We are seeking an Area Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.


Key Responsibilities of the Role :


Food cost control - keep each restaurant on target


Stock management


Develop a creative menu & regular specials


Consistency of food quality and presentation


Manage the Head Chefs, and oversee their management of their kitchen staff, including hiring & training, and back-of-house operations.


Health and safety compliance


Project lead new ventures kitchen-side



Who Are You?

Multi-site management experience


Minimum of 5 years of experience high-volume kitchens


Creative & passionate about what you do, with an interest in world food trends


You are motivated by targets and interested in numbers with competence in excel
