Till vår butik i Liljeholmen söker vi nu en driven och inspirerande Butikschef! Tjänsten är ett vikariat i 6 månader med start omgående och möjlighet till förlängning. Om rollen
Som butikschef hos Indiska är du den som visar vägen, både på butiksgolvet och i teamet. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för att butiken når sina mål och att både kunder och medarbetare får en riktigt bra upplevelse varje dag.
Du leder med närvaro, energi och tydlig riktning med kundens upplevelse, teamets trivsel och butikens resultat i fokus.
I din roll ingår att:
Driva butiken mot försäljningsmål och KPI:er
Leda och coacha teamet i det dagliga arbetet, både strategiskt och operativt
Säkerställa ett inspirerande visuellt uttryck och en välkomnande butiksmiljö
Planera och följa upp budget, schema och personal
Rekrytera, utveckla och motivera medarbetare
Arbeta aktivt med arbetsmiljö, trivsel och kultur i butiken

OVERVIEW PURPOSE AND AIM OF THE POSITION
Assist the product team with product development by creating art works as well as supporting activities in creating and developing the assortment for HOME and FASHION.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Main responsibilities
Collaborate with the product team to secure all necessary aspects of the product such as fit& size, print, timeline, price, and profitability.
Responsible for bringing correct artwork /product specifications to enable efficient sample processes.
Support the product team in coordinating the products in terms of fit, colours, print and materials into a coherent, current and commercial collection/category, and secure a target group spread throughout the product range.
Support the product team in securing both legal and ethical requirements for all articles planned.
Support the product team in creating well worked products (art works) with one clear USP per product, qualities, colours and details carefully chosen to bring customer value corresponding to set goals, for growth, profitability and sustainability.
Being up to date regarding the assortment strategy and the department/category goals.
Responsible for following and keeping timelines and deadlines to support the product team.
Responsible for keeping overviews updated to provide support for all cross functions.
Be updated on customers, sales, market, trends and competitors, be able to suggest sales opportunities or insights to the product team.
Support at fitting sessions.

Education
Bachelor design degree or other relevant degree

Experience/distinctive competences
Passion & knowledge for the fashion and home industry.
Good sense of colours and how to create commercial colour combinations.
Basic knowledge regarding trims, materials, construction of the type of products that are relevant for the assignment.
Understanding of colours and how to create a commercial colour story.
Written and verbal skills in English

Well-developed design skills and the ability to create artworks that meet requirements in terms of fashion level, price, quality and sustainability.
Knowledge in applications/software relevant for the design and development process

Om rollen
I rollen som CRM analytiker kommer du genomföra, rekommendera och hjälpa organisationen att vidta åtgärder baserat på kunddata och insikter för att stärka kundupplevelsen i samtliga kanaler. Du kommer aktivt arbeta med att utveckla Indiskas kundklubb för att skapa fler aktiva och engagerade medlemmar. Du förväntas vara en drivande kraft i att bygga automatiserade kundflöden, processer med relevant kommunikation. I rollen kommer du även stötta utvecklingen av e-handelns försäljning ur ett analytiskt perspektiv för att bidra med hur trafik, konvertering och snittköp kan stärkas.
Ansvar och arbetsuppgifter
Samla, strukturera, analysera och skapa agerbara kundinsikter för att hjälpa organisationen att attrahera, engagera och behålla kunder
Ansvarig för rapportering av ”kundutveckling” i alla kanaler (såsom antal nya medlemmar, aktiva medlemmar, churn rate, opt out, antal avslutade medlemmar etc.)
Analysera kundupplevelsen i alla kanaler och rekommendera åtgärder för att förbättra kundnöjdheten
Utveckla, bygga och följa upp automatiserad kundkommunikation och erbjudanden för att attrahera, utveckla och behålla medlemmar
Bidra med att utveckla segmentering, målgrupper och innehåll för optimering av kundkommunikation

Vem vi söker

Om rollen
I rollen som Junior Buyer för vårt inredningssortiment assisterar du vår Product Manager i aktiviteter som analys, utveckling och planering av sortimentet inom avdelningen, för att på så sätt skapa ett attraktivt kunderbjudande och god tillväxt.

Om rollen
I rollen som Senior Accountant/redovisningsansvarig på Indiska har du ett helhetsansvar för den operativa redovisningen samt stöttar organisationen i det dagliga arbetet gällande ekonomirelaterade frågor. Du kommer att ansvara för och vara involverad i dagliga, veckovisa, månatliga och årliga arbetsuppgifter inom redovisningsområdet. Du kommer även att arbeta med analyser av data och skapa finansiella rapporter. I ditt dagliga arbete kommer du att ha ett tätt samarbete med både CFO och övriga ekonomiteamet, vår CEO och övriga ledningsgruppen samt vårt Supply chain team.
Ansvar och arbetsuppgifter:
Säkerställa fortsatt efterlevnad av lagstiftning, policys och principer inom redovisning
Fungera som coach och mentor för övriga kollegor i redovisningsteamet
Utveckla arbetssätt, processer och system och initiera förbättringar och utvecklingsinitiativ
Koordinera och ansvara för årliga audits
Deklaration och rapportering till Skatteverket samt övrig rapportering till myndigheter och organisationer.
Stötta CFO och ledningsgruppen gällande budget och strategiskt arbete
Vara behjälplig med business Case och beslutsunderlag för CFO och ledningsgruppen

Du kommer också att vara ansvarig för månadsbokslut, kvartalsbokslut och årsbokslut samt årsredovisningar, reskontrahantering, löpande bokföring, redovisning av lönekostnader, kapitalutgifter och administration av tillgångar, treasury, kassaflödesfrågor och analysarbete. Du kommer även att fungera som superuser internt för vårt ERP.

Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och organiserad och som har en god affärsförståelse. Du har lätt för att fatta beslut och att navigera i komplexa situationer. Du drivs av att uppnå resultat och ser till att du får saker att hända. Du har förmåga att både se detaljer och helhetsperspektivet, beroende på vad situationen kräver av dig. Kvalifikationer:
Examen inom redovisning från universitet/högskola eller motsvarande.

About the position
In this role you will be responsible for controlling and analysis for our interior assortment in regards to strategy, planning, buying and selling as well as responsible for making sure that we in the assortment team take business minded decisions and actions based on the analysis. About the position

In this role, you will oversee the implementation and coordination of our employee strategy. The primary goal is to ensure organizational efficiency by nurturing the right skills and fostering a stimulating and functional work environment.

You will report to Head of HR and Sustainability.



Main responsibilities:

About the position

As a Product Owner Sales at Indiska you will be responsible for the products within our e-commerce and retail system architecture where you will be responsible for collecting requirements, evaluating, and deciding on development of the Products to maximize business value. The role also includes to be supervising a team of developers, content management and partners within the products to be able to maintain and develop the processes and workflows.

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing Indiskas Loyalty Program, ensure that our planned activities and campaigns are carried out according to the commercial plan and make sure that the communication to our customers follows our plan and is in line with our brand strategy and brand manual. About the position

In this role you will drive and implement Indiska’s sustainability, responsibility and quality work. You will also ensure that Indiska's sustainability strategy is followed and contributes to meeting the company's business and sustainability goals.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that the sustainability strategy is followed and contributes to meeting the company's business and sustainability goals as part of our business plan.

- Participate in the work with third-party certifications.

- Ensure that Indiska comply with EU regulations and laws in each country.

- Support and advise when choosing new suppliers.

- Social and Environmental Compliance of suppliers.

- Lead the development of Indiska’s preferred material list.

- Represent Indiska in industry initiatives, forums and working groups.

Qualifications:

- University education with a degree in textile engineering.

- At least 3 years of work experience from a similar position.

- Strong understanding and knowledge in sustainability, responsibility and governance especially for the textile and retail industry. Special knowledge of chemical, water and climate related risks and opportunities.

- Documented successful experience in coordinating and managing projects and working cross-functionally.

- Proven ability to influence and catalyze change internally and externally.

- Knowledge of materials, production processes and supply chain factors that effect the organization’s environmental impact.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Experience with standards, laws, regulations, policies, best practices, reporting frameworks relevant for the textile and retail industry.

About the position

Assist the Product Manager with supporting activities by analysing, developing, planning the assortment to achieve great customer offer and meaningful growth.

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing Indiskas Loyalty Program, ensure that our planned activities and campaigns are carried out according to the commercial plan and make sure that the communication to our customers follows our plan and is in line with our brand strategy and brand manual. About the position

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for our first line customer contact. You will report to Head of Marketing and eCommerce.


Main responsibilities:

- Ensure top-class service to our customers via phone, email, social media and chat

- Keep information on the website's FAQ and store information up to date and develop this for clearer information to customers

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing Indiskas Loyalty Program, ensure that our planned activities and campaigns are carried out according to the commercial plan and make sure that the communication to our customers follows our plan and is in line with our brand strategy and brand manual. You will also be leading the CRM team and be responsible for Indiskas GDPR strategy. You will report to Head of Marketing and eCommerce.



Main responsibilities:

- Lead, plan and prioritize the daily work related to the commercial plan within CRM

- Responsible for ensuring, implementing and analyzing our CRM strategy online and offline

- Lead the CRM team

- Design and implement new customer club strategy with a focus on creating loyalty and added value for the customer

- Act as the owner of the CRM platform (Voyado)

- Responsible for the Loyalty program

- Optimize campaign based on the CRM and Marketing strategies

- Work with customer insights and customer data.

- Improve experiences in our website for the logged in Customer, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience, such as reviews, search, cross-sell, up-sell and dynamic content on our customer pages

- Measuring performance and developing running automations

- Create personalized communication

- Implement and make sure Indiskas GDPR strategy is implemented and that we follow regulations

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating our activities and campaigns, and you will also follow up the work to execute the commercial plan both for store and online (Omnichannel strategy).

About the position

Assist the Product Manager with supporting activities by analysing, developing, planning the assortment to achieve great customer offer and meaningful growth.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible to support Product Manager to actively follow timelines and keep deadlines.

About the position
