This will be your role
The role of the Junior Battery Engineer is to drive forward the design and development of advanced zinc-ion batteries. In this role you will be responsible for designing research plans, conducting experiments, analyzing data, presenting results, and recommending new development pathways. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and support technical projects, propose research strategies, and design experimental plans.
Conduct electrochemical and physical characterization experiments, enhance tools, and generate high-quality results for data-driven decisions.
Perform failure analysis, analyze battery test data, and recommend new development paths.
Analyze electrochemical datasets, communicate cell performance, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Engage in hands-on prototype construction.

This will be your role
As our Embedded Hardware Engineer at Enerpoly, you will collaborate closely with the product development team to enhance our battery management system design through innovative embedded hardware solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing critical hardware components for product performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design of BMS circuit components and PCBAs.
Developing vendor processes, including component selection and supplier communication.
Conducting electronic design, prototyping, verification, and validation.
Documentation of the workflow, progress, and activities.

This will be your role

As the HSE Coordinator at Enerpoly, you will, through operational and strategic work, lead initiatives in health, safety, environment, and quality with a focus on creating a secure and sustainable work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Staying updated and ensuring compliance with national and local regulations regarding health, safety, and the environment.

- Educating and developing staff to promote a culture of safety, environmental consideration, and quality excellence.

- Leading and implementing environmental permits for production.

- Investigating and addressing incidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions for continuous improvement.

- Maintaining records, conducting inspections, and audits.

- Developing and implementing emergency response plans and drills.

- Reporting to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and collaborating with HR.

Job description
As the IT Manager at Enerpoly, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and streamlining processes for personal and office IT equipment, managing IT requirements for the entire organization, and providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and streamline processes for personal and office IT equipment.

- Develop and maintain internal IT systems, procedures, and guidelines.

This will be your role

As a Sales Manager at Enerpoly, you'll be at the intersection of technical expertise and market dynamics. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to contract execution, collaborating with internal technical teams and managing customer relationships externally. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Manage a diverse project pipeline across multiple geographies, project types, and markets on various timelines.

- Lead technical sales cycle in collaboration with leadership, including prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, close, and transfer to delivery.

- Conduct technoeconomic analysis of opportunities, identifying risks, optimizing technical and commercial variables, and articulating Enerpoly’s value compared to competitors and substitutes.

- Spearhead development of pricing structures, service level agreements, and any other relevant terms under guidance of leadership

- Provide necessary reporting to management as required.

- Generate accurate project proposals and quotes, often in response to complex utility RFPs.

- Knowledge of battery systems, renewable power, and grid markets.

- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation within energy storage or renewables.

- Strong analytical/quantitative skills for complex price models, storage/renewable project economics, techno-economic optimizations, and quantitative risk analysis.

- Experience in Microsoft 365.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

- Ability to travel periodically.

- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are now looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. You will have a significant role in delivering Enerpoly’s zinc-ion battery to the market and bring the world closer to 100% renewable energy.

You will work closely with our Product Development team and support in embedded software development of the battery management system. The position requires software development experience including practical and theoretical troubleshooting. You are used to high standards and have experience with Software development, SW/HW integration, verification, and validation. You exhibit a can-do attitude, and you approach problems with vigor and determination. You are expected to demonstrate versatility and possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead developer for base BMS software solutions like real time cell monitoring, secure communication, or power management.

- Integrate the software modules considering real time capability, resources management, etc.

- Work on low-level drivers and bring up new MCU architectures.

- Perform integration, testing and deployment of new software builds.

- Implement edits in design and ensure documentation based on requirements from the customers’ feedback.

- Support in implementation of SoC, SoH applications.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Control or Mechatronics Engineering

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Embedded software development

- Good knowledge of Matlab, Python, and embedded C/C++

- Experience or knowledge in the field of HV batteries, cell monitoring, battery storage systems is a plus

- Good knowledge of different communication busses (I2C, CAN, LIN, SPI, ISOSPI, MODBUS) and protocols/standards.

Minimum qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience in content management or digital production, ideally within a global company.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or the like to create and edit graphics and other multimedia content.
