

The Tenure Facility was launched in October 2017 as the first international financial mechanism exclusively focused on securing land and forest rights for Indigenous Peoples and local communities across the developing world. Recognizing local and Indigenous rights to land and forests constitutes one of the most important opportunities to promote sustainable rural development, address global climate goals, and reduce local conflict at a reasonable cost.
The Tenure Facility provides grants and technical assistance directly to Indigenous Peoples and local communities´ organizations to scale up implementation of land and forest tenure reform policies and legislation; and enable governments and communities to test new models and approaches to securing rights. Through grants and assistance, the Tenure Facility supports practical solutions to implementation challenges, assists governments and communities to overcome administrative obstacles to land rights recognition and titling, and builds the capacity of government agencies responsible for titling and protecting indigenous and community rights. In so doing, Tenure Facility projects support achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with particular impact on the rights of women, poverty reduction, conflict resolution, and climate change mitigation.

Job description
In your role as a Communications Officer, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to create content for internal and external audiences, support the organisation´s project partners in their communications needs and contribute to the Tenure Facility´s global positioning.
Main responsibilities
Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other relevant material that communicates the organisation and partner´s activities.
Work with internal stakeholders across the organization to support a range of different projects, some of which are driven by the communications team and some of which are requested by other departments.
Creating, collecting, and/or editing photographic and video content.
Providing research, analysis, drafts, and other support for thought leadership pieces (such as journal articles, op-eds, white papers) produced by Tenure Facility leaders.

Qualifications and requirements

As a project controller you will be one of the Tenure Facility’s main resources for support to the internal control of the projects and partners to which the Tenure Facility provides funding. Job functions
In your role as a project controller, you will be a close support throughout the project cycle from budget analysis, contract preparation to analysis of financial reports and audits.


The main responsibilities will be to carry out the following:
· Support in analyzing and assessing grant budgets in project proposals
· Perform risk assessments regarding financial management and internal control of projects and partner organizations
· Participate in assessing the quality assurance of project proposals and assist in preparation of project agreements.
· Assist in monitoring risk and ensure appropriate risk mitigation and support/follow up measures are taken
· Monitor and analyze financial reports submitted by the project partners
· Assess project partners audit reports and coordinate with program officers to address any issues
· Coordinate and ensure capacity building within partner organizations on internal control, organisational management and financial issues; including decision making structures, division of roles and responsibilities, efficient operations, anti-corruption measures and prioritization of resources
· Ensure compliance with relevant internal control regulations and adherence to anti-corruption policies
· Provide training and advice to colleagues on the above topics and on anti-corruption in general




Qualifications and experience
· You hold a master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or another relevant field.
· At least seven years of controller working experience, and specific experience with organizational strengthening of community-based and Indigenous Peoples organizations is an advantage
· Significant experience from working in Civil Society Organizations such as NGOs, CBOs etc. and preferably in a region where the Tenure Facility supports projects
· Fluency in written and spoken English, which is the Tenure Facility’s working language

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The position involves in-country visits to project partners a few times a year.  Overarching responsibilities ·        Contribute to establish the Tenure Facility as a highly credible and respected foundation among international development institutions and donors·        Generate mutual trust and respect of local communities and Indigenous Peoples and their cultures, with full awareness of the intricacies of relationships among them and their allies and supporters·        Contribute to a collaborative and resilient internal working culture for sustained progress on the Tenure Facility’s strategic goals and objectives   Job functions In your role as a controller the main responsibilities will be to carry out the following:·        General financial management and accounting, including preparation of annual budgets and reports ·        Managing the External Audit process·        Analyze and assess grant budgets in project proposals ·        Perform risk assessments regarding financial management and internal control of projects and partner organizations ·        Participate in assessing the quality assurance of project proposals·        Monitor risk and ensure appropriate risk mitigation and support/follow up measures are taken ·        Monitor, analyze and approve financial reports submitted by the project partners·        Ensure the financial reporting from project partners feeds into the aggregated TF reporting·        Analyze and follow-up on issues identified in project reports·        Assess project partners audit reports and coordinate with program officers to address any issues·        Coordinate and ensure financial capacity building within partner organizations·        Evaluate and follow-up if the funds provided to project partners have been spent inappropriately·        Ensure compliance with relevant internal control regulations and adherence to anti-corruption policies·        Provide training and advice to colleagues on the above topics and on anti-corruption in general  Qualifications and experience·        Degree in business administration·        At least five years of relevant working experience ·        At least two years of experience from working in an international environment, preferably in a region where the Tenure Facility supports projects·        Fluency in Swedish and knowledge of Swedish regulations. ·        Fluency in written and spoken English, which is the Facility’s working language. Preferably one additional relevant language, such as French, Spanish and/or Portuguese·        Excellent skills in working with MS Office, in particular Excel We envision a diverse team with broad and complementary language skills, professional experiences and geographical and thematical backgrounds.   Terms of employmentThe two positions refer to full-time permanent positions with six months’ probation period.
